3、318承辦單位簡(jiǎn)介甘肅省治沙研究所成立于1959年，擁有享有國際聲譽(yù)的民勤治沙綜合試驗(yàn)站、中國第一座荒漠特色的民勤沙生植物園、荒漠草地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)國家科學(xué)研究站、省荒漠化防治重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、國家外國智力引進(jìn)基地、國家基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)基地、國家荒漠化防治科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化基地、荒漠化防治國際培訓(xùn)中心等15個(gè)國家、省級(jí)科研平臺(tái)，主要以荒漠化防治、干旱區(qū)生態(tài)恢復(fù)理論與應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究為重點(diǎn)，研究和推廣沙區(qū)綜合治理、控制土地退化與生態(tài)恢復(fù)技術(shù)措施，探索干旱區(qū)資源保護(hù)、開發(fā)利用及生態(tài)恢復(fù)與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展新途徑，為干旱區(qū)生態(tài)綜合治理及農(nóng)、林、牧業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供技術(shù)支撐。建所50年來，在荒漠化防治、沙區(qū)綜合治理、生物多樣性保護(hù)、植

4、物生理生態(tài)、干旱區(qū)水文、生態(tài)環(huán)境演變、生態(tài)恢復(fù)與重建、資源開發(fā)利用、綠洲建設(shè)和生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展技術(shù)及管理方面進(jìn)行了深入而廣泛的研究，取得了大量科研成果，培養(yǎng)了一批有建樹的人才。研究所綜合實(shí)力強(qiáng)，先后獲“全國林業(yè)科技先進(jìn)單位”、“全國治沙科技先進(jìn)單位”、“對(duì)外交流與合作先進(jìn)單位”等榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。多年來，研究所與國內(nèi)外200多個(gè)科研院所、大學(xué)及有關(guān)國際組織進(jìn)行了長(zhǎng)期的科技合作與學(xué)術(shù)交流，援外、外援并進(jìn)，多次代表中國政府為發(fā)展中國家提供荒漠化防治與生態(tài)建設(shè)方面的技術(shù)咨詢服務(wù)，研究成果得到了中國政府及UNDP、FAO等國際組織的充分肯定，已發(fā)展成為我國荒漠化防治與生態(tài)環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展的科研、教學(xué)和國內(nèi)外學(xué)

5、術(shù)交流的重要基地。研究所自1993年起，已成功舉辦了15期有關(guān)荒漠化防治與生態(tài)恢復(fù)技術(shù)的國際培訓(xùn)班，來自53個(gè)發(fā)展中國家的400余名專家、學(xué)者、政府官員和技術(shù)人員參加了培訓(xùn)，得到了受援國和學(xué)員的一致好評(píng)，產(chǎn)生了良好的國際影響，對(duì)全球荒漠化防治與生態(tài)建設(shè)做出了貢獻(xiàn)。同時(shí)，也加強(qiáng)和拓展了國際交流與合作，加深了我國與發(fā)展中國家人民的友誼。  項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容介紹由中華人民共和國商務(wù)部主辦，甘肅省治沙研究所承辦的“干旱區(qū)生態(tài)恢復(fù)及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展技術(shù)培訓(xùn)班 ”，將于2009年8月1日至9月30日在中國甘肅省蘭州市舉辦，培訓(xùn)班工作語言為英語。培訓(xùn)班的主要內(nèi)容：和諧發(fā)展的中國、世界干旱區(qū)概況、恢復(fù)生態(tài)

6、學(xué)理論、地理植物演化機(jī)理、生物多樣性保護(hù)、植物水分平衡及生態(tài)用水、內(nèi)陸河流域生態(tài)演化、生態(tài)定位研究、綜合節(jié)水技術(shù)、林業(yè)種苗工程、防護(hù)體系建設(shè)、不同地帶生態(tài)恢復(fù)技術(shù)、流域生態(tài)綜合治理、土地鹽漬化治理、生態(tài)林業(yè)可持續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)、“3S”技術(shù)應(yīng)用、農(nóng)林區(qū)劃與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)、區(qū)域特色農(nóng)業(yè)、綠洲產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、資源開發(fā)利用、生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展、草畜產(chǎn)業(yè)、草場(chǎng)科學(xué)利用、可持續(xù)發(fā)展技術(shù)推廣等。這些培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容基本涉及了我國干旱區(qū)生態(tài)恢復(fù)及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的主要技術(shù)體系和建設(shè)成就。除我所專家授課外，培訓(xùn)班還將邀請(qǐng)一些知名專家做專題報(bào)告。培訓(xùn)采取理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的教學(xué)方法，包括課堂教學(xué)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)踐、專題講座、參觀考察、討論交流、學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告等，

