1、不銹鋼管道預(yù)制施工方案一、Purpose目的This statement is compiled to ensure the construction quality of Bayer project pipe fabrication and meet the progress requirement. This statement is used to guide the fabrication of all Stainless Steel pipe afforded by CNF in Bayer MDI。為了保證項(xiàng)目管道預(yù)制工程的施工質(zhì)量和滿足工程進(jìn)度要求,特編制本方案。本方案用以指導(dǎo)拜

2、耳異氰醋酸聚醚項(xiàng)目MDI聯(lián)合裝置內(nèi)CNF承擔(dān)的所有不銹鋼材質(zhì)管道的預(yù)制施工。二、Applicable Scope適用范圍This statement is applicable for all Stainless Steel pipe fabrication work afforded by CNF in Bayer MNB(V210) / WNILINE(V310).本方案適用于拜耳項(xiàng)目MNB(V210)/WNILINE(V310)裝置內(nèi)CNF承擔(dān)的所有不銹鋼管道預(yù)制工程的施工。三、Reference 編制依據(jù)Technical specification and standard of t

4、echnical document standard 拜耳的相關(guān)技術(shù)資料(WN標(biāo)準(zhǔn))(4) 管道相關(guān)圖紙四、Overview工程概況1 Work scope 工作范圍The scope of this project includes all Stainless Steel pipe fabrication of MNB/ANILINE包括MNB、ANILINE兩個(gè)裝置中的所有不銹鋼管道的預(yù)制。2 Major project quantity 主要工程量Stainless Steel pipe in MNB is about 4679m (pipe dia DN15-DN600), which

5、 amounts to 70 of the whole run. 8、eport (RT, PT, VT)檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告(RT、PT、VT)六、不銹鋼材料的驗(yàn)收及檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn):1. 管道用材料,焊接用材料必須具有制造廠的合格證明書和質(zhì)量證明 書,請(qǐng)業(yè)主協(xié)助完成此項(xiàng)工作。質(zhì)量證明書應(yīng)包括以下內(nèi)容:l 產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)號(hào)l 材料的牌號(hào)l 材料的爐罐號(hào)、批號(hào)、交貨狀態(tài)、重量和件數(shù)l 品種名稱、規(guī)格及質(zhì)量等級(jí)l 產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中規(guī)定的各項(xiàng)檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果l 技術(shù)監(jiān)督部門的印記。2. 按設(shè)計(jì)要求核對(duì)其規(guī)格、材質(zhì)、型號(hào)。3. 外觀檢查:無裂紋、縮孔、夾渣、折迭、重皮等缺陷,所有管道壁厚均不得有負(fù)偏差。4. 法蘭、焊環(huán)及盲板密封面平整、光潔、不得有毛刺及徑向溝槽,螺栓,螺母的螺紋完整,無傷痕,無毛刺等缺陷,

9、配合良好。墊片,無折損、皺紋等缺陷。5. 經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)合格的管材,應(yīng)按規(guī)格尺寸分別放置在專門設(shè)置的地方,嚴(yán)禁與鋼材混堆和直接接觸或碰傷。6. 材料負(fù)責(zé)人檢查并收集管道、管件、閥門、焊絲等所有管材的合格證及質(zhì)量保證書。7. 彎頭、異徑管、三通、法蘭、盲板及緊固件等進(jìn)行檢查,其尺寸偏差應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn),材質(zhì)應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。8. 石棉、橡膠、塑料等非金屬材料墊片應(yīng)質(zhì)地柔和,無老化變質(zhì)或分層現(xiàn)象。表面不得有折損,皺紋等缺陷。金屬墊片的加工尺寸、精度、光潔度及硬度應(yīng)符合要求,表面應(yīng)無裂紋、毛刺、凹凸槽徑向劃痕及銹斑等缺陷,包金屬及纏繞式墊片不應(yīng)有徑向劃痕、松散等缺陷。9. 對(duì)驗(yàn)收后的不銹鋼材料(管子、管作、法蘭

10、)每批進(jìn)行5%的光譜分析檢查。七、Fabrication preparation and step施工預(yù)制準(zhǔn)備和步驟10. Preparation for fabrication預(yù)制準(zhǔn)備10.1. According to the demand of Bayer project work, Stainless Steel fabrication yard is set in (CNF Weiwu Road).根據(jù)拜耳要求和施工的需要分別設(shè)置兩個(gè)預(yù)制場(chǎng)地:不銹鋼預(yù)制場(chǎng)設(shè)置在(CNF衛(wèi)五路)10.2. Before fabrication, pipe professional technician

