30、g: The Structures Package is for the total development,and comp rises: Baseme nts-Podium levels-Tower A: Grand Hyatt Hotel and Serviced Apartments-Tower B: Office Tower Tower C: Reside ntial Tower; The scope of the Structures Package works shall in clude, but not be limited to: CompI eti on of site

31、earthworks as required; In-ground hydraulics and services for P ili ng, raft slabs and buildi ng footi ngs; Baseme nt levels con struct ionin cludi ngcolumns, core walls, shear walls,perimeterdrains, water proof membra nes, and backfilli ng; Podium levels in clud ing all slabs, ramps, colu mns, core
