Party B must follow the job responsibility regulations as stated by Party A, making thorough prep aratio ns b

Party B must prepare teach ing plan beforeevery class, Party A will arrange supervisor to have regular or irregular check the teaching plan as well as observe the whole class, having told Party B 1 minute before class begi ns.乙方需遵守甲方各項(xiàng)職能條款，認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n。乙方須為每節(jié)課準(zhǔn)備教案及教學(xué)計(jì)劃。甲方會定期或不定期檢查外教上課準(zhǔn)備情況。Wor

4、ki ng time工作時(shí)間1. Party A will arrange the time for start and end of work. The teach ing hour willbe 25 per week. Each class is not more than50 minutes. Party B also has therespon sibility to go for outdoor activities and classes arran ged by Party A. Notmore tha n 5 classes will be give n each day.2

According to Party A current salary system, Party Bs salary will be RMB/month.乙方每月基本工資為人民幣丿元。2. Party A p ays salary at

7、the 10th of every mon th. On the 15th of every mon th, Party B will get the salary of last mon th.甲方每月15號支付乙方上月工資。3. In case Party B is late for work / class or leaves work / class early , he/she pays a fine of RMB. While missing one period of class will be fined RMB if Party B does n't inform P

8、arty A at least 24 hours in adva need, late for class or leave the class early with in 15 minu tes is equal to miss the whole class. 10、ires .乙方每工作一個(gè)整月，則每月可享受元飛機(jī)補(bǔ)助。Party B ask for sick contract.若乙方病假超過 30 天，則視為自動(dòng)解除勞動(dòng)合同關(guān)系。Party B's Obligations乙方義務(wù)：1. Party B should obey The People' s Republic of China ConstitutionParty B ask for holidays or during the legal festivals, Party B will get no salary.乙方病假、事假以及法定節(jié)假日期間都無補(bǔ)助工資。holidays

12、il, this contract will be discontinued automatically.乙方若出現(xiàn)犯罪、入獄等行為，則該合同自行解除。4. Party B must fulfillthe job responsibilities as stated by Party A and guaranteethe quality and quantity, Party B has the duty to participate in all the business and non-business activities and outdoor activities organized

13、 by Party A.to do some advertisements乙方有義務(wù)積極參加甲方安排各種商業(yè)及非商業(yè)活動(dòng)及戶外代課行為。5. Party B shouldprovide personal photograph to Party Aon websites connected with the school.乙方須提供個(gè)人照片作為甲方安排相應(yīng)廣告宣傳。6. Party B shouldnot spread the rumors or makespeeches about politics, religionsor use offensive words etc in public.

14、乙方不得傳播宗教或和政治有關(guān)的演講， 以及宣傳非法宗教信仰等活動(dòng)。 乙方不得在課堂上 以任何行為宣揚(yáng)非法宗教信仰及和政治有關(guān)的內(nèi)容。7. Party B must not use any forms of physical punishment or insult to the students or colleagues under any circumstances.乙方不得使用任何形式的體罰對學(xué)生進(jìn)行懲罰或?qū)W(xué)生和同事進(jìn)行言語上的侮辱和歧視。8. Party B should not do part time job, lectures and personal tutoring out

15、side training center. If this happens, Party A will deduct Party B' s salary since themonth Party B started.乙方不得在本中心以外的學(xué)校擔(dān)任任何形式的兼職外教、 權(quán)扣除乙方自此行為開始時(shí)的工資。家教， 若發(fā)生此種行為， 甲方則有9. Party A shall conduct direction, supervision and evaluation of Party B's work, and shall inform Party B if there are complaints about Part

18、y B' s class teaching.甲方須協(xié)助乙方教學(xué)活動(dòng)，幫助其處理學(xué)員投訴。3. Party A shall provide Party B necessary working conditions.甲方提供乙方相應(yīng)工作條件。4. Party A shall provide co-workers.甲方提供合作者。5. Party A shall pay Party B's salary regularly by the month.甲方每月按時(shí)支付乙方工資The termination of contract.合同終止1. If one of the followi
