1、語(yǔ)文教學(xué)中的德育工作計(jì)劃在已經(jīng)結(jié)束的第一學(xué)期,我們七年級(jí)語(yǔ)文組三位教師,針對(duì)著學(xué)生的心理素質(zhì)、知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、能力等級(jí)諸多方面,進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的德育工作,學(xué)生在思想品質(zhì)、意志品質(zhì)等均取得一定的提高。本學(xué)期, “課堂高效”“小組合學(xué)”仍然是我們教學(xué)的追求方向。大兵未動(dòng),糧草先行,課改之時(shí),德育先行。工作難度的加大,對(duì)我們是個(gè)考驗(yàn),也是挑戰(zhàn);為了搞好工作,我們擬定計(jì)劃如下:一、指導(dǎo)思想堅(jiān)持“德育為首,育人為本”的教育原則,結(jié)合語(yǔ)文教學(xué)的自身規(guī)律和特點(diǎn),在教學(xué)中滲透思想道德教育,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生正確的人生觀、價(jià)值觀。二、教材內(nèi)容德育價(jià)值總體分析本冊(cè)中的六個(gè)單元依次安排如下內(nèi)容,成長(zhǎng)、祖國(guó)、名人、文化、探險(xiǎn)、動(dòng)物。據(jù)此
2、可滲透如下教育:正確面對(duì)成長(zhǎng)中的問(wèn)題;培養(yǎng)愛(ài)國(guó)主義精神,學(xué)習(xí)名人精神,形成高尚的審美觀和正確的價(jià)值觀;培養(yǎng)開(kāi)拓精神和團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作的觀念;珍視生活,關(guān)愛(ài)動(dòng)物。單元德育滲透內(nèi)容第一單元 成長(zhǎng)主題 正確對(duì)待成長(zhǎng)中的問(wèn)題,勇于面對(duì)生活,面對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)。第二單元 祖國(guó)主題 體會(huì)課文中表現(xiàn)的強(qiáng)烈的愛(ài)國(guó)主題,培養(yǎng)愛(ài)國(guó)主義情操。第三單元 名人題材 學(xué)習(xí)名人的崇高品格和奉獻(xiàn)精神。第四單元 文化藝術(shù) 開(kāi)闊視野,接觸各種各樣的文化藝術(shù)形式,豐富文化素養(yǎng),初步形成個(gè)性化的審美觀、價(jià)值觀。第五單元 探險(xiǎn)主題 激起探險(xiǎn)自然奧秘的興趣,培養(yǎng)敢于探險(xiǎn)的勇氣、集體主義觀念和必要時(shí)為所熱愛(ài)的事業(yè)而獻(xiàn)身的崇高精神。第六單元 動(dòng)物美文 激發(fā)學(xué)
3、生珍視生命、關(guān)愛(ài)動(dòng)物的情感,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生初步思考和認(rèn)識(shí)人與動(dòng)物的關(guān)系,感悟動(dòng)物身上所折射出來(lái)的可貴精神。三、教學(xué)德育滲透總體目標(biāo)結(jié)合教學(xué)內(nèi)容,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生崇高的愛(ài)國(guó)主義精神,增強(qiáng)民族自豪感;樹(shù)立健康高尚的人生觀、價(jià)值觀;形成自己的審美觀;培養(yǎng)學(xué)生開(kāi)拓進(jìn)取的精神和集體主義觀念;珍視生命,關(guān)愛(ài)動(dòng)物。四、具體實(shí)施:1.結(jié)合課本內(nèi)容對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行德育教育為了能更好的開(kāi)展德育工作,滲透思想,我們要結(jié)合本學(xué)科特點(diǎn),及時(shí)進(jìn)行德育及環(huán)保等宣傳。如講真正的英雄、登上地球之顛等課文時(shí),主要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的愛(ài)國(guó)主義情操,即不畏艱險(xiǎn)的精神。講珍珠鳥(niǎo)、馬等課文時(shí),傳遞給學(xué)生熱愛(ài)和平、熱愛(ài)自然的觀念,使學(xué)生在把握知識(shí)的同時(shí),在品質(zhì)上上升一
4、個(gè)新的臺(tái)階。而且我們還要在課上適當(dāng)開(kāi)展討論活動(dòng),使學(xué)生體會(huì)作者的情感,讓文章本身去感染學(xué)生的心靈,起到潤(rùn)物細(xì)無(wú)聲的效果。2.身體力行,言傳身教除了緊緊結(jié)合教材教育學(xué)生之外,我們還要注重自己的形象,通過(guò)我們的“身體力行”來(lái)給學(xué)生作表率。不管是課上還是課下,小到一言一行、一個(gè)手勢(shì),我都會(huì)給學(xué)生一個(gè)示范的形象,因?yàn)槲乙恢庇浿约旱穆氊?zé)是:教書育人,其中育人更是重中之重。要是老師都不能身為典范,學(xué)生又怎能行正品端呢?3.德育工作與學(xué)校工作合拍寓教于樂(lè),寓教育于活動(dòng)之中,教育才能收到較好的效果。除了日常的教學(xué)工作,我們的德育工作一定要與學(xué)校的工作節(jié)拍相一致,只有這樣才能起到強(qiáng)化教育,深化教育的目的和作用
5、。并且有學(xué)校這個(gè)大環(huán)境作后盾,我們的工作才能有法可依,有的放矢;學(xué)生也會(huì)加強(qiáng)自律。除此之外,及時(shí)抓住反饋時(shí)機(jī),結(jié)合作文讓學(xué)生反思,談感想,進(jìn)行深度挖掘。有利于提高學(xué)生思想上的熟悉,對(duì)思想教育有輔助作用。例如學(xué)校在每個(gè)重要的節(jié)日都要組織相應(yīng)的活動(dòng):教師節(jié)、母親節(jié)、父親節(jié)、國(guó)慶節(jié)、青年節(jié)、感恩節(jié)等等,征文也好,演講朗誦比賽也罷等等,我們語(yǔ)文教師都應(yīng)適時(shí)地敏感地抓住機(jī)會(huì),相機(jī)施教,讓教育在活動(dòng)中升華。總之,德育是教育之首,作為語(yǔ)文教師的我們,應(yīng)該利用一切陣地,抓住一切機(jī)會(huì),將德育工作真正落到實(shí)處。qcwa3ptgz7r4i30ka1dkaghn3xtkknbycudxqa7fhyi2chhi92tg
