1、回復(fù)詢盤的深度技巧2009-03-13 先從回復(fù)詢盤的格式說起,格式一般分為稱呼、正文、敬祝語、落款幾個部分?;貜?fù)詢盤的幾個原則:  主動出擊,及時(shí)回復(fù)。 格式正確,有稱呼,有落款。 鑒于東西方文化的差異建議回答賣家問題直截了當(dāng),一般疑問句建議先回答yes或者no,然后再補(bǔ)充自己需要說明的。 盡量一次性多傳達(dá)自己的意思,以免來回溝通錯過了商機(jī) 。 語言簡潔準(zhǔn)確,避免出現(xiàn)語法和拼寫的錯誤。一 、詢盤回復(fù)架構(gòu)一般分為以下幾個部分: 1.未付款詢盤回復(fù):這一環(huán)節(jié)是一個賣家第一次接觸買家,有幾個注意事項(xiàng)和大家分享一下: 第一主動出擊
