7、合同及其附件發(fā)生的項(xiàng)目的業(yè)務(wù)互不受對方干涉。但雙方應(yīng)確保彼此之間正在進(jìn)行的其他合作項(xiàng)目不受影響，乙方承諾將繼續(xù)按照其他合作項(xiàng)目的合同約定嚴(yán)格履行生產(chǎn)和供貨的義務(wù)，否則應(yīng)承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的違約責(zé)任。3、Bus in esses of either party ofProject based on the above con tract andits appendicesbecomeindependent from the effective dateof thisMOU.But thetwo partiesshould en surethat other ongoing cooperati onproj

Otherwise Party B shall bear the corresp onding liability for breach.4、 雙方簽訂解本備忘錄之后，乙方應(yīng)將雙方合作期間基于 項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)生的與甲方相關(guān)的技術(shù)資料與成果交還給甲方。雙方應(yīng)遵守誠實(shí)信用原則

9、，保守合作期間的商業(yè)秘密，不得作岀任何有損對方信譽(yù)及經(jīng)濟(jì)利益之行為。否則，應(yīng)承擔(dān)全額的賠償責(zé)任。After sig nature of this MOU,Party B shall return all tech no logy,in formatio nand outcomerelatingto Party A based onProject. 10、rshipand not do anything harmful to the reputation and economic interests of theother Party.Otherwise, the violator shall be liable for mak ing compe nsati on in full.5、 本備忘錄簽訂后15天內(nèi)，乙方應(yīng)將基于 項(xiàng)目盤留的庫存產(chǎn)品全部打包發(fā)送至甲方，運(yùn)費(fèi)及裝卸費(fèi)用由乙方承擔(dān)。 待上述庫存產(chǎn)品經(jīng)甲方驗(yàn)收無誤后，甲方支付本協(xié)議第2條50%勺款項(xiàng)給乙方；剩余50%尾款，甲方在 前支付給乙方。5、Within 15 days follow
