The surface of embedded part should be cleaned up and marked center line for anchor bolt rack.2、檢查地錨框的焊接質(zhì)量和規(guī)格、數(shù)量及配件情況，清點(diǎn)地腳螺栓的數(shù)量

3、、規(guī)格 及配件情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)不符合設(shè)計(jì)要求時(shí)，應(yīng)及時(shí)處理。地錨框上的油污、泥土等應(yīng)清理 干凈，浮銹應(yīng)提前除掉，所有構(gòu)件不得刷漆。Check the specification, quantity and accessory etc of anchor bolt rack and anchor bolt, and inspect welding quality of anchor bolt rack, dispose of anyone which is not in accordance with design requirement. 4、nchor bolt rack should be cleaned up, float rust should be removed in advance, and all parts cannot be painted.3、地錨框焊接安裝之前應(yīng)處理好柱頭施工縫， 不得在地錨框安裝后進(jìn)行鑿毛作業(yè)， 以免地錨框等被碰位移。上段柱箍筋應(yīng)待地錨框和地腳螺栓安裝后綁扎。地錨框與柱 頭埋件焊接前中心線和垂直度應(yīng)粗調(diào)， 調(diào)好后滿焊于埋件上， 焊縫高度不得小于 6mm。 為防止焊接變形，采取對(duì)稱同時(shí)進(jìn)行施焊。Dispose of construction joints of short column bef

Distinguish the upside and bottom screw when place bolt, avoid bolt inversion; the bolt should be placed vertical elementary.(2)、用水準(zhǔn)儀測(cè)量、調(diào)整螺栓標(biāo)高，螺栓頂標(biāo)高按照+5mm至+10mm施工。Measure and adjust bolt EL with dump l

8、evel and the EL of bolt top is +5mm to +10mm.5、螺栓精裝 Bolt fine erection( 1 )、將地腳螺栓插入固定框， 先初步找正頂部軸線位置，再找正垂直度，使其符 合規(guī)范要求，然后在底部焊拉結(jié)條于扶設(shè)架上使之穩(wěn)固。Insert Anchor bolt into anchor bolt rack, alignment top axis place preliminary, then alignment verticality, to make sure it is accordance with specification require

9、ment, afterward weld steel board at bottom of bolt to support and make it stable.( 2)、用經(jīng)緯儀或掛線、 吊線墜檢查校正螺栓相對(duì)位置、標(biāo)高和垂直度，校垂直度 應(yīng)在兩個(gè)互相垂直方向進(jìn)行。方法是：根據(jù)測(cè)量劃出的基準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)，用 24 號(hào)鋼絲拉出基座 控制中心線，依控制中心線量出與地腳螺栓組或螺栓中心線垂直方向的相距位置； Check and adjust relative place, EL and verticality of bolt through theodolite or hanging line and pl

The method is: according to the datum mark set out with total station, pull out pedestal control center line with #24 steel wire. Base on the control center line to set out the position of anchor bolt group or the vertical directio

11、n against bolt center line.( 3)、用水平儀測(cè)量每個(gè)螺栓的頂標(biāo)高，標(biāo)高由底部調(diào)平螺母找平。Measure every bolt top EL by dump level. EL should be adjusted through bottom adjusting nut.( 4)、在每根地腳螺栓周圍焊四個(gè)小螺栓，通過調(diào)節(jié)小螺栓， 來微調(diào)地腳螺栓的平面位置 Weld four small bolts around every anchor bolt; fine adjust plane position of anchor bolt through adjustin

12、g these small bolts.( 5)、經(jīng)校正平面位置、 標(biāo)高及垂直度后， 各技術(shù)指標(biāo)均控制在安裝精度允許范圍 以內(nèi)，將螺栓逐根上螺絲帽；下部兩個(gè)不同方向鋼板與扶設(shè)架可靠連接，將螺栓下端 固定。Every qualification is under erection precision allowed range after adjusting plane position, EL and verticality. 13、om reliable connect to support, fasten lower part of bolt.二、施工注意事項(xiàng) Construction Notices1、地腳螺栓應(yīng)全部帶線，施工線采用細(xì)鋼絲，各柱子之間的地腳螺栓必須拉對(duì)角 線檢查，確保相對(duì)位移。All anchor bolts should be pulled center line; construction line should adopt fine steel wire. Check the diagonal line of the anchor bolts between columns to ensure

14、relative position.2、地腳螺栓上部用鋼管鎖死，外漏部分用塑料布緊纏，防止砼澆筑污染。The top of anchor bolt should be closed by steel pipe; the outside part should be tied up by plastic cloth to prevent concrete pouring pollution.3、 砼澆筑時(shí)必須分層均勻進(jìn)行，地腳螺栓四周厚度偏差不得超過15cm。且澆筑時(shí) 垂直下料，不得直接沖撞地腳螺栓和地錨框。Pour concrete layer by layer, concrete thick