7、穿插進(jìn)行。培訓(xùn)期間，將配合實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)踐安排學(xué)員到不同地帶參觀干旱區(qū)土地退化、荒漠化發(fā)展、生態(tài)恢復(fù)及生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的系列現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。為此，安排了兩條考察路線：一條是蘭州至敦煌一線的干旱區(qū)，途徑河西走廊的多個(gè)歷史文化名城，安排學(xué)員到不同地帶的研究站學(xué)習(xí)、交流和實(shí)習(xí)，另一條是蘭州至西安一線的干旱半干旱區(qū)，主要考察黃土高原水土保持、流域治理、退耕還林現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，并到一些大學(xué)、科研院所參觀交流?？疾炱陂g還將安排景點(diǎn)參觀，讓學(xué)員了解中國的歷史文化和改革開放以來的發(fā)展變化。通過此次培訓(xùn)，將加強(qiáng)我國與發(fā)展中國家的友好往來，擴(kuò)大技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的交流與合作；學(xué)員學(xué)成回國后，將能運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)與實(shí)用技術(shù)，促進(jìn)本國的生態(tài)恢復(fù)及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展

13、esert Control Research Institute (GDCRI) was founded in 1959. It has 15 national- and provincial-level scientific study platforms, namely: the world-reputable Minqin Integrated Desert Control Experiment Station, Minqin Botanical Garden of Desert Plants characterized by desert landscape, Minqin Natio

14、nal Study Station on Desert Steppe Ecosystem, Gansu Key Laboratory of Desertification Combating, National Base for Introducing Foreign Intelligence, National Base for Nurturing Intelligent in Basic Science, National Base for Transferring Scientific Achievements in Desertification Combating, Internat

15、ional Training Center on Desertification Combating, etc. Focusing on theoretical and applied scientific research on desertification combating and eco-restoration in arid areas, GDCRI engages in research and extension on integrated desert control, land degradation prevention and eco-restoration; in e

16、xploring new ways for protection and comprehensive utilization of resources in arid areas, for eco-restoration and eco-industry development so as to offer technical support for integrated eco-restoration and sustainable development of agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry in arid areas. In the

17、50 years since its foundation, GDCRI has conducted intensive researches in the fields of desertification combating, integrated rehabilitation of arid areas, bio-diversity protection, physiology and ecology of plants, hydrology in arid areas, eco-environment evolvement, eco-restoration, exploration a

18、nd utilization of resources in arid areas, oasis construction and sustainable development of eco- industry, etc. Significant scientific results have been achieved, and many excellent personnel in desertification combating and eco-restoration were nurtured. As an influential research institute, GDCRI

19、 was awarded honorary titles, such as “National Advanced Institute in Forestry Science”, “National Advanced Institute in Desert Control”,“Pioneering Institute in Multilateral Cooperation”, etc. GDCRI has conducted long-term technical cooperation and academic exchanges with over 200 domestic and fore

20、ign research institutions, universities as well as international organizations. Meanwhile, GDCRI has, on behalf of the Chinese government, offered technical consultancy and trainings on desertification combating and eco-restoration for developing countries, which were well recognized by the Chinese

21、government and international organizations, such as UNDP, FAO, etc. Through its unremitting efforts, GDCRI has become an important base for scientific research, teaching and academic exchanges in the fields of Desertification Combating and sustainable development of eco-environment domestically and

22、internationally. In the past years, GDCRI successfully held 15 international training courses regarding desertification combating and eco-restoration, which were unanimously accepted by the participants and their countries. Over 400 experts, scholars, government officials and technicians from 53 dev

23、eloping countries participated in the trainings, which are a great contribution to the global desertification combating and eco-restoration. Also, through the training courses, the international exchange and cooperation were strengthened; the friendship between China and other developing countries w

Training Course ContentThe training course on “Eco-restoration & Eco-industry Development in Arid Areas”, sponsored by Ministry of Commerce of the Peoples Republic of China, will be organized by Gansu Desert Control Research Institute (GDCRI) in Lanzhou city of Gansu province from A

26、emands; Ecological succession in inland watershed; Research on ecological positioning and its monitoring networks; Comprehensive water-saving technologies; Seedling raising for ecological forestry; Establishment of windbreak system; Eco-restoration in different areas; Integrated rehabilitation of re

27、gional ecology; Alkali-salinity and its controlling measures; Sustainable management of eco-forestry; Application of “3S” technology; Agriculture/forestry regionalization and industry structure; Green-house system in arid areas; Regional featured agriculture; Sustainable development of oasis industr

These lectures are related to the main technological system and achievements in eco-restoration and eco-indu

A training methodology of indoor lectures combining outdoor visits will be adopted. Lectures, on-the-spot practi

During the study tour, participants will visit the actual sites regarding land degradation, desert encroachment, eco-restoration and eco-industrialized development of ecology in the areas with different landscapes.