11、 shall timely do the shift work of drawings, mark weld NO. SW-shop weld; FW-field weld. The principle of drawing shift: expand fabrication depth based on the convenient transportation and installation together with plan sketch, in order possibly to finish fabrication work in fabrication shop and 管道預(yù)

12、制前,管道專業(yè)技術(shù)人員要做好圖紙轉(zhuǎn)換,標(biāo)定焊口號(hào):SW表示預(yù)制焊口,F(xiàn)W現(xiàn)場(chǎng)焊口,預(yù)制分段。圖紙轉(zhuǎn)換的原則是:為了盡可能多在預(yù)制車間內(nèi)完成管道的制作,結(jié)合平面圖在考慮方便運(yùn)輸與安裝的前提下,盡量擴(kuò)大預(yù)制深度。10.3. Any people who join the fabrication work (helper excluded) must be proficient technician. Worker who does pipe welding must hold effective certificate being conformed to the work they conduc

13、t. These people must have received the welder training of this project and has qualified the test.凡參加管道預(yù)制作業(yè)的人員(輔助工除外)必須是熟練的技術(shù)工人。參與管道焊接的工人必須持有與所從事的作業(yè)相符且在有效期內(nèi)的合格證書,并經(jīng)業(yè)主焊工培訓(xùn)考試合格的施工人員。10.4. Properly requisite fabrication material as per fabrication progress, received material must have certificate and r

14、e-check report. The vent and hygiene shall be good in fabrication yard, equipment process ability in fabrication shop shall meet the operation requirement and have good operation performance. Tool and machines in fabrication shop shall be complete, having special lay down area and full time keeper.

15、Equip one set of 3m 3 oil-free compressor and corresponding line arrangement for in-pipe blow of pipe fabrication piece. 根據(jù)預(yù)制進(jìn)度計(jì)劃合理領(lǐng)用預(yù)制材料,領(lǐng)用的材料必須具有產(chǎn)品合格證或復(fù)驗(yàn)報(bào)告。必須是經(jīng)過標(biāo)色的不銹鋼管道:HB/1.4306(褐色);H2/1.4404(無);H1/1.4307/1.4306(藍(lán)色);HU/1.4539(桔黃色)。預(yù)制場(chǎng)地應(yīng)有良好的通風(fēng)狀態(tài)和衛(wèi)生環(huán)境,預(yù)制車間的設(shè)備加工能力須滿足預(yù)制的操作要求,并具有良好的操作性能。預(yù)制車間的工機(jī)具應(yīng)齊全,并

16、有專門的堆放場(chǎng)所和進(jìn)行專人管理。預(yù)制場(chǎng)地需要隔離的地方,用橡膠皮或石棉板做好隔離準(zhǔn)備。配制一臺(tái)3m 3無油空壓機(jī)及相應(yīng)的管線布置,用于管道預(yù)制件的管內(nèi)吹掃。2 Fabrication step (see Appendix1) 施工預(yù)制步驟material requisition and check領(lǐng)料、核對(duì)材料 ID transfer of pipe 管子標(biāo)識(shí)移植 size lineation劃線標(biāo)注尺寸 baiting and cutting下料切割 Pipe ID transfer管子標(biāo)識(shí)移植 Groove treatment坡口加工 aStainless Steelembly and w

17、elding 組對(duì)、焊接 weld ID焊縫標(biāo)識(shí) Visual Inspection目視檢查 NDT inspection NDT檢查 spools clean管段清潔 spool ID管段標(biāo)識(shí) seal and storage 封口保護(hù)、堆放儲(chǔ)存 2.1 Batching 配料Full-time material person shall be in charge of batching, in principle, batching of piping fittings shall be completed as isometric axis drawing, all requisited

18、 material must be marked for batching and construction.配料應(yīng)由專職材料員負(fù)責(zé),原則上按等軸圖進(jìn)行管配件配料,所有領(lǐng)用的材料必須進(jìn)行標(biāo)識(shí)后,方可領(lǐng)出配料施工。2.1.1 Batching work shall be made according to prefabrication weekly plan and material delivery as per isometric axis drawing.配料工作應(yīng)根據(jù)預(yù)制周計(jì)劃和材料到貨情況按等軸圖進(jìn)行配制。2.1.2 Special box can be used separately

