13、pecific關(guān)于個險渠道內(nèi)勤崗位人員工資的幾點說明各位同仁:九月份,我們成功進行了全市個險渠道內(nèi)勤管理崗位人員選聘,全市有三十多位同仁走上了個險渠道管理崗位。近幾天公司將發(fā)放新崗位工資,大家可能也比較關(guān)注此事,下面就工資發(fā)放情況向大家說明以下幾點,以澄清大家的一些疑問:1、目前簽訂勞動合同的人員工資由市公司人力資源部發(fā)放,未簽訂勞動合同的人員工資由市公司個險銷售部發(fā)放。2、工資水平完全按照九月份出臺的XXXX分公司個險渠道管理人員選聘方案(見附件)的相關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行,簽訂勞動合同的人員和未簽訂勞動合同的人員實行“同崗?fù)辍?,工資水平完全一致。3、按照公司人力資源部相關(guān)規(guī)定,九月份因重新上崗未滿一

14、個月,工資按照原工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)放。十月開始按照新的工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)放。4、每月工資將于當(dāng)月下旬發(fā)放,如十月工資將于十月下旬發(fā)放。5、月工資=年薪/12(月)。月工資分為基礎(chǔ)工資和績效工資兩部分,其中基礎(chǔ)工資占月工資的70%,績效工資占月工資的30%。基礎(chǔ)工資在當(dāng)月發(fā)放,績效工資與當(dāng)月末的所在公司業(yè)務(wù)完成率掛鉤,在下一月發(fā)放。如十月份只發(fā)放當(dāng)月(十月)的基礎(chǔ)工資(70%部分),十一月發(fā)放當(dāng)月(十一月)的基礎(chǔ)工資(70%部分)和上一月(十月)的績效工資(30%部分),以后月份以此類推。所以十月份的工資會相對較少一些。6、績效工資(即月工資的30%)的發(fā)放規(guī)則一般會在每年年初發(fā)布。但鑒于今年時間已過九個月時間

16、問,請與市公司人力資源部和個險銷售部聯(lián)系。附件:XXXX分公司個險渠道管理人員選聘方案 為建立科學(xué)的個險渠道管理人員選拔、培養(yǎng)機制,進一步推進個險渠道專業(yè)化進程,優(yōu)化個險渠道管理人員結(jié)構(gòu),充實個險渠道高級管理人員后備人才庫,實現(xiàn)個險渠道的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,經(jīng)XXXX分公司黨委、總經(jīng)理室研究決定,在全市系統(tǒng)范圍內(nèi)開展個險渠道管理人員選聘。具體辦法如下:一、選聘崗位本次選聘崗位包括:(一)旗縣綜合性支公司個險渠道管理崗,配置銷售人力發(fā)展崗、銷售人員管理崗、市場拓展崗、銷售支持與訓(xùn)練崗、綜合管理崗等5個專業(yè)管理崗位,分別歸屬隊伍建設(shè)類、業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展類和基礎(chǔ)管理類崗位。條件成熟的旗縣綜合性支公司可成立個險銷售

17、部,配置個險銷售部經(jīng)理(或副經(jīng)理)。(二)城區(qū)個險專業(yè)化支公司管理崗,配置銷售人力發(fā)展崗、銷售人員管理崗、市場拓展崗、銷售支持與訓(xùn)練崗、綜合管理崗等5個專業(yè)管理崗位,分別歸屬隊伍建設(shè)類、業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展類和基礎(chǔ)管理類崗位。(三)市公司個險銷售部管理崗,配置銷售人力發(fā)展崗、銷售人員管理崗、市場拓展崗、銷售支持與訓(xùn)練崗、職場管理崗、業(yè)績管理崗等6個專業(yè)管理崗位。二、選聘人數(shù)根據(jù)市公司個險銷售部及支公司個險渠道管理崗人員崗位配置要求,并結(jié)合團隊管理需求,市公司總經(jīng)理室擬定了如下個險渠道管理人員編制(等同本次選聘人數(shù)):旗縣綜合性支公司和城區(qū)個險專業(yè)化支公司個險渠道管理崗人員編制,將按照支公司季均舉績?nèi)肆Χ嗌?/p>

