6、龍去脈,這是能做到準(zhǔn)確摘譯的先決事件。千萬(wàn)不要恣意猜測(cè),不清楚時(shí),應(yīng)多討教承辦過(guò)此事的相關(guān)人員。 b. 摘譯應(yīng)包括信中一切主要現(xiàn)實(shí)的梗概,包括時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、條件等。摘譯有很大的伸縮性,其內(nèi)容取決于資料運(yùn)用者的要求。最簡(jiǎn)單的摘譯是函件摘要,往往要求只用一兩句話概述來(lái)函意圖或涉及何事、有何要求或建議等。 c. 如函件運(yùn)用者要求了解較多的詳細(xì)情況,那么可將信中最重要普通說(shuō)來(lái)也就是最詳細(xì)的語(yǔ)句加以摘譯。 d. 摘譯公函不用拘泥于原文詞句的方式,但必需做到不僅在現(xiàn)實(shí)上符合原件內(nèi)容,而且在語(yǔ)氣上也不失分寸。譯例 提請(qǐng)賣(mài)方留意:我方訂單拖欠至今尚未履行。 We brought to the knowledge
