3、全并承擔(dān)由此產(chǎn)生的相 關(guān)責(zé)任；、乙方辦學(xué)、培訓(xùn)期間自行管理，自負(fù)盈虧，并承擔(dān)相 應(yīng)的責(zé)任和義務(wù)。四、項(xiàng)目名稱：（一）精品秘書班合作項(xiàng)目：1、生源定位：?？啤⒈究飘厴I(yè)生（年齡在26周歲以下）;、開班條件：每班不少于人；、合作模式：實(shí)施“半年+半年”教學(xué)方式；、收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及結(jié)算辦法：每年每生學(xué)費(fèi)元。前半年在乙方開班由乙方收取學(xué)費(fèi)元，為保證教學(xué)正常進(jìn) 行，乙方可以預(yù)留2000元，余款全部交于甲方，甲方從開 學(xué)后第三個(gè)月開始每月向乙方支付1000元，直至余款付清; 后半年學(xué)生在甲方學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)費(fèi)7800元由甲方負(fù)責(zé)收醛?如乙 方不能獨(dú)立開班而直接將學(xué)生送到甲方學(xué)習(xí)，則甲方按該生 全年學(xué)費(fèi)的15%向乙方返利。

34、e implemented as planned, the party who suffers one of the above shall notify the cou nt erpart wit hout delay and provide det ails and valid supporting documents within thirty days if the agreement has to terminate because of force majeure, neither side shall bear the economic responsibilities in a
