6、 voltage cable pulling work.本工程涉及三個(gè)變電站,分別是現(xiàn)有的 220/35kv a472 變電站、現(xiàn)有的 35/10kv b301s 變電站以及新建的 35/10kv c581 變電站,工作內(nèi)容為三個(gè)變電站之間和從三個(gè)變電站接至 mv 用戶的電力電纜、控制電纜、接地電纜的敷設(shè)。the project involves three substations, namely the existing 220/35kv a472 substation, the existing 35/10kv b301s the 35/10kv c581 substation and a
7、 new substation. this is the power, control and grounding cable pulling among three substations and for mv users connected to the three substations.1.2 施工范圍施工范圍 scope of work1) a472 建筑(建筑(220/35kv 變電站)出線回路:變電站)出線回路:a472 building(220/35kv substation) outlet circuit由 a472 變電站引出 3 路 35kv 出線。其中:一路引至 b30
8、1s 建筑(35/10kv 變電站)原 1#主變,原 1#主變電纜將抽出,與新增 4#主變連接;另兩路引至 35/10kv c581 變電站 1#主變和 2#主變。回路采用 fs-yjy-26/35kv-1*300mm2單芯電纜,直埋敷設(shè)。去 c581 的兩路 35kv 線路,敷設(shè)時(shí)沿不同路徑,以避免兩回線路同時(shí)受損。pull three 35v outgoings from a472 substation. of which: the first outgoing is led to b301s building (35/10kv substation) the original one #
9、 main transformer, pull the original one # main transformer cable out, and connect to the adding 4 # main transformer; the other two outgoings are led to 35/10kv c581 # 1 and substation 2 # main transformer. use fs-yjy-26/35kv-1 * 300mm2 single-core cables for loop and buried pulling. two 35kv lines
10、 to c581 are laid along different paths to avoid damage of the two loops.2) b301s 建筑(建筑(35/10kv 變電站)出線回路:變電站)出線回路:b301s building (35/10kv substation) outlet circuit:由 b301s 變電站引出 7 路 10kv 出線。全部引至 b399 中心制冷站?;芈凡捎?10kv 截面為95mm2的三芯鎧裝電纜,由 b301s 南面現(xiàn)有的電纜井引出直埋至裝置。pull 7 10kv outgoings from b301s substation
11、 to b399central refrigeration station. loop uses 10kv three-core armored cable with cross-section 95mm2 and pull out from the existing cable well in the south of b301s then buried lay to the device. 3) c581 建筑(建筑(35/10kv 變電站)出線回路:變電站)出線回路:c581 building (35/10kv substation) outlet circuit:由 c581 引出 1
12、0 路 10kv 線路,分別為 a507 的四臺變壓器,b551 的兩臺變壓器,b553tda 裝置氫氣壓縮機(jī) 2 臺,c521 鹽酸裝置氯氣壓縮機(jī) 1 臺,鹽酸壓縮機(jī) 1 臺提供電源。其中,變壓器回路采用 10kv 截面為 185mm2的三芯鎧裝電纜,馬達(dá)回路采用 10kv 截面為 95mm2的三芯鎧裝電纜。以上電纜線路均沿規(guī)劃路徑埋地敷設(shè)。10 10kv lines led from c581 are used to supply power to a507s four transformers, b551 two transformers, b553tda 2 sets of hydro

14、le lines will be laid underground along the planning path.4) 接地電纜回路:接地電纜回路:ground cable loop: 從 a472 敷設(shè)一根 95mm2裸銅線去 c581,同時(shí)從 c581 敷設(shè)四根 95mm2裸銅線,分別引至b551、a507、b553 和 c521,作等電位聯(lián)結(jié)。以上電纜線路均沿規(guī)劃路徑埋地敷設(shè)。lay a 95mm2 bare copper wire to c581 from a472. meanwhile lay four bare copper wires to b551, a507, b553 a
15、nd c521 for equipotential bonding. all cable lines will be laid underground along the planning path.overview 5) 控制電纜回路:控制電纜回路: control cable circuit:安裝在 hcl 裝置現(xiàn)場的 3.6mw 馬達(dá)上的電流信號通過一根直埋敷設(shè)的鎧裝控制電纜直接接入10kv 開關(guān)柜。the current signal installed on 3.6mw motor in the hcl devices site passes through a buried arm
16、ored control cable direct access to 10kv switchgear.由變壓器出線柜去 c581 以外的變壓器,采用兩根分別為 10*2.5mm2、4*2.5mm2屏蔽鎧裝控制電纜,由中壓轉(zhuǎn)接柜引出,與中壓電纜同路徑敷設(shè)至相關(guān)變壓器室。其中,10*2.5mm2 電纜直接接至溫控箱,4*2.5mm2 電纜可集中從某間變壓器室引出,沿橋架至相關(guān) pcs 樓 ats 柜。transformer outlet cabinets are connected to other transformers not in c581 by using two 10 * 2.5mm