19、 for storage as each isometric axis drawing. It is also allowable to batch in several drawings or tens of drawings; furthermore, batched material schedule shall be pasted on the box.可按每張等軸圖用專用箱子分開配放,也可幾張或幾十張圖紙開在一起配好,并在箱子上貼上配好的材料清單。2.1.3 When prefabrication personnel requires (of specially delivery),

20、 requisition persons shall recheck according to material schedule and sign it for confirmation. One list shall be in two copies; requisition person and material person keep each one copy.預(yù)制人員領(lǐng)用(或?qū)K停r(shí),領(lǐng)用者應(yīng)按材料清單進(jìn)行復(fù)查并在清單上簽字確認(rèn),清單一式兩份,領(lǐng)用者和材料員各保管一份。2.2 Bating and cutting 下料切割2.2.1 Spool field bating and c

21、utting shall be done after reviewing spool isometric, the major reviewing point: 管段現(xiàn)場(chǎng)下料切割前應(yīng)首先對(duì)管段單線圖進(jìn)行審核,主要審核:l Drawing number, line number, spool number and material is as per design or not. 圖號(hào)、管線號(hào)、管段號(hào)及材質(zhì)是否與設(shè)計(jì)相符;l Spool segment and reserved weld for field installation of each isometric axial drawing

22、 is reasonable or not, and field resurvey for spool fabrication size shall be necessarily conducted. Accurately calculate when confirming baiting size of each spool, mainly considering about difference between fabrication spool size and baiting spool size, baiting spool size shall deduct theoretical

23、 size of elbow, tee and reducer, as well as regulated weld assembly gap; and thickness of flange and gasket, as well as theoretical size of other fittings (such as valve, filter; etc). confirm practical size of fabrication baiting after measuring in order to increase the measuring accuracy. 每一張等軸圖的管

24、段分段、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝預(yù)留口是否合理,并應(yīng)對(duì)管段預(yù)制尺寸進(jìn)行必要的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)復(fù)測(cè)。在確認(rèn)每一段下料尺寸時(shí),應(yīng)精確計(jì)算,主要考慮預(yù)制段尺寸和下料段尺寸之間的差異,下料段尺寸應(yīng)去除彎頭、三通、大小頭等管配件的理論尺寸以及規(guī)范規(guī)定的焊口組對(duì)間隙;法蘭、墊片的厚度以及其它配件(如閥門、過濾器等)的理論尺寸。以提高測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確度,測(cè)量后確定預(yù)制下料的實(shí)際尺寸。2.2.2 Original mark shall be transferred before cutting pipes, pipe material without mark or with blurry mark shall not be used. 管子切

25、割前應(yīng)移植原有標(biāo)記,沒有標(biāo)記或標(biāo)記模糊不清的管材不得使用。2.2.3 Pipe cutting generally adopts mechanical method, any following machine can be adopted according to situation: 管子切割必須應(yīng)采用機(jī)械方法,根據(jù)情況可采用下列任何一種機(jī)械:l Pipe lathe管子車床l Band saw machine帶鋸床l Abrasion wheel cutting machine 不銹鋼專用砂輪切割機(jī)和砂輪片2.2.4 Stainless steel pipe also can be cu

26、t by plasma cutting machine. 不銹鋼管也可以用等離子切割機(jī)進(jìn)行切割。2.2.5 When stainless steel pipe is cut by abrasion wheel cutting machine or grinded by abrasive disk, must use alumina substrate, and abrasion sheet which has cut or grinded stainless steel cannot be used to cut or grind stainless steel pipe. 不銹鋼管用砂輪切割

27、機(jī)切割或用砂輪打磨時(shí),必須用氧化鋁基的砂輪片,且切割或打磨過碳素鋼的砂輪片不能用來切割或打磨不銹鋼管。2.2.6 Pipe cut shall be as per the following requirement: 管子切口質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合下列要求:l Cut surface shall be smooth, free of crack, double skin, burr, concave and convex, contracted opening, sinter, oxide, slag or other defects or debris. 切口表面平整,無裂紋、重皮、毛刺、凹凸、縮口、熔

28、渣、氧化物、鐵屑等。l Tilting error of cut end face shall not be 1% bigger than external diameter of pipes, and no more than 3mm.切口端面傾斜偏差不應(yīng)大于管子外徑的1,且不超過3mm。(如執(zhí)行的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不同時(shí),按相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行)2.3 Groove Processing 坡口加工2.3.1 Groove shall be processed after marking and cutting on pipe (material) by construction personnel accord

