1、導游接待英語課程教學大綱一、課程基本信息1課程編號：09021338 2課程名稱：導游接待英語3英文名稱：English for Tour Guides4課程簡介：該課程在于使學生了解導游服務的基本內(nèi)容，包括導游“吃、住、游、購、娛”全程服務標準、歡迎詞、歡送詞、線路設計、途中講解、景點講解等；同時教授了問答法、分段講解法、虛實結合法、制造懸念法等10種景點講解方法，加深學生對導游業(yè)務知識的了解，培養(yǎng)學生跨交際能力。導游接待英語這門課程使用導游情景英語這一教材，教材分為10個單元，每個單元分為3個小部分，包括背景知識介紹、對話和例句分析。全書附有光盤、聽力文本和參考答案，便于學生課后操練，鞏固

2、學習成果。該課程是一門實用性很強的課，學生通過學習不僅提高口語，能進行簡單的涉外導游工作，同時擴大知識面，不斷完善認知結構，為學習專業(yè)課程和從事涉外導游工作奠定基礎。二、課程說明1教學目的和要求：1)培養(yǎng)學生的基本知識。了解并掌握涉外導游的基本知識體系。2)培養(yǎng)學生的基本技能，掌握涉外導游基本用語，能在今后的涉外導游工作中熟練的運用。2先行課程： 無3周課時、總學時：2/324開課學期：第三學期 5教學方法：講授、情景再現(xiàn)。6考試方法：考勤占10%、平時作業(yè)20%、課堂表現(xiàn)20%、期末考試占50%。7實驗、實習、作業(yè)：課堂討論、對話。8教材：導游情景英語，牛百琳，高等教育出版社，2010。9教
