17、 etc. to be removal from surfaces.  2        通風(fēng)及濕度控制(噴砂及油漆施工中)MOISTURE CONTROL AND VENTILATION (during gritblasting and coating)承包商須提供足夠的通風(fēng)、加熱及除濕設(shè)備,以確保在工程的各個階段如噴砂、噴漆及固化時,艙內(nèi)能始終保持如下狀態(tài):The contractor shall provide sufficient ventilation, heating and dehumidification 

18、    equipment so that at all stages during the contract  i.e. gritblasting, paint application      and curing,  the conditions in the tank are maintained in accordance with the following2.1  艙內(nèi)始終保持無結(jié)露狀態(tài)。The tank must be kept in a conde

19、nsation free condition.2.2  鋼板溫度不得低于產(chǎn)品說明書所規(guī)定的最低溫度,并必須高于露點(diǎn)溫度3度。The steel temperature must be above the recommendation in the respective      product data sheet,  and at least 3C above the dewpoint.2.3  在噴砂及涂裝過程中,艙內(nèi)的相對濕度必須低于80%。(如低于50%,則噴過砂的表面不易返銹。)Dur

20、ing gritblasting and application of the system the relative humidity mustbe below 80% (quality of blast standards will be maintained for longer periodswhen humidity is lower than 50%)2.4  在最后一道油漆的施工及固化過程以及修補(bǔ)油漆過程中,艙During application and curing of the final coat of paint and touch-up, the t

21、ank                  must be maintained in a well ventilated, condensation free condition, in       accordance with product data sheet information內(nèi)須按產(chǎn)品說明書的要求繼續(xù)保持良好通風(fēng)及無結(jié)露狀態(tài)。2.5  通風(fēng)管道須布置合理以求取得最佳效果,艙內(nèi)應(yīng)稍呈正壓狀態(tài)。All v

22、entilation ducting must be arranged to give maximum efficiency and  aslight overpressure in the tank has to be maintained2.6  在艙口及甲板開口處應(yīng)設(shè)置遮雨棚,以防止雨水、塵埃及其它雜物進(jìn)入艙內(nèi)。Rain shelters must be erected in way of tank coamings and tank cleaning    apertures to prevent ingress of rai

23、n, dust and other contaminants.2.7  在低溫條件下施工時,可通過艙外鋪設(shè)保溫層的方法,使艙內(nèi)保持所需的溫度(最低固化所需溫度見產(chǎn)品說明書)。保溫層的鋪設(shè)與否取決于艙外溫度、除濕機(jī)及加熱機(jī)的數(shù)量和功率。In cold conditions it may be necessary to partially insulate the outside of the tank to keep the minimum required steel temperature (for minimum curing temperature see produ

24、ct data sheet).  This depending on : outside temperature      capacity of dehumidifier and heater.3   腳手架/臺SCAFFOLDING / STAGING3.1  腳手架的搭設(shè)應(yīng)能保證施工人員能安全地到達(dá)任何一個作業(yè)面。特別注意腳手架、腳手板不要接觸艙壁表面。腳手架與艙壁之間的距離應(yīng)為30 60 厘米。腳手架與艙底之間僅限于點(diǎn)接觸。    All staging to be

25、constructed to ensure that maximum safe access to all surface     is obtained.  Special care is to be taken to ensure that staging boards and staging     pole ends do not mask areas to be treated.  It is recommended that distance  

26、0;       between staging and substrate should be to a minimum of 30 centimeters and      maximum of approx.60 cm.  All contact between scaffolding poles  and steel     surfaces is to be point contact only i.e.

29、 噴砂 (可參見產(chǎn)品說明書1490及1491)GRITBLASTING (see also data sheet nos. 1490,1491)4.1  噴砂標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為ISO 8501-01。噴漆前最終驗(yàn)收最低標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ISO Sa2.5級。噴砂后的表面粗糙度(Rz)須符合產(chǎn)品說明書的要求。The standard required for gritblasting is International Standard ISO 8501-01.Immediately prior to painting, the minimum acceptable standard will be I

30、SOSa2.5.  The blast profile (Rz) must be in accordance with product system sheetand/or product data sheets recommendations4.2  噴砂所用礦質(zhì)磨料應(yīng)為出廠原裝磨料,并不得循環(huán)使用。Fresh, preferably mineral grit shall be used for all grit blasting operations.Recycled grit must not be used.4.3  本程序所

31、指的礦質(zhì)磨料包括有棱角的金剛砂、硅酸鋁、熔渣及熔渣混合物,應(yīng)能有效地清除鋼材表面的銹、銹層、舊涂層及車間底漆。This specification covers mineral abrasives such as angular corundum,aluminum silicate, slag or any slag mixtures which are suitable for removingrust, scale, old paint or shopprimer from tanks by blast cleaning4.4  符合本程序要求的其它礦質(zhì)磨料也可使用,但

32、它必須干凈、顆粒完整、堅(jiān)硬,并不含任何雜質(zhì)、油脂、有毒物、漆皮、有機(jī)物及水溶性鹽。The mineral abrasive may be any material meeting the requirements of thisspecification.  It shall be composed of clean, sound, hard particles free fromforeign substances such as dirt, oil, grease, toxic substances, paint, organicmatter and water sol

