7、2. 制造滿(mǎn)足10.5秒工作循環(huán)的主閥體。Tiefe nbachs mai n con trol valves are made to meet the cycle time of 10.5 sec on ds.3. 支架配置電液控制系統(tǒng)，能夠完成支架的各種動(dòng)作功能。支架可實(shí)現(xiàn)成組程序自動(dòng)控制， 包括成組自動(dòng)移架、成組自動(dòng)推溜、成組自動(dòng)伸收護(hù)幫、成組自動(dòng)伸收伸縮梁。支架可實(shí)現(xiàn) 鄰架電控的手動(dòng)、自動(dòng)操作，實(shí)現(xiàn)本架電磁閥按鈕的手動(dòng)操作。順槽主控計(jì)算機(jī)可實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程 控制工作面液壓支架動(dòng)作，即跟機(jī)自動(dòng)化功能（跟機(jī)自動(dòng)移架、跟機(jī)自動(dòng)推溜、跟機(jī)自動(dòng)噴 霧功能）。可實(shí)現(xiàn)成組自動(dòng)移架和推溜，又可本架手動(dòng)按鈕、左

Shield can realize group program automatic control including group automatic moving shields, group automatic pushing conveyor, group automatic extending and retracting extens

9、ion bar. Shield can finish manual, automatic operation of E-H controls of adjacent shields and the manual operation on solenoid valve button of local shield. Gate main computer can realize remote control for face shield actions, viz., following-Shearer automatic function (following-Shearer automatic

10、 moving shields, following-Shearer automatic pushing conveyor, following-Shearer automatic spraying function). And automatic moving and pushing can be achieved, meanwhile, the manual pushing button in local shield and right and left (1-3) hand of adjacent shields controlled by E-H control button, an

31、 and main control valves to Party A.4. 乙方免費(fèi)編制并向礦方和甲方提供中文ASG 型電液控制系統(tǒng)的培訓(xùn)教材和技術(shù)文件（包 括 4 份電子版和 10 份紙制資料），其中技術(shù)文件包含全系統(tǒng)的備件目錄。Party B workouts in free of charge and provide the training documents and technique documents of ASG E-H control system in Chinese version （four copies of E-format files and 10 copies

32、 of paper-printed version） to Part B and the mine, and these documents shall include spare parts contents of whole set of system.5. 乙方在礦對(duì)礦方操作、技術(shù)和管理人員進(jìn)行為期7 天的免費(fèi)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)。Party B should go to the mine and train the operating/technique/managing personnels of mine for 7 days in free of charge.6. 乙方負(fù)責(zé)支架樣機(jī)及成批出

33、廠的ASG 電控系統(tǒng)的安裝、調(diào)試指導(dǎo)工作。Party B is responsible for the installation and debuging direction of shield prototype and ASG E-H control system.7. ASG 型電液控制系統(tǒng)到礦進(jìn)行地面組裝、井下安裝、試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，乙方派出優(yōu)秀的、有實(shí) 際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的工程師到項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備安裝、調(diào)試的技術(shù)指導(dǎo)工作，直到試生產(chǎn)完成。Party B should send the excellent and experienced engineer to project locale for t

34、he technique direction of installation and debugging till the manufacturing finished when ASG E-H control systems are put into the mine to mount on surface, install underground, and fulfil running test.8. 電控系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行期間，乙方根據(jù)礦方需要提供技術(shù)支持，如需要技術(shù)交流及問(wèn)題處理，乙方 技術(shù)人員將在 24 小時(shí)之內(nèi)趕到項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。During the running of E control sy

35、stems, Party B should provide technical supports according to the requirements of mine, if the technique communication is needed and problems need to be resolved, the technical engineers of Party B should arrive at the project locale in 24 hours.9. 電液控制系統(tǒng)在從乙方出廠前由乙方通知甲方派人進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收。Party B should inform Party A to check and accept E-H control systems before taking out of the factory.10. 乙方對(duì)電液控制系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品實(shí)行三包 ,質(zhì)保期為一年 （產(chǎn)品從供貨之日起 18 個(gè)月；或產(chǎn)品調(diào) 試完畢之
