外貿(mào)談判實訓(xùn)計劃

1、1 外貿(mào)談判實訓(xùn)計劃（international trade negotiation）一、實訓(xùn)任務(wù)和性質(zhì)外貿(mào)談判是國際經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易專業(yè)之中的一門應(yīng)用性很強的學(xué)科，它的主要內(nèi)容包括交流與談判的基本理論，口頭、書面、跨文化及其他交流的技巧。外貿(mào)談判人員的組織與管理、各階段的談判策略、交流與談判的禮儀禮節(jié)、各國文化差異對交流和談判的影響以及僵局處理與風(fēng)險規(guī)避等。在講解了一部份理論知識的基礎(chǔ)上，組織學(xué)生通過實訓(xùn)演練更好地掌握商務(wù)談判的技巧和策略。二、實訓(xùn)教學(xué)目的和要求為了適應(yīng)對外開放和國際貿(mào)易活動的需要，必須培養(yǎng)和造就一批適應(yīng)于與現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟活動特點的具有較高素質(zhì)的外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)人員。而外貿(mào)交流與談判水平的高低則

2、是衡量外貿(mào)人員素質(zhì)的一個重要標準。 設(shè)置該門課程的目的就是要改變以往那種完全依靠外貿(mào)人員主觀想法和個人性格特點隨意進行交流、談判的狀況，從理論上和方法上使外貿(mào)人員有所依據(jù)，有所提高。然后在此基礎(chǔ)之上再根據(jù)各自的特點和具體情況，有方法、有步驟地進行富有成效的交流與外貿(mào)談判活動。因此，通過對該門課程的學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)生們應(yīng)當掌握交流與談判的基本原則和基本方法，以及在交流與談判中所應(yīng)注意到的特殊之處。教學(xué)中結(jié)合具體的案例有針對性地運用這些原則和方法去分析問題、解決問題，做到理論與實踐相結(jié)合，理論指導(dǎo)實踐，實踐檢驗理論。這樣，對未來的外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)人員的素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)才能夠達到一個更高的水平。三、實訓(xùn)方式與基本要求1、實

3、訓(xùn)的方式是現(xiàn)場情景模擬演練。2、為保證實訓(xùn)效果，將一個班級分為三個學(xué)習(xí)小組，每小組參照附件1 中的時間安排，前來參與實訓(xùn)。并將學(xué)生按實際談判的要求，分為若干個談判小組，每小組人員2-3 人左右，要求小組成員按談判的要求去進行內(nèi)部分工，在正式談判前要做好與談判內(nèi)容有關(guān)的各項研究、分析、準備工作，然后按談判的一般步驟、程序，每兩小組分別扮演談判的甲方、乙方展開演練，最后先由學(xué)生自己對演練情況做出小結(jié)，然后任課老師進行點評。四、考核方式根據(jù)各談判小組演示的效果，各自的表現(xiàn)結(jié)合口試給予考核分數(shù)。2 附件 1：國貿(mào) 091 班日期實訓(xùn)時間實訓(xùn)內(nèi)容參加人員指導(dǎo)老師實訓(xùn)地點11 月 29 日9:50-11:
