1、學(xué)生簽證所需文件清單適用于申請赴澳大利亞留學(xué)的常住在中國或新西蘭的中國公民學(xué)生簽證的主申請人在遞交(.au/students/prc.htm)申請時需遞交以下材料。本清單僅規(guī)定了在遞交申請時所必須提供的基本材料，而并未對申請人可提供的材料作任何其他限制。申請人可同時遞交他們認為有助于簽證評審的其他任何材料。根據(jù)1958年移民法的有關(guān)規(guī)定，簽證審批部門可在申請人遞交申請時所提供材料的基礎(chǔ)上作出決定，而不必要求申請人再提供進一步材料。因此，在遞交申請時請盡量完整地提供簽證申請材料，這一點對申請人是至關(guān)重要的。所有表格需用英文填寫。申請人提供的除英文之外的其他任何語種的材

2、料均需附上英文翻譯件。所有材料必須是原件 或者是經(jīng)公證或認證的復(fù)印件。在中國， 復(fù)印件可由公證處公證或認證。 申請人遞交申請后，如果所提供的信息發(fā)生變更，必須書面通知簽證審批部門。否則移民部將依據(jù)申請人遞交申請時所提供的材料進行簽證評審。個人及一般性材料:· 簽證申請費以澳幣支付可通過信用卡，匯票或銀行支票的方式匯款至澳大利亞移民及多元文化土著事務(wù)部 必須支付申請費，否則本次學(xué)生簽證申請無效。 · 一份填寫完整并簽了名的學(xué)生簽證申請表格(157A表) 必須遞交申請表格，否則本次學(xué)生簽證申請無效。 · 一份填寫完整并附有簽名的家庭成員表(54表)。 · 一

5、食宿，生活保障和基本福利問題。 或者o 由你父母書面指定的一名常住澳大利亞的21歲以上親屬出具的法律聲明書，證明他/她將負責(zé)你在澳期間的食宿，生活保障和基本福利問題；以及o 相關(guān)人員的出生證明的公證書和能證明你們之間親屬關(guān)系的法律文件；以及o 在過去10年中你的指定在澳親屬曾居住過超過12個月的每一個國家警方所出具的無犯罪記錄證明原件。(見47P表) 有資格成為指定看護人的親屬包括兄弟，姐妹，祖父母/外祖父母，姨母/姑母，叔伯/舅父，侄女/外甥女，侄子/外甥，繼父母, 異父母兄弟, 異父母姐妹, 繼祖父母, 繼叔伯, 繼伯/嬸母, 繼侄子（女）. · 如果你未滿18周歲，請?zhí)峁?o

7、請?zhí)峁┢洳桓鞍拇罄麃喌母?母方親筆簽署的同意其赴澳信函的原件，并附上其身份證的復(fù)印件。學(xué)歷及語言要求:· 請?zhí)峁┟克慵磳⒕妥x的澳大利亞學(xué)校出具的留位證明信(Offer of a place in a course)原件 必須在提出簽證申請時遞交留位證明信原件，否則本次學(xué)生簽證申請無效。每封信需注明你就讀課程的層次，課程名稱，課程及學(xué)校的CRICOS代碼，課程的起止時間和所有課程的全部費用。請注意，如果你申請的簽證類別要求你參加英語語言課程，但申請中并未提供此類課程的留位證明信，將會導(dǎo)致被拒簽。 · 請?zhí)峁┠阋勋@得的學(xué)歷/學(xué)位證明的清晰復(fù)印件及公證書。例如，571類學(xué)生簽證

11、71，572, 573，574, 575類別的學(xué)生簽證。 除574類外，其他所有簽證類別要求學(xué)生貸款的期限最多為3年。如所報讀的課程少于3年，貸款期限僅須包括所有課程時間的總和。574類學(xué)生簽證要求的貸款期限包括預(yù)備課程（含英語課程）時間及其后12個月即可。如所報讀的主課少于12個月，貸款期限僅須包括預(yù)備課程（含英語課程）時間及主課時間的總和。在中國，移民部認可的可提供留學(xué)貸款的金融機構(gòu)為中國銀行、工商銀行、中國建設(shè)銀行、農(nóng)業(yè)銀行、中信實業(yè)銀行和上海浦東發(fā)展銀行。 或者· 請?zhí)峁┠?你的配偶，父母，祖父母/外祖父母，兄弟姐妹，姑姨叔(伯)舅中任何一方持有的在遞交申請前已夠6個月存期的
