21、ection 11 - Creepage distance and clearance 燈具 結(jié)構(gòu)檢查燈具中的塑料在燈具結(jié)構(gòu)中，塑料部件已成為重要的并被證明是實用的構(gòu)件，它應(yīng)用于燈具的內(nèi)部部件、接線和半透明罩、防護罩、結(jié)構(gòu)支承件等部件。以燈具的“正常”使用為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來確定這些塑料部件的正常使用壽命（老化）。過度強烈地使用和破壞性的影響會降低抗老化性能。L.3 防銹在正常室內(nèi)空氣中使用的燈具可以用各種材料制成。燈具的金屬板材部件應(yīng)進行適當(dāng)?shù)念A(yù)處理和表面涂覆，如烘漆。沒有涂層的鋁質(zhì)反射器和格柵，應(yīng)該用表面陽極氧化的鋁合金。燈具的輔助部件，如夾子、鉸鏈等，用適當(dāng)?shù)牟牧想婂儯涂稍谡Ｊ覂?nèi)空氣中滿意的使用

22、。適宜的涂層是鍍鋅、鎳/鉻和錫。注：在潮濕條件下室內(nèi)用燈具的電氣安全性能應(yīng)用本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)第9 章的試驗來檢驗。 L.4 防腐蝕室外使用或室內(nèi)高濕空氣中使用的燈具，應(yīng)有足夠的防腐蝕性能。盡管燈具不被要求有化學(xué)氣體的條件下工作，但要記住所有環(huán)境中均含有少量如二氧化硫等腐蝕性氣體，并且當(dāng)長時間在潮氣中時可能引起嚴(yán)重的腐蝕。在評價燈具的防腐蝕性能時，封閉的燈具內(nèi)部（即使燈具有一個或幾個排水孔）受的腐蝕比燈具外部少。下述金屬或組件具不足夠的防腐蝕性能：a)銅和青銅，或含有銅量不低于80%的黃銅；b）不銹鋼；c)鋁（板、擠壓或鑄造）和壓鑄鋅，都能防止大氣中的腐蝕；d)至少3.2mm厚的鑄鐵或可鍛鑄鐵，外表面最少

23、鍍0.05mm 厚的鋅，內(nèi)表面有這種材料的可見鍍層；e)鍍鋅鋼板，鍍層平均厚度0.02mm；f)聚合材料，見第L.1條下的條文。彼此接觸的金屬部件應(yīng)該用電化序列上彼此接近的金屬做成，以免電解腐蝕。例如，黃銅或其他合金銅不能與鋁或鋁合金接觸；它們之中的任一種材料與不銹鋼接觸是可取的。 纖維素材料一般不適用于高濕條件，不管是室內(nèi)還是室外。其他材料包括聚苯乙稀在內(nèi)，在室內(nèi)使用是適合的，若用到室外，由于潮氣和太陽輻射就容易嚴(yán)重損壞。要用于高濕條件（室內(nèi)或室外）下的塑料燈具結(jié)構(gòu)，包括粘接的接頭，最重要的是長時間暴露在濕氣中的粘結(jié)劑不損壞。注：在潮濕條件下室外使用的燈具的電氣性能應(yīng)用本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)第9 章的試驗來

24、檢驗。L.5 化學(xué)腐蝕性空氣在有相當(dāng)濃度的化學(xué)腐蝕性氣體或蒸汽的地方，特別是出現(xiàn)凝露的地方，所用的燈具除按上述室外燈具要求的預(yù)防措施外，還要采取下述額外保護措施。a)一般講，與金屬板材燈具相比，用防腐蝕金屬鑄造殼體的燈具效果更好。b)由于大多數(shù)金屬都受到某些腐蝕性物質(zhì)的破壞作用，使用金屬的地方應(yīng)盡可能選用現(xiàn)有的防特殊腐蝕物質(zhì)的金屬。壓鑄鋁對大多數(shù)用途是令人滿意的。c)同樣，在選用涂料或其他防護方法時，應(yīng)按照特定的腐蝕物質(zhì)來選擇。例如，高的防酸涂料卻不能承受某些強堿的侵蝕。d)如丙烯、PVC 和聚苯乙烯這樣的塑料，能很好地抵抗大多數(shù)無機酸和堿和侵蝕。但它們易受到許多有機液體和蒸汽的侵蝕。由于這種

25、作用取決于塑料的類型和特定的化學(xué)成分，所以選擇的材料要適合特定的環(huán)境。e)搪瓷涂層可以防止許多化學(xué)物質(zhì)。如要在腐蝕性很強的空氣中可滿意的工作，但搪瓷涂層不得有折斷的地方或裂紋L.6 反射器設(shè)計用于反射光線的材料同樣以非常相似的方式反射紅外線光譜。這樣，起光學(xué)作用的反射器也將從燈具反射大多數(shù)紅外線，這就降低了過熱作用。重要的是熱的聚光燈不是聚光在燈具的部件上和燈泡上的，部件被聚光的話，其性能會受影響或材料的耐久性會縮短。特別要推薦的是，反射光（與紅外線）不能反射到燈泡壁、燈泡鎢絲或電弧放電管上。這會影響到燈泡的壽命，更嚴(yán)重的會使泡殼或電弧管損壞。最大工作溫度不能超過燈泡標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中所給出的限值。 IE