18、來確定(不包含支公司經(jīng)理室成員):支公司季均舉績?nèi)肆€險渠道管理人員配置人數(shù)80人(不含)以下3人80人(含)120人(不含)4人120人(含)以上5人另外,成立個險銷售部的旗縣綜合性支公司還可配置1名部門經(jīng)理(或副經(jīng)理)。市公司個險銷售部管理人員編制為8人,其中銷售人員管理崗和銷售支持與訓(xùn)練崗為各2人,其他崗位各1人。另外,可配置1名部門經(jīng)理和1名部門副經(jīng)理。三、選聘范圍全市系統(tǒng)勞動合同制員工、派遣制員工、代理合同制銷售人員中的業(yè)務(wù)員系列人員及基層支公司其他內(nèi)勤員工、組訓(xùn)及非呼市分公司員工等,均可報名參加本次選聘?,F(xiàn)任市公司個險銷售部和支公司個險渠道各管理崗位人員也需報名參加此次選聘,否則視

19、同放棄。報名參加本次選聘的人員必須滿足以下基本條件:(一)全日制專科及以上學(xué)歷,年齡在22-35歲,有特殊才能者可放寬至40歲,教育、營銷、管理專業(yè)及有同業(yè)同崗工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;(二)具有良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)和組織策劃能力,思維敏捷,學(xué)習(xí)能力強,能熟練操作日常辦公軟件;(三)身體健康,品行端正,為人誠信正直,可承擔(dān)高強度的工作和巨大的工作壓力。四、被選聘人員待遇通過本次選聘的人員將享受以下待遇:(一)所有人員均將被納入呼市公司后備干部人才庫,支公司管理崗人員將成為支公司經(jīng)理崗位重點培養(yǎng)對象;(二)可享受個險渠道各層級專業(yè)化培訓(xùn)和銷售一線歷練的機會;(三)在薪酬上實行重點傾斜的特殊政策:1、旗縣綜合性

20、支公司個險渠道管理崗:(1)支公司原崗位人員通過選聘的,原職級不變,享受新的支公司銷售類崗位薪酬,其中經(jīng)辦層級人員可享受E和H(全日制本科)兩個檔薪酬;(2)銷售人員通過選聘的,可享受經(jīng)辦層級E和H(全日制本科)兩個檔薪酬;(3)由市公司機關(guān)和城區(qū)支公司選聘到旗縣綜合性支公司的,將享受新的支公司個險銷售部副經(jīng)理層級E(年薪53598元)和G(年薪58000元左右)(全日制本科)兩個檔薪酬;(4)暫未簽訂勞動合同的人員與勞動合同制員工實施“同崗?fù)辍?,參照同職級勞動合同制員工薪酬擬定其薪酬;2、城區(qū)個險專業(yè)化支公司管理崗:(1)原崗位人員通過選聘的,原職級不變,享受新的支公司銷售類崗位薪酬,其中

21、經(jīng)辦層級人員將享受E和H(全日制本科)兩個檔薪酬;(2)銷售人員通過選聘的,可享受經(jīng)辦層級E和H(全日制本科)兩個檔薪酬;(3)由市公司機關(guān)選聘到城區(qū)個險專業(yè)化支公司的,原職級為三級協(xié)辦或經(jīng)辦層級的,將享受新的支公司銷售類主辦層級E(年薪43000元左右)和H(年薪48000元左右)(全日制本科)兩個檔薪酬;其他職級員工選聘到支公司的,原職級不變;(4)暫未簽訂勞動合同的人員與勞動合同制員工實施“同崗?fù)辍?,參照同職級勞動合同制員工薪酬擬定其薪酬;3、市公司個險銷售部管理崗:(1)公司各層級員工通過選聘的,原職級不變,享受新的銷售類崗位薪酬;(2)銷售人員通過選聘的,可享受三級協(xié)辦層級E和H(

22、全日制本科)兩個檔薪酬;(3)暫未簽訂勞動合同的人員與勞動合同制員工實施“同崗?fù)辍?,參照同職級勞動合同制員工薪酬擬定其薪酬。五、選聘程序(一)啟動8月29日召開全市系統(tǒng)個險渠道管理人員選聘工作啟動會,對此次選聘工作進行宣導(dǎo)和動員。(二)報名有意參加本次選聘的人員,可在8月31日下午4點前將報名表通過OA發(fā)至市公司人力資源部周水霞信箱。(三)綜合考評市公司將在9月1日2日開展對報名人員的考評和選拔工作,具體考評包括筆試、演講面試和工作能力綜合考評。筆試時間:9月1日下午3點演講順序抽簽時間:筆試結(jié)束后演講面試時間:9月2日上午8點30分(四)選聘 市公司總經(jīng)理室將根據(jù)綜合考評情況,確定聘任人員
