2、e the sticking board for flushing filter paper sample( equal size, arranged in order), and mark the use time and date of each sample, so that it could be know clearly the cleanliness degree of pipe. 4、el oil should be used to flush the pipe 2. 管路串油前的準(zhǔn)備工作Preparation 2.1 所有系統(tǒng)的管子在上船前， 所有的敞口應(yīng)做好 有效的封閉，在船上安裝過程中，施工部門應(yīng)做好監(jiān)督，以防止異物、臟物等進(jìn)入管路； Before install the pipe of all systems on board, all the openings should be blocked out, during installation on board, construction department should do supervised work

5、well to keep the foreign bodies, dirty things away from pipe;2.2 根據(jù)系統(tǒng)原理圖，檢查管系的完整性及法 蘭接頭是否正常； Inspect the integrity of pipe system and if the flange connections is normal or not according to the system principle drawings.2.3 臨時(shí)管路應(yīng)在車間制作和串油干凈， 然 后根據(jù)管系原理圖和管系串油示意圖將臨時(shí)管路串接到系 統(tǒng)中并交船東認(rèn)可； Temporary pipe should

6、 be done in workshop and flushed clean, then connect the temp. pipe to the system according to the piping system drawing and piping flushing drawings and then send to the owner for approval. 2.4 管路串油期間所使用的油柜，在注油前應(yīng)該串油干凈并交船 東認(rèn)可，再注入適量的油； The oil tank used during pipe flushing, it should be cleaned bfir

7、e filled with oil and send to the owner for approval, then fill suitable content oil. 2.5 為了保護(hù) 串油泵或單元，在串油進(jìn)行前，應(yīng)在泵的吸入口前設(shè)置臨時(shí) 濾網(wǎng)50 目（ 297卩m）,在臨時(shí)濾器中設(shè)置200 目（ 74卩m）濾紙，具體參看串油示意圖； In order to safeguard flushing oil pump or unit, put temp. filter mesh50 目( 297 口 m) before suction of pump before flushing , set

9、ds away. 3. 串油方 法 Flushing plan3.1 在準(zhǔn)備工作完成后，開關(guān)相應(yīng)的閥，起 動泵， 排出系統(tǒng)中的空氣； After preparation completed, open and close the relative valves, start pump and discharge air in the system; 3. 2串油幾分鐘后，停止泵，檢查濾紙的清潔度，根 據(jù)清潔的狀況重新更換濾紙，隨著串油的深入，定期檢查濾 紙； Several minutes after flushing , stop the pump and check the cleanne

10、ss of filter paper, change new fliter paper according to the cleanness condition. Check the fliter paper at intervals along with flushing.3.3 通過目測濾紙，無明顯顆粒雜質(zhì)認(rèn)為 比較干凈時(shí)，應(yīng)繼續(xù)串油一段時(shí)間，觀察濾紙的清潔度保持 不變時(shí)， 可向船東進(jìn)行交驗(yàn)； Observe the filter paper with net eyes, if there is no obvious particle impurity, it could be consi

11、dered as clean, and should keep going with flushing some time. Observe that the cleanness of filter paper have no change, then could deliver to the Owner. 3.4 當(dāng)串油結(jié)束后，拆除臨時(shí) 泵、臨時(shí)濾器、 臨時(shí)管， 將系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)到正常的工作狀態(tài)。 After flushing finished, remove the temp. pump, temp.filter, temp. pipe and turn the system back to t

12、he normal work condition 3.5 串油干凈后向 QC 和 OW 報(bào)驗(yàn)。 Ask QC and OW to inspect after flushing and cleaning3.6 串油完畢，放出管系中的油。 After flushing finished, discharge the oil in the pipe system. 3.7 串油過程中， QC 應(yīng)做好各項(xiàng)記錄。 During flushing, QC should record relative datas. 4. 檢驗(yàn)方法 Check plan 通過目 測濾紙表面清潔度，更換濾紙，繼續(xù)串油兩小時(shí)，在這兩小 時(shí)的循環(huán)當(dāng)中，濾紙表面無機(jī)械雜質(zhì)，清潔程度保持不變， 系統(tǒng)管路的串油視為合格。 Observe the filter paper with net eyes,change new filter paper and go on with flushing two hours
