6、商應按照所附“工作范圍”和“技術(shù)文件”的定義執(zhí)行并完成工程。1.2 The OWNEsRhall according to the terms and conditions of the CONTRACT pay the CONTRACTOR the compensation being the FIXED LUMP SUM PRICE hereunder, for the WORKS duly and faithfully performed and properly completed by the CONTRACTOR in accordance with the CONTRACT.在承

7、包商按照合同規(guī)定真實、正確、及時地執(zhí)行并完成工程，業(yè)主應根據(jù)合同 條件以固定合同總價支付承包商。1.3 The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all necessary labor and supervision thereof, construction equipments, temporary facilities, equipment and materials, consumables and transportation thereof, technical and professional services, all required for the WORK

8、S, and shall carry out all the operations necessary and required to perform and complete the WORKS in accordance with theCONTRACT and to the reasonable satisfaction of the OWNER.承包商應按照合同規(guī)定提供工程所需的全部勞務、監(jiān)督、施工設(shè)備、 臨時設(shè)施、 材料、耗材、運輸及專業(yè)的技術(shù)服務，執(zhí)行并完成工程直至業(yè)主滿意。2.0 CONTRACT DOCUME合同文件2.1 The following documents sha

11、ry performance and entire discharge by the CONTRACTOR of all of the CONTRACTOR 's duties, obligations, responsibilities and liabilities under the CONTRACT, the OWNEsRhall in accordance with the payment terms set forth in the CONTRACT, pay the CONTRACTOR the FIXED LUMP SUM PRICE. 20、on thereof, if any.承包商應按照合同進度計劃或更新進度計劃進行工程任何部分和全部的動員、 施工和完工。5.2 The CONTRACTOR shall clear every Milestone and Progress imposed on the CONTRACTOR under“CONTRUCTION SCHEU”D.LE承包商應按”施工進度計劃”要求實現(xiàn)的每個里程碑目標。5.3 Materialize COMPLETION OF WORKS, and thereby achieve ACCEPTANCE OF WORKS.實現(xiàn)實質(zhì)性完工及工程竣工。6.0 TAXES

21、稅收6.1 The CONTRACTOR shall pay all national, provincial and municipal contributions and taxes, which may arise from the performance of the WORKS. This obligation shall extend to import duties, sales, license, consumption, gross receipts, documentary, stamp and other taxes applicableto materials furn

22、ished or to the WORKS performed by the CONTRACTOR, as well as to those payroll or payment received by the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOshRall indemnify the OWNEaRgainst any liability for any such taxes, contributions and premiums.承包商應交納國家及省、市要求的與工程有關(guān)的一切行政收費和稅款。此義務 也適用于承包商為完成工程而提供的材料或執(zhí)行工程而產(chǎn)生的有關(guān)進口、 營業(yè)、 執(zhí)照
