高質(zhì)量發(fā)展視角下現(xiàn)代節(jié)水農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展探析

1、    高質(zhì)量發(fā)展視角下現(xiàn)代節(jié)水農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展探析    香銀元 涂維亮摘要 水資源是維持著地球生物生存的基本物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)，重要性不言而喻。然而在傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)大水灌溉的生產(chǎn)方式下，水資源利用率嚴(yán)重低下，投入產(chǎn)出失衡，其生產(chǎn)方式已不能滿足現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的要求，尤其在干旱半干旱地區(qū)的甘肅省民勤縣，高質(zhì)量發(fā)展現(xiàn)代節(jié)水農(nóng)業(yè)尤為重要。通過縣域內(nèi)近幾年發(fā)展現(xiàn)代節(jié)水農(nóng)業(yè)中存在的作物種植結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、節(jié)水設(shè)備維護(hù)性不足以及節(jié)水與投入產(chǎn)出未同步發(fā)展的諸多問題，進(jìn)行了調(diào)研。并以此提出了一些以節(jié)水綠色生態(tài)為引領(lǐng)，調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)等相關(guān)的解決措施，進(jìn)行了論證與分析，旨在通過研究縣域現(xiàn)代節(jié)水農(nóng)
