1、條款中英文對照全文僅供內(nèi)部用法和參考讀前說明為了便利大家在工程上對國際詢問工程師結合會編寫出版的土木工程施工國際招標合同第一局部通用條件(以下簡稱fidic合同條件) 的用法，本人依據(jù)中國航空工業(yè)出版社出版發(fā)行的本條件的應用指南，已將其第四版發(fā)行的內(nèi)容整理成英漢對比的電子版本。正文里的條款按原文的兩種語言對比錄入，只在自己認為明顯不妥的地方插入了自己的譯法，同時對某些句子的措詞和修飾也加進了一點改良看法原文用紅色標注，自己插入的譯文和改動用藍色標注。在此需要說明的是，插入的譯文和對原譯文的一些改動看法，旨在使原譯文更接近于中文習慣及增加它的可讀性，并不敢妄加更正，僅供對比原譯文參考理解。附錄局
