Who are you looking for?(是的，請(qǐng)問(wèn)你找誰(shuí)？)PSCO：Im the Port State Control Officer.We want to talk to your captain./captain on board?(我是港口國(guó)監(jiān)督官，船長(zhǎng)在船上嗎?)值班水手需要根據(jù)保安檢查的要求檢查ID card和隨身攜帶的包。常用語(yǔ)為：Would you please/Could you please show

2、 me your ID card? 或者 May I check your bag/briefcase?PSC檢查根據(jù)IMO A.1052(27)決議，PSC官員上船第1步是初始檢查PSC官員通常需要船方提供以下證書和文件：Ship certificate；Last psc inspection report；Crew list（Signature and Stamp）；Ships particular等。首先是對(duì)船舶證書和有關(guān)文件的檢查 PSCO:Would you please show me all your ships certificates,Captain?（船長(zhǎng)，請(qǐng)出示所有的船舶
