9、sreceivesomemoraleducationwhiletheyarelearningtheEnglishlanguage.Theteachingaidsare:Multimedia,ataperecorder.Part3 TheTeachingprocedure( this part please allow me to use Chinese)1導(dǎo)入新課Lead-in課前任務(wù):讓同學們預(yù)習第4單元生詞。課堂:首先對課后生詞做一個復(fù)習,讓他們較快的進入到課堂狀態(tài)。展示humorous silent helpful from time to time score這幾個生詞,讓同學說出他的
10、中文意思,糾正學生的發(fā)音,鼓勵他們積極發(fā)言。幫助學生從原有知識轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)W習新知識:Word Study Please choose the right picture.He was quite humorous, and I liked that about him.要求學生從兩幅圖片中選取正確的一幅,進而理解humorous這個單詞意思。Tom was silent for a moment as he thought about his reply.理解silent這個單詞意思。Sometimes its helpful to make a list of everything you hav
11、e to do.理解helpful這個單詞意思。He scored in the final minute of the game.理解scored這個單詞意思。2. 新課預(yù)熱warm-upguessing game:讓學生觀看一些明星的照片讓他們who is she/he?What is she/he looks like now?she/ he used to be short but now she is tall.通圖片回顧讓他們聯(lián)想到之前思維庫的一些單詞例如:Appearance: tall, short, fat, thin, young, old, straight hair,
12、curly hair, long hair, short hair, blonde hair, be of medium height, be of medium buildPersonality: outgoing, serious, funny, smart, friendly, shy, unfriendly, cute2. 小組活動 Groupwork為了進一步掌握目標語言,可以采取以小組為單位的形式,請同學們拿出他們帶的相片,描述照片中的人物過去的相貌和性格,其他同學猜猜他或她是誰。讓目標語 言在活動中多次出現(xiàn),小組成員之間匯報,讓每個學生都充分展現(xiàn)自己。他們之間互相總結(jié),并請幾位同
13、學介紹照片上人物的變化。不僅復(fù)習了所學知識,還有助于 增進學生之間的交流,更重要的是為1b的聽力打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。將學生們所用到的描述人物外貌和性格的形容詞列出來。3. 知識新授 presentationKate is tall now. But she was very short in the past.Kate used to be short.引入重點句型:used to.He was short when he was a child, but he is tall now.小組討論:He/She used to be/have/wear, but now he/she is/has
14、/wears .3聽力訓練Listening放第一遍聽力,讓同學們對聽力材料有整體感知。先與同學們一起瀏覽1b題目的內(nèi)容,再放第二遍聽力,邊聽邊做note-taking,完成1b。Mariousedtbeshort.Heusedtowearglasses.Amyusedtobereallytall.Sheusedtohaveshorthair.Tinausedtohaveredandcurlyhair.同學們做完后,先讓同學們自查,看自己寫的答案是否有語法上的錯誤。再把聽力原文呈現(xiàn)在大屏幕上,讓同學們核對答案。這樣也訓練了同學們的閱讀能力。并詢問同學們做對了多少道題,哪里有問題,進行反饋。然后
15、讓學生根據(jù)聽力原文,跟讀錄音,進行朗讀訓練,這樣不僅練習了1c的pairwork,更重要的是讓學生學習到了純正的語音、語調(diào),彌補了教材朗讀材料的不足。4.雙邊活動Pairwork把書本上的提示展現(xiàn)在大屏幕上。雙邊活動我要體現(xiàn)出對英語水平不同的學生區(qū)別對待的原則。對水平較差的學生只需他能流利地跟著對話朗讀。水平較高的學生需要他能參照例句進行變換。水平最高的學生,需要他能將對話進行拓展。要讓全班同學都能開口說英語。5.作業(yè):讓同學們寫一篇小作文,題目就是描述自己過去與現(xiàn)在的外貌和性格。這樣設(shè)計的作業(yè),一是復(fù)習了本節(jié)課的目標語言,二是為下節(jié)課內(nèi)容的展開做了良好的鋪墊。Part4Blackboarddesigning.我將整塊黑板分成三大板塊,中間 寫whatdoIlooklike?