22、上海市電力建設(shè)工程施工工藝實(shí)施細(xì)則結(jié)合本工程實(shí)際編寫電纜溝施工工藝卡,并組織實(shí)施。compile construction technique cards according to the shanghai municipal electric power construction engineering construction technology implementation details and organize its implementation.3) 施工人員全面了解電纜敷設(shè)來路、終點(diǎn)及敷設(shè)路徑。construction workers have comprehensive u
23、nderstanding antecedents, destination, and laying path of laying cables. 4.2 材料準(zhǔn)備材料準(zhǔn)備 material preparation1) 所有材料規(guī)格型號及電壓等級應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,并有產(chǎn)品合格證。all material specifications, models and voltage level should meet design requirements and have product certificates. 2) 每盤電纜上應(yīng)標(biāo)明電纜規(guī)格、型號、電壓等級、長度及出廠日期。電纜盤應(yīng)完好無損。each
24、 cable should be marked on specification, model, voltage level, length and manufacture date. cable tray should be in a good condition. 3) 電纜外觀完好無損,鎧裝無銹蝕、無機(jī)械損傷,光澤明亮無皺折和扭曲現(xiàn)象。電纜外皮及絕緣展無老化及裂紋。 the cable exterior condition is intact .the armor has no rust and no mechanical damage. it is shiny and bright w
25、ithout wrinkles and distortions. cable jacket and insulation show no aging and cracks.4) 電纜敷設(shè)前進(jìn)行絕緣搖測或耐壓試驗(yàn)。測量絕緣用兆歐表的額定電壓,采用如下等級:before laying carry out insulation rolling test or voltage withstand test. use megger rated voltage to measure insulation. take the following level:10kv 和 35kv 電纜:用 2500v 兆歐
26、表。10kv and 35kv cable: the 2500v megger.電纜測試完畢,應(yīng)立即用橡塑材料封頭。 when cable testing is completed, cover it with rubber materials immediately. 5) 按設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)際路徑計(jì)算每根電纜的長度,合理安排每盤電纜,無電纜接頭。calculate each cable length according to design and actual path. arrange each cable reasonably without cable joints. 6) 電纜保護(hù)套管已經(jīng)
27、預(yù)埋好,故只需要清理管內(nèi)殘?jiān)⒆骱霉芸诒Wo(hù)。cable protection sleeve has been embedded. clean pipe residue and protect nozzles.7) 其它附屬材料:電纜標(biāo)示樁、電纜標(biāo)志牌、油漆、汽油、封鉛、硬脂酸、白布帶、橡皮包布、黑包布等均應(yīng)符合要求。other subsidiary material: cable marking piles, cable signs, paint, gasoline, sealed lead, stearic acid, white belt, rubber cloth, black clo

30、szc 型兆歐表(檢測絕緣電阻用) 、高壓試驗(yàn)設(shè)備(交流耐壓及泄漏試驗(yàn)用)zc-type megger (insulation resistance test), and high-voltage test equipment (ac withstand voltage and leakage test) 4.4 作業(yè)環(huán)境準(zhǔn)備作業(yè)環(huán)境準(zhǔn)備 work environment preparation廠區(qū)電纜溝的開挖及過路管的預(yù)埋工作已經(jīng)完成,電纜溝內(nèi)無積水,其深度應(yīng)滿足規(guī)范要求,底砂鋪好,溝內(nèi)無雜物。trench excavation and crossing cable tubes embedd
31、ed have been completed. trench has no water and depth should meet the specifications. spread bottom sand and be debris-free.場地清理干凈、道路暢通。site clean up the roads unimpeded放電纜用的設(shè)備安置完畢,且符合安全要求,電纜沿線照明照度滿足施工要求。cable laying equipment has placed, and meets safety requirements. cable lighting illumination al

