1、IMO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)海事通信用語總 貝卩 General1. 程序 Procedure當(dāng)有必要表示將使用IMO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)海事通信用語時(shí),可發(fā)送如下信文:When it is necessary to indicate that the IMO SMCP are to be used, the following message may be sent:“請(qǐng)使用IMO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)海事通信用語?!薄?Please use IMO Standard Marine Communication Phrases.”“我將使用IMO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)海事通信用語”“I will use IMO Stan dard Marine Communi
2、cati on Phrases.”2. 拼讀 Spelling (參閱張曉峰、徐東華編著船舶駕駛員實(shí)用英語口語P4)3. 信文標(biāo)識(shí)Message Markers在岸一船和船一岸通信中或一般的無線電通信中,可使用下述八個(gè)信文標(biāo)識(shí)。In shore-to-ship and ship-to-shore com muni cati on or radio com muni cati on in gen eral, the followi ng eight Message Markers may be used.(1)指示In structio n(2)建議Advise(3)警告Warni ng(4)信
3、息In formatio n(5)詢問Questi on(6)回答An swer(7)請(qǐng)求Request(8)意圖Inten tio n4.回答responses4.1如果對(duì)問題的回答是肯定的,應(yīng)說“是的”,后接完整語句。When the an swer to a questi on is in the affirmative, say:“ Yes, ”oowed by the appropriate phrase in full.4.2如果對(duì)問題的回答是否定的,應(yīng)說“不”,后接完整語句。When the an swer to a questi on is in the n egative,
4、say:“ No, foowed by the appropriate phrase in full.4.3如果對(duì)需求的信息不能立即提供,可說“請(qǐng)稍等”,后接信息可適用的時(shí)間間隔。When the in formatio n requested is n ot immediately available, say:“ Stand by f6lwed by the time interval within which the information will be available.4.4如果不能獲得對(duì)方需求的信息,可說“沒有信息”。When the information requested

7、he vessel to the North of me.”4.6在對(duì)外通信和船舶內(nèi)部通信中,應(yīng)答命令和對(duì)特別重要問題的回答,應(yīng)使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)用語中的語句。5. 遇險(xiǎn) /緊急 /安全信文 Distress/ Urgency/ Safety signals5.1 MAYDAY用于發(fā)布遇險(xiǎn)信文。MAYDAY to be used to announce a distress message.5.2 PAN-PAN用于發(fā)布緊急信文。PAN-PAN to be used to announce an urge ncy message.5.3 SECURITE用于發(fā)布安全信文。SECURITE to be u
8、sed to announce a safety message.6. 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組織用語Standard organizational phrases6.1“你收聽(我)的聲音怎樣?”“ How do you read (me)?”很差/1信號(hào)強(qiáng)度為1 (即極弱)bad/ one with signal strength one(i.e. barely perceptible)很弱/2 信號(hào)強(qiáng)度為2 (即很弱)Poor/ two with sig nal stre ngth two(i.e. week)還好/3 信號(hào)強(qiáng)度為3 (即還好)fair/ three with sig nal stre n

13、ess“我準(zhǔn)備/還沒準(zhǔn)備好接收你的信文?!薄癐 am/ I am not ready to receive your message.”9.重復(fù) Repetition9.1如果認(rèn)為信文的某部分非常重要,為確保無誤,可說:“重復(fù)”隨后是信文的相應(yīng)部分。If any part of the message is con sidered sufficie ntly importa nt to n eed safeguard ing, say:“ Repeat followed by the corresponding part of the message.例如:“我的吃水為12.6,重復(fù),12.6

When rudder an gles, e.g. in wheel orders, are give n, say:“ Fifteen ” for 15;“ Twenty ” for 20, etc.11. 位置 Positions11.1在使用經(jīng)緯度時(shí),應(yīng)以度、分(如果需要,可以用分的小數(shù))來表示,并應(yīng)標(biāo)出北緯或南緯,東經(jīng)或 西經(jīng)。11.2當(dāng)位置相對(duì)于某一標(biāo)志時(shí),該標(biāo)志必須是海圖上明確標(biāo)出的物標(biāo),方位應(yīng)以由物標(biāo)位置的真北起算, 以

24、danger.”18.2 詞 Can“Can”既能表示做某事的可能性又能表示能力。在 IMO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)海事通信用語中,無論是否涉及可 能性,當(dāng)使用“ Can”的用語似乎使意思清晰。然而,在含糊不清的上下文中,如果要求得到許可,可如 例所示:“詢問。在這個(gè)時(shí)間允許使用淺吃水道嗎? ”而不說:“在這個(gè)時(shí)間我可以使用淺吃水道嗎?”Say:“ QUESTION.