29、ing to fabrication isometric drawing shifted by technical person. Beveled spool shall be put on process bench (fabrication shop) for groove grinding. 施工人員依據(jù)技術(shù)人員已轉(zhuǎn)化的預(yù)制單線圖紙對(duì)管道(素材)進(jìn)行劃線、切割下料后進(jìn)行坡口加工。坡口加工的管段應(yīng)放置在加工臺(tái)上(預(yù)制車間)進(jìn)行坡口打磨; 2.3.2 Groove type and size of pipe and fitting shall be conformed to requirem

30、ent of corresponding to drawing and design document, when there is no demand on design, confirm as per item B.0.1 of GB50235-97 Appendix B.管子、管件的坡口型式和尺寸應(yīng)符合相應(yīng)的圖紙和設(shè)計(jì)文件的要求,當(dāng)設(shè)計(jì)無規(guī)定時(shí),按GB50235-97規(guī)范附錄B第B.0.1條規(guī)定確定。 2.3.3 Processing of piping slope is commonly adopting mechanical method, for example, after sl

31、ope is processed in a way of heat processing, oxide skin, sinter and surface layer that will have effect on the quality of joints at slope shall be removed, and the place that is convex or concave shall be ground and leveled. Stainless steel shall be cut or grinded by special abrasion sheet, and can

32、not be mixed with carbon steel abrasion sheet. 管道坡口加工一般采用機(jī)械方法,不銹鋼管道的坡口加工可采用坡口機(jī)加工或等離子切割加工方法。采用等離子切割方法加工坡口后,必須除去坡口表面的氧化皮、熔渣及影響焊接質(zhì)量的表面層,并應(yīng)將管子端面的凹凸不平處打磨平整。不銹鋼切割或打磨時(shí)應(yīng)使用專用砂輪片,不得與碳鋼砂輪片混用。 2.3.4 No matter which method is used, after slope opening is processed, oil, water, rust and other debris shall be clea

33、ned無論用哪一種方法,坡口加工完畢后,均應(yīng)去除油圬、水份、鐵銹等雜物。2.4 Weld assembly 焊口組對(duì)2.4.1 Assembly 組對(duì)l When assembling, clean groove and its internal and external surface as per the following table: 組對(duì)時(shí),對(duì)坡口及其內(nèi)外表面應(yīng)按下表要求清理干凈:Pipe material 管道材質(zhì)Clean range清理范圍Cleaning material清理物Cleaning method清理方法CS碳素鋼SS不銹鋼AS合金鋼10Oil, paint and

35、 for stainless steel assembly. 對(duì)于不銹鋼管組對(duì)用的臺(tái)架、支承架等,應(yīng)用襯墊材料進(jìn)行隔離。l After assembling, shall keep pipe straight. 組對(duì)后,應(yīng)保持管子的平直。l As for the thin wall pipe easily deforming during welding, use special clamp to fix it during assembly. 對(duì)于焊接時(shí)易產(chǎn)生變形的簿壁管,組對(duì)時(shí)應(yīng)使用專用夾具進(jìn)行固定。l During weld assembling, inner wall shall be

36、 smooth , unfitness of inner wall shall not be beyond 10% of wall thickness and not more than 2mm.焊口組對(duì)時(shí),應(yīng)做到內(nèi)壁平齊,內(nèi)壁錯(cuò)邊量不宜超過壁厚的10%,且不大于2mm。l During assembling pipe component with uneven wall thickness, repair as per item 6.2.3.b and then assemble. 不等厚管道組成件組對(duì)時(shí),應(yīng)按6.2.3.b條要求進(jìn)行修整后再進(jìn)行組對(duì)。l Further check whet

37、her there is scratch on sealing surface of flange or not during assembly, if there is scratch that shall influence flange sealing, this flange shall not be used. 法蘭時(shí)應(yīng)進(jìn)一步檢查法蘭的密封面有無徑向劃痕,如果發(fā)現(xiàn)有影響法蘭密封的劃痕,該法蘭不得使用。l If the flange is connected with valve, ensure site installation of valve is as per the desi

38、gn requirement during assembly. 如果是連接閥門的法蘭,在組對(duì)時(shí)要保證閥門在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝時(shí)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。l Put pad under the butt-welded pipe to ensure it is firm, in order to avoid the deformation during welding, strong force shall not be used for assembly during connecting pipe. 管子對(duì)口后應(yīng)墊置牢固,避免焊接過程中產(chǎn)生變形,管道連接時(shí)不得強(qiáng)力組對(duì)。l All assembled welding

39、 joint size shall comply with the requirement of design document or drawing. 所有組對(duì)好的焊接接頭尺寸應(yīng)滿足設(shè)計(jì)文件或圖紙的要求。2.4.2 Welding 焊接l Operation requirement during the whole welding (including pipe welding, non-destruction inspection, weld repair; etc) see pipe welding method statement of pipe fabrication plant.

