1、老港城市化改造中交通系統(tǒng)綜合評價體系研究文章來源 畢業(yè)論文網(wǎng) 【中文摘要】 隨著老港區(qū)的港口功能逐步淡化以及城市發(fā)展的需要,各港口城市紛紛對老港區(qū)開始進行城市化改造,并取得了一定成果。由于老港區(qū)一般處于城市的中心濱海地帶,而且具有特定的歷史文化意義,在城市化改造過程中,涉及的影響因素和改造內(nèi)容較為復(fù)雜。交通系統(tǒng)是老港改造過程中的一部分,其方案的選擇合適與否直接影響到改造的效果。因此,在不同的交通系統(tǒng)建設(shè)方案評價時除了要考慮城市常規(guī)的交通系統(tǒng)因素外,還應(yīng)結(jié)合老港城市化改造中的特點和要求,將自然生態(tài)、人類宜居和歷史文脈等諸方面的因素也列入綜合評價指標的范疇。本文通過對老港的城市化改造基本特性、規(guī)劃

2、原則和影響因素等基本理論闡述分析,按照新的原則和思路構(gòu)建出適合于我國老港城市化改造過程中交通系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃方案進行綜合評價的指標體系,并對不同的評價指標進行具體分析。指標體系共包括四個層次,主要從交通功能、區(qū)域自然環(huán)境、人類宜居環(huán)境、歷史文化和經(jīng)濟因素等方面進行設(shè)計,共計35個具有代表性的指標。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文通過對各種評價方法的比較,選用層次分析法與灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法相結(jié)合的評價方法,建立適用于評價老港城市化改造交通系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃方案的應(yīng)用模型——灰色關(guān)聯(lián)層次分析評價模型(a-g模型)。最后,以我國大連老港城市化改造項目的交通系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃為實例,采用本文建立的指標體系和應(yīng)用模型對改造方案