33、uble salts.4.5  袋裝或散裝的磨料,其含水量不得超過0.5%(重量比)。The moisture content for material delivered in bags or bulk shall not exceed 0.5% (in weight).4.6  磨料的水溶性鹽的電導(dǎo)率不得超過300 S/cm (micron Siemens per centimeter)( 見產(chǎn)品說明書1491)。The conductivity of the water soluble salts in the abrasive shall not

34、 exceed      300S/cm (micro siemens per centimeter).(see information sheet no.1491).4.7  所有鐵銹、氧化皮、雜物及水溶性鹽必須徹底去除,以符合ISO SA2.5級。這也包括完全去除車間底漆。所有過水孔、過焊孔、減輕孔、艙口內(nèi)側(cè)及型材背面須特別留意。Rust scale, mill scale, foreign matter and soluble salts are to be removed from the surface, in accord

35、ance with ISO Sa2.5.  This includes also the completeremoval of existing shop primer.  All scallop edges, lightening holes and internal surfaces of hatch coaming, back or return edges are to be taken intoaccount.4.8  艙底腳手架支撐點(diǎn)也須列入噴砂程序。Care is to be taken to ensure that t

36、he areas on bottom covered by scaffoldingsupport tubes are taken into the blasting schedule.4.9  完成每一個噴砂工序后,應(yīng)進(jìn)行清理及噴砂標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢查。噴砂后的表面粗糙度及表面灰塵吸附狀況也須列入檢查范圍。After completion of each blasting operation, cleaning will be carried out followed by inspection of blast standard.  This includes a

37、lso the blasting profile, and removal of grit adhering to steel surfaces.4.10 如噴砂質(zhì)量符合要求,應(yīng)用硬毛刷、真空吸塵作最后清潔。On acceptance of blast standard, final cleaning to be carried out by stiff fibrebrushing and finally vacuum cleaning.        清除腳手架上及艙內(nèi)設(shè)備上殘留的磨料。Scaffolding and tank fittings to

39、SIGMA COATINGS TANK COATING SYSTEM6.1  應(yīng)按有關(guān)涂料配套及產(chǎn)品說明書的要求,將涂料直接噴涂在噴過砂的艙壁表面。To be applied directly to gritblasted steel in accordance with relevant systemand product data sheets.6.2  所有焊縫、型材背面、自由邊、過水孔、過焊孔等必須做預(yù)涂。預(yù)涂須在兩道統(tǒng)噴之間進(jìn)行。Allowance must be made in the programme for stripe coating

40、 of all weldseams,back of bars, edges of cut outs, scallops, plate edges etc.  Each coat of thesystem must be followed by a stripe coat prior to spray application of thesubsequent coat.6.3  涂層不能超厚。每道涂層包括預(yù)涂都須經(jīng)過式瑪涂料現(xiàn)場服務(wù)工程師的檢驗(yàn),認(rèn)可后方可進(jìn)行下道涂料的施工。Excessive thickness of paint will not be

41、acceptable.  Each coat of the systemmust be inspected including stripe coating and accepted by the Sigma Coatingsfield engineer prior to any stripe coating being done for the next coat.6.4  配套中每道涂層必須是完整的,并無漆霧、無垂流、無流掛、無漏涂。上述缺陷必須在涂料的復(fù)涂間隔期內(nèi)、下道涂料施工前處理完畢。處理此類缺陷所產(chǎn)生的粉塵須用吸塵器清除干凈。Each coa

42、t of the system must be a closed film and free from overspray, curtaining, sags, holidays, grit and dirt inclusion.  Any such defects are to berepaired prior to the application of the next coat of the system, and within theovercoating limits of the paint.  Any dust caused by the

43、repair of defects is tobe removed from the tank by vacuum cleaning.6.5        配套中每道涂層的復(fù)涂間隔時間應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照最新產(chǎn)品說明書中的要求。The time interval between application of the various coats of the system must be held  in strict accordance with the latest system sheet and / or product datashe

44、ets.7        貨油艙上部涂層的檢驗(yàn)INSPECTION OF PAINT SYSTEM ON UPPER AREAS7.1  完工修補(bǔ)及預(yù)涂必須在最新產(chǎn)品說明書中規(guī)定的復(fù)涂間隔時間內(nèi)完成,以確保修補(bǔ)涂層與原涂層之間有良好的結(jié)合力。Final touch up and stripe coating should  be carried out within the overcoatingharacteristics between touch up paint and final coat of the

45、system7.2        在此階段應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制人員進(jìn)入艙內(nèi)。如必須進(jìn)入,則須穿著軟底鞋套。已噴過油漆的表面(艙底)須進(jìn)行保護(hù)。       It must be stressed that severe restrictions must be imposed with regard to access to tanks at this stage.  If this is essential, then such personnel shouldwear soft footwear.Pr

46、otection of applied coating in way of tread areas should also be provided.8        腳手架的拆除DISMANTLING AND REMOVAL OF SCAFFOLDING8.1  上部涂層全部完工并驗(yàn)收合格后,方可拆除腳手架。Scaffolding will be dismantled only after upper areas have been fully coatedand accepted.8.2  拆除腳手架期間必須十分