40、整個(gè)焊接過程(包括管道焊接、無損檢測(cè)、焊口返修等工序)的操作和要求詳見管道預(yù)制廠管道焊接方案和焊接工藝卡。2.5 Superficial treatment of stainless steel pipe weld 不銹鋼管道焊縫的表面處理2.5.1 If there is requirement in design document regulation or implementation standard, superficial treatment shall be used for all stainless steel pipe weld, remove oxidizing laye

41、r until the base metal color shall be exposed. 如設(shè)計(jì)文件的規(guī)定或執(zhí)行的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有要求,應(yīng)對(duì)所有的不銹鋼管焊縫的外表面進(jìn)行處理,去除表面氧化層,達(dá)到金屬母材本色。2.5.2 Generally use pickling cream (mordant) to wash it, also shall use other methods to brush it, like stainless steel wire, the concrete operation shall be as per corresponding standard. 處理方法一般采用酸

42、洗膏(酸洗液)進(jìn)行酸洗,涂液4小時(shí)后在焊口處用不銹鋼鋼絲刷進(jìn)行刷擦,具體操作應(yīng)執(zhí)行相應(yīng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。2.6 Mark on pipe fabrication piece 管道預(yù)制件的標(biāo)記2.6.1 Mark all pipe fabrication piece according to spool NO on isometric. 對(duì)所有管道預(yù)制件進(jìn)行標(biāo)記,按等軸圖上的管段編號(hào)進(jìn)行。2.6.2 use mark pen or pain to mark Welder ID (welder NO or weld NO)焊工標(biāo)識(shí)(焊工號(hào)及焊口號(hào))應(yīng)采用記號(hào)筆或油漆進(jìn)行。(注意:油漆必須和底漆相同cl-mm

43、p)2.6.3 Mark shall be clear and remain for a long time at least when this spool is finished installation標(biāo)記應(yīng)清晰,且能保持較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間。至少應(yīng)保持到該管段安裝完畢。2.7 Cleanness of pipe fabrication piece 管道預(yù)制件清潔度Cleanness inspection shall be conducted on fabricated spool, there is no foreign matter inside pipe, such as welding sl

44、ag, oil, rubble, if there is debris, use scrub or air blow to clean them. 對(duì)于預(yù)制好的管段進(jìn)行清潔度檢查,管內(nèi)不得有焊渣、油跡、石子等外來物,如有雜物,應(yīng)用擦洗或壓空吹掃的辦法來進(jìn)行清除,清除后立刻進(jìn)行管口的包裝保護(hù),防止異物再次進(jìn)入。2.8 Conformity inspection of fabrication piece 預(yù)制件的符合性檢查Conformity inspection (as per proportion)is conducted to pipe fabrication piece according

45、 to design document requirement, main content is as follows: 應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)文件要求,對(duì)管道預(yù)制件進(jìn)行符合性檢查(按比例),主要內(nèi)容如下:2.8.1 Ensure the material specification, type and material is correct. 確認(rèn)使用材料的規(guī)格、型號(hào)、材質(zhì)正確無誤。2.8.2 Ensure pipe fabrication spool size is conformed to drawing requirement. 確認(rèn)管道預(yù)制段的尺寸符合圖紙要求。2.8.3 Ensure weld

46、 appearance quality and non destruction inspection is conformed to design document requirement. 確認(rèn)焊縫的外觀質(zhì)量和無損檢驗(yàn)滿足設(shè)計(jì)文件要求。2.8.4 Fill in conformity inspection record of pipe fabrication piece(see attachment 2) 填寫好管道預(yù)制件符合性檢查記錄(見附錄2)Note: conformity inspection record of fabrication piece is confirmed and

People who conduct site groove grinding or cutti

52、ng with angular abrader, abrasion wheel cutter and acetylene cutter must wear protective glasses and mask; set isolation screen if necessary in order not to damage people around. Mask must be worn to protect eyes when cooperating with welding work. Change abrasion sheet when its effective radius is
