9、n ducted meticulously, tak ing into acco unt all the p revail ingcircumstances. The draft survey consist of the“ initial” and“ final ” surveys, whicby measurement, calculation of the vessel ' s displacement before and after loading or discharg ing. The differe nee betwee n these two dis placeme

10、nts is the weight of cargo discharged/loaded.現(xiàn)場檢驗員根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況，必須一絲不茍對船舶的初始和最終船舶狀態(tài)進行觀察，測量和計算得出裝卸貨的重量.2.1 Equipment used for draft survey水尺計重通常使用的工具：- A certified draft survey hydrometer.檢測合格的密度計.Calibrated sounding tape. 檢測合格的量水尺.Water finding p aste. 量水膏.A po werful hand torch or flash light for draft re

11、adi ng at ni ght time if p ossible. 可能的話備照明燈或手電以備夜間用.Calculator / compu ter. 計算器或計算機.2.2 In initial draft survey在做初水尺注意事項：-Ide ntify the vessel and confirm the cargo qua ntity of Bill of Lad ing.與船方確認裝船數(shù)量和卸貨提單重量.Obta in the vessel con sta nt at load ing port or p revious voyage from vessel chief off

Copy or to take the p hotos of the calibrati on certificate of the weigh-bridge or scale.所用衡重地磅和秤必須檢測合格并在有效期內(nèi).復(fù)印或?qū)z測合格證拍照.Before using, checked the weigh-bridge or scale working condition (use standard test weights if available)可能的話,衡重前用標準砝碼對磅稱進行校驗.

20、Adjust the weigh-bridge or scale in zero and the n make sure itself is in level con diti on, clea n.衡重用磅秤須校正零位使之處于良好工作狀態(tài)，清潔干凈.Record the type, brand and p roducer of the weigh-bridge or scale. 記錄所用衡重磅秤的型號，規(guī)格和生產(chǎn)廠家.For trucks/railway wago ns weigh ing should be weighed across same time, for gross and
