15、來(lái)講，精度關(guān)系著獲得 的利潤(rùn)。但我國(guó)很多企業(yè)由于各種原因生產(chǎn)出的夾具精度非 常差，達(dá)不到要求，更不會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn)較好的利潤(rùn)。夾具的創(chuàng)新也 沒(méi)有明顯突破，導(dǎo)致可以加工的零件類型受到限制。作為機(jī) 加工中常用的平口鉗夾具而言，普通平口鉗加工范圍受到極 大限制。這極大地影響了平口鉗的適用范圍。目前中、小批多品種生產(chǎn)的工件品種已占工件種類總數(shù) 的85%左右?，F(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)要求企業(yè)所制造的產(chǎn)品品種經(jīng)常更新 換代，以適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的需求與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。然而，一般企業(yè)都仍習(xí)慣 于大量采用傳統(tǒng)的專用夾具，一般在具有中等生產(chǎn)能力的工 廠里，約擁有數(shù)千甚至近萬(wàn)套專用夾具；另一方面，在多品 種生產(chǎn)的企業(yè)中，每隔 34年就要更新5080%左右專用
