1、 智能化住宅的設計與研究 智能住宅是信息時代的必然產物,是隨著智能技術的發(fā)展,社會的進步,人們需要不斷發(fā)展,完善,發(fā)展形式,它包含了設備的物理環(huán)境控制等方面的管理和服務軟環(huán)境。形成了智能住宅小區(qū)的管理網絡,根據(jù)不同的功能要求的發(fā)展,這個網絡系統(tǒng)一般是由(1)由四部分組成的安全防范系統(tǒng)(2)的信息管理系統(tǒng)(3)信息通信系統(tǒng)(4)劇情商務系統(tǒng)。其出發(fā)點是滿足信息快速交流的需要,適應新時期人們對環(huán)境的要求,最終實現(xiàn)“高效,安全,舒適,便捷的“環(huán)境。 1 安全衛(wèi)士系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的安置房,提出了從80年代末,舒適,是小康,到90年底的智能住宅等。根據(jù)不同的想法,住房形態(tài)差異很大,造成了住宅小區(qū)的管理方式發(fā)生了