33、。如無箭頭時(shí),可按電纜纏繞方向滾動,切不可反纏繞方向滾運(yùn),以免電纜松弛。use truck or crane to transport cables. roll cable-axis according to direction indicated by arrow sign on it. in long-distance transportation, use truck or crane to transport heavy cable trays. if without the arrow sign, roll it according to its wrapping direction
34、.2) 電纜支架的架設(shè)地點(diǎn)應(yīng)選好,以敷設(shè)方便為準(zhǔn),一般應(yīng)在電纜起止點(diǎn)附近為宜。架設(shè)時(shí),應(yīng)注意電纜軸的轉(zhuǎn)動方向,電纜引出端應(yīng)在電纜軸的上方。電纜放線架應(yīng)放置穩(wěn)妥,鋼軸的強(qiáng)度和長度應(yīng)與電纜盤重量和寬度相配合。敷設(shè)電纜的機(jī)具應(yīng)檢查并調(diào)試正常,電纜盤應(yīng)有可靠的制動措施。select a proper set-up place as per convenient to pave. generally place it near the start or end point of cable. be aware of rolling direction of cable axle, and keep pa
35、y-off-rack steady. cable rack should be placed securely, and the steel shaft intensity and length should match the cable tray weight and width. check and debug the cable laying and have reliable brake devices5.2.2 卷揚(yáng)機(jī)與滑輪的布置卷揚(yáng)機(jī)與滑輪的布置 winch and pulley arrangement在線路的另一端布置好卷揚(yáng)機(jī),并準(zhǔn)備好滑輪,約 1.52m 布置一個(gè)平面滑輪,每
36、個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)角布置一個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)角滑輪,并每隔 2030m 安排一個(gè)工人看護(hù)。卷揚(yáng)機(jī)用地錨固定,轉(zhuǎn)角滑輪用鋼管固定,平面滑輪無需固定。arrange a winch and pulleys at the end of the line. arrange one planar pulley every 1.52m, a quarter block at each corner and a watch- out worker every20 30m .windlass is fixed with ground anchor corner and pulley with steel pipes; flat pull
37、eys do not need fixing.電纜架與卷揚(yáng)機(jī)布置見下圖: cable rack and winch arrangement see below: 35kv:10kv:5.3 電纜展放電纜展放 lay-off cable1) 電纜展放可用人力拉引或機(jī)械牽引。當(dāng)采用機(jī)械牽引時(shí),用機(jī)械的最大牽引強(qiáng)度宜滿足下表的規(guī)定,其速度不宜超過 15m/min,且應(yīng)在牽引頭或鋼絲網(wǎng)套與牽引鋼纜之間裝設(shè)防捻器。 use manual or mechanical traction. when using mechanical traction, the maximum mechanical stren

44、=f3=5550n,則 l3=5550/(9.8*0.12*6.44)=733mp1=2100/0.5=4200n p2=2850/1.3=2192np3=5550/1.5=3700n 所以,采用塑料護(hù)套直接拉動電纜時(shí),35kv 電纜每次允許拉 428m 電纜,其側(cè)壓力為4200n;10kv 95mm2的電纜每次允許拉 600m,其側(cè)壓力為 2192n;10kv 185mm2的電纜每次允許拉 733m,其側(cè)壓力為 3700n。therefore, pull the cable with plastic sheath. each time the allowable length of 35kv
45、 cable is 428m and its lateral pressure is 4200n; 10kv 95mm2 cable is 600m and 2192n and 10kv 185mm2 cable is 733m and 3700n.3)電纜展放時(shí),電纜應(yīng)從盤的上端引出,不應(yīng)使電纜在地面摩擦拖拉。電纜上不得有鎧裝壓扁、電纜絞擰、護(hù)層折裂等未消除的機(jī)械損傷。pull cable from the upper plate to avoid friction on the ground. armored cable may not be crushed. do not have ca
46、ble twisted, retaining layer fracture and other not eliminated mechanical damage. 4)人員合理配備。每隔 2030m 有一個(gè)人來注意電纜拉動情況;在每過路管前后應(yīng)安排人員看護(hù),同一過路管中第二根電纜開始穿管時(shí),鋼絲繩與電纜連接處套上熱縮管;電纜轉(zhuǎn)角處有人看護(hù),跟隨電纜頭行走人員通過對講機(jī)來指揮操作卷揚(yáng)機(jī)工作人員。reasonably arrange personnel. at intervals of 20 30m have persons to note cable pulling; around each c
47、rossing pipe arrange workers to watch and sheathe heat-shrinkable tube at the joint between the steel line and cable when the second cable threads in the same crossing tube. watch the cable corner, and worker along the head part of cable uses interphone to command the pulley operators.5) 每根電纜敷設(shè)好后,在電
