The GPIB cable is meant for automation. The GPIB cable to the E4438C is needed for one time loading of iDEN and Mototalk waveforms to the equi
6、pment. All equipment should be turned on one hour before any test is done. 16、4438C儀器中。5.4 Store the iDEN and Mototalk waveforms into Non-volatile memory.將波形儲(chǔ)存到儀器中并且保證儀器每次重新啟動(dòng)后都可以選擇此波形。Press Mode > Dual ARB > Waveform Segments . Then Press Store All to NVMFM Memory soft key.點(diǎn)擊Mode模式按鈕,選擇 Dual ARB按鈕,點(diǎn)擊 Waveform Selected按鈕進(jìn)行波形選擇,再點(diǎn)擊 Waveform Segments按鈕進(jìn)行波形分類(lèi),點(diǎn)擊Store按鈕存儲(chǔ),選
17、擇 Store all to NVMFM Memory 按鈕存儲(chǔ)所有波形到存儲(chǔ)器中Should the E4438C be powered down and all waveforms in the Volatile memory are lost. Perform the load waveforms from Non-volatile memory to Volatile memory by following the following steps.當(dāng)E4438C關(guān)機(jī)后所有存儲(chǔ)在 Volatile存儲(chǔ)器中的波形都會(huì)消失,點(diǎn)擊Load按鈕將之前存儲(chǔ)的波形調(diào)到Volatile存儲(chǔ)器中。.Th
18、en, press Load All From NVWFMPress Mode > Dual ARB > Waveform SegmentsMemory soft key.5.5 Zero and Calibrate the Power Meter E4418B將 E4418B 功率計(jì)歸零和校準(zhǔn)Before starting the test, zero and calibrate the power meter by following the steps below: 在開(kāi)始測(cè)試前,需要按照以下的步驟將功率計(jì)進(jìn)行歸零和校準(zhǔn)。Press the <Preset> an
19、d <Confirm> to preset the power meter key 點(diǎn)擊 Preset 按鈕并點(diǎn)擊Confirm 確認(rèn)按鈕將功率計(jì)初始化Remove the power sensor from connection, and press the <Zero/Cal> button. 將 Power 傳感器與功率計(jì)斷開(kāi)并點(diǎn)擊歸零校準(zhǔn)按鈕。Press the <Zero> button to zero the power meter.點(diǎn)擊 Zero 歸零按鈕將功率計(jì)讀數(shù)歸零Connect the power sensor to its refer
20、ence output port. Press the <Power Ref> to On. Press the <Cal> button to calibrate the power meter.將功率傳感器連接到功率計(jì)的輸出口,并點(diǎn)擊Power Ref 按鈕進(jìn)行基準(zhǔn)功率輸出,點(diǎn)擊Cal 校準(zhǔn)按鈕進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)。Press the <Power Ref> to Off.點(diǎn)擊 Power Ref 按鈕關(guān)閉基準(zhǔn)功率輸出The Power meter is now ready for use. 現(xiàn)在功率計(jì)就可以進(jìn)行使用了。5.6 Path Loss Calibrati
21、onThe path loss calibration consists of three steps.路徑衰減的校準(zhǔn)包含以下三部分。5.6.1 Measure the Signal Generator Output 測(cè)量信號(hào)發(fā)生器的輸出Connect the power meter sensor directly to the signal generator E4438C. Press the <ModOn/Off> button to turn off the modulation. Press < RF On/Off> to turn on the RF. Se
22、t the frequency to the test frequency (Refer to product 12M for the test frequencies). Set the amplitude to -20 dBm. On the power meter E4418B, set the measure frequency to the same test frequency. Record the reading on the power meter. Repeat the measurement for the rest of the test frequencies. Th
23、e measured data are the reference for the path loss calibration.將功率計(jì)直接連接到 E4438C 上,點(diǎn)擊 MOD 按鈕關(guān)閉調(diào)制功能,點(diǎn)擊RF 按鈕打開(kāi) RF 輸出,設(shè)置輸出頻率按照產(chǎn)品 12M 上定義的頻率進(jìn)行設(shè)置,將Amplitude 振幅設(shè)置為 -20dBm ,將功率計(jì)的頻率設(shè)置為要測(cè)試的頻率,記錄此時(shí)功率計(jì)的讀數(shù),重復(fù)此校準(zhǔn)步驟在別的頻率下,這些數(shù)據(jù)可以作為路徑衰減的參考。1.1.1 Tx Path Loss Calibration 發(fā)射路徑衰減校準(zhǔn)Refer to diagram below, remove the co

Press <RF On/Off>to turn on the RF. Set the f
25、requency to the Tx test frequency. Set the amplitude to -20 dBm. On the power meter E4418B, set the measure frequency to the same test frequency. Record the reading on the power meter. Repeat the measurement for the rest of the test frequencies. Compare the measured data to the reference data measur
26、ed in 6.5.1. The Tx path loss equals to the difference between the measured data and the measured reference data in 6.5.1. 30、ent for the rest of the test frequencies. Compare the measured data to the reference data measured in 5.3.1. The Rx path loss equals to the difference between the measured data and the measured reference data in 5.3.1. 32、ation sample with parametric data measured previously and run through the parametric testing. Compare the results with previous measured data. The transmit power correlation should be within +-0.2 dBm. The receive BER correlatation should be within +-0.5 BER. Adjust the RX and Tx path loss if necess
