3、nd the students listening and speaking abilities would be developed. This lesson is the_unit of this module, so it is very important for students to the further study.The second part is analysis of the students. The students of this period are active and curious, they are interested in new things. A
4、fter learning English for_year(s), they have some basic English background knowledge, so the teacher should pay more importance to the communication with them, providing them the chances of practicing the English language.After analysis of the teaching material and the students, and according to the
5、 analysis of the new curriculum standard, I set the teaching aims as follows:Firstly, knowledge aim: Students can understand these words:_. And they understand the sentences:_.Secondly, ability aim: (1) Students can use the new sentences to communicate in English class. (2) Their listening and speak
6、ing ability will be improved.Lastly, emotional aim: Students can get more interests in learning English and be involved in the class activities to develop their cooperation spirit.According to the analysis above, then I set the key points and difficult points as follows:The key points are students c
7、an master the new worde and the new sentence structures.The difficult points are students can use the key words and sentence structures to describe things in their daily life. And they can improve the confidence of learning English, and not afraid of speaking English.After above analysis, I will tal
8、k about the analysis of teaching methods and learning methods. According to the New Curriculum Standard of English, students should be the main body of instruction activity, so I will mainly use “Task-based teaching method to help students to learn by themselves. Besides, I will also use “Communicat
9、ive language teaching method as another main teaching method. For the learning methods, I will encourage students to cooperate with others.As we all know teaching aids are very important for my class, so Ill mainly use multi-media, PPT and word cards as the teaching aids.Now lets come to the most im
10、portant part of this lesson: Analysis of the teaching procedures.Step1 Warming-upAfter greeting with students, Ill play a turntable game with the students to review the words we have learnt.The purpose is to attract students attention and warming-up.Step2 Lead-inAfter the game, I will ask students t
11、o enjoy the video of activity 1 of this lesson. In this part, we can not only review the words we have learnt and we can also lead in todays topic.Here I will have a free-talk with my students about_.Then give them a question_ to lead in todays topic.Step3 PresentationIn this part, Ill ask students
12、to listen for 3 times. The 1st time, watch and listen, and circle the new words. Then I will teach the new words and practice them row by row.The 2nd time, listen carefully and answer another 2 questions. Q1_.Q2_. Here I will teach the key sentences:_._.and pratice them group by group.The 3rd time,
13、listen and repeat. Ill ask students to try their best to imitate the pronunciations.At last, Ask them to read together.The purpose is to have students to master the new words and know about the whole text, and to develop students listening and speaking skills.And the task-based teaching method is us
14、ed here.Step4 PracticeTo help the students master the new sentences better, I will use PPT to show some pictures. Ask students to use the sentence structures to describe the pictures. Firstly, Ill give them an example, and ask them to work in pairs. Then invite some pairs to show their dialogues. Th
15、e other students will give them evaluation.Purpose: this can help the students master the sentence structures naturally and impressionly. The “communicative language teaching method is used here.Step5 ProductionAfter the practice, Ill show a form on the PPT. And I will divide students into several g
16、roups, each group include 4 students. Then let them discuss in groups. After that, invite some groups to have a show. The others will give them evaluation.The purpose is to create a real situation to stimulate students interest in learning. The cooperative learning method can make the tasks finished
17、 more easily.情感升華:_Step6 SummaryAfter the students wonderful show time, Ill ask a student to summarize what we have learnt in todays lesson. And lets have a look which group is the best.Step7 HomeworkThe homework is to give students a research form.Ask them to use the new sentences to make a research and finish the form. Then show us next class.Then it comes the blackboard design. This can help them master the key points. At last
