基于Roboguide平臺下仿真環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)

1、    基于roboguide平臺下仿真環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)    張廣祥 李玉爽摘要：在roboguide平臺模擬工廠，通過虛擬環(huán)境優(yōu)化工廠布局并仿真生產(chǎn)過程，在虛擬環(huán)境中能真實(shí)地模擬生產(chǎn)線的運(yùn)動，為設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù)可行性的根據(jù)，且在計(jì)算機(jī)上可方便地修改完善設(shè)計(jì)，實(shí)驗(yàn)不同的方案，對生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行不斷的優(yōu)化，可以大大減少調(diào)試的成本。在roboguide平臺上分別從機(jī)器人控制柜、機(jī)器人執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)、到工裝數(shù)模和外圍設(shè)備進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，從而完成機(jī)器人加工生產(chǎn)虛擬環(huán)境的仿真設(shè)計(jì)，為機(jī)器人仿真提供了基礎(chǔ)環(huán)境。關(guān)鍵詞：虛擬環(huán)境;仿真;工業(yè)機(jī)器人中圖分類號：tp391.9