33、ary. Should the correlation fails, inform the maintenance engineering to troubleshoot the test station.將之前做對(duì)機(jī)測(cè)試的好品數(shù)據(jù)拿到并將這個(gè)手機(jī)放入現(xiàn)在的參數(shù)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)中運(yùn)行,比較兩次的測(cè) 量結(jié)果的差異。發(fā)射功率的誤差應(yīng)該在+-0.2dBm之間,接收誤碼率應(yīng)該在+-0.5倍測(cè)量到的誤碼率。如果需要可以調(diào)整接收和發(fā)送的路徑衰減值。如果對(duì)機(jī)測(cè)試失敗請(qǐng)聯(lián)系維護(hù)工程師進(jìn)行測(cè)試站檢查。5.10 Set up the HyperTerminalRun the HyperTerminal on the wi
34、ndow PC. Give a name to the connection and click <OK>.打開(kāi)超級(jí)終端并運(yùn)行AtUdWMIn the next screen, select COM 1 for the Connect using and click OK.選才i COM1端口In the next screen, select 19200 for Bits per second and None for Flow control and click OK.將比特率設(shè)置為19200,LWuuffMWiMb 聞總In the next screen, press th
35、e phone disconnect icon to disconnect since the radio under test is not connected to the serial to the USB 丫 cable. To connect, press the phone connect icon.斷開(kāi)連接后再重新?lián)芴?hào)連接。Press to connectPress to disconnect5.11 Parametric testEnsure the unit has a test SIM card. Place the dummy battery pack on the un
36、it. Set the powersupply 66319B output voltage to 4.1 volt by press voltage and key in 4.1 and press volt. Turn on the radio under test. Manually place the radio under test to Berbug mode if necessary by pressing“#*#654#*#" , and then press Remove the antenna grommet on the phone. Position the r
37、adio under test in the RF enclosure and insert both the RF probe and the serial to USB 丫 cable. Close the RF enclosure.確保待測(cè)手機(jī)已經(jīng)安裝好Sim卡,將虛擬電池放入待測(cè)手機(jī)。將 66319B的電壓設(shè)置為4.1V。打開(kāi)手機(jī),輸入“ #*#654#*# "點(diǎn)擊OK,進(jìn)入Berbug模式并去掉手機(jī)天線(xiàn)的后蓋,將 RF天線(xiàn)連接到此處 并將手機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)線(xiàn)連接到電腦和手機(jī)之間。關(guān)閉屏蔽箱。Connect the HyperTerminal to the radio under te
38、st by pressing the phone connect icon. Press <Enter> on the PC keyboard a few times to get the Berbug returns from the radio under test to confirm the connection. 39、文件5.12.1 Standby CurrentMOD IDL (Set the radio under test to idle mode)輸入MOD IDL命令將手機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)入待機(jī)模式LED ALL OFF (Turn off all the LEDs)輸入LED ALL OFF命令關(guān)閉手機(jī)所有LED燈Read the current on the power supply. This shall be the standby current. Record down the reading.讀取此時(shí)的66319B的電流,記錄此時(shí)的待機(jī)電流5.12.2 Dispatch TestOn the E
40、4438C, set the followings:Frequency > 859.45 MHz, RF on, Modulation on, ARB > select 16QAM and play, Amplitude, > equivalent of -111 dBm taking the Rx path loss into consideration. For temperature extreme environment., the amplitude needs to be 3 dB higher.在E4438C上將頻率設(shè)置為 859.45MHz,打開(kāi)RF輸出和調(diào)制

45、res the radio under test to idle mode)輸入MOD IDL 命令將手機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)入待機(jī)模式。Repeat the test for the other frequency (937.49375 MHz) by changing the frequency and amplitude accordingly.重復(fù)此測(cè)試在 937.49375MHz 這個(gè)頻率上并記錄。5.12.3 Rx BER TestOn the E4438C, set the followings:Frequency > 859.45 MHz, RF on, Modulation on, AR
46、B > select 16QAM and play, Amplitude, > equivalent of -111 dBm taking the Rx path loss into consideration. To read the frequency of the signal, press Peak Search. Read the signal frequency from the display. This shall
57、 be the Tx frequency at 813.5125 MHz. Frequency error equals measured frequency minus 813.5125 MHz. Express the result in kHz. Record the result.在 9010A 分析儀上通過(guò)依次點(diǎn)擊FREQ, CHANNEL, CENTER FREQ 三個(gè)按鈕將中心頻率設(shè)定為 813.5125MHz ,通過(guò) AMPTD Y SCALE 按鈕將振幅設(shè)置為 10 dBm ,通過(guò) SPAN 按鈕將頻率范圍設(shè)定為 200KHz ,通過(guò)依次點(diǎn)擊 BW, RES BW 兩個(gè)按鍵將帶寬解析度設(shè)定為 30KHz ,此時(shí)發(fā)射信號(hào)將在屏幕中央顯示出來(lái),點(diǎn)擊PEAK SEARCH 按鍵將 MKR 標(biāo)記顯示出來(lái),并且將MKR 上面的讀數(shù)減去之前設(shè)定的中心頻率值就會(huì)得
