1、聘請(qǐng)法律參謀合同格式全文 以下簡(jiǎn)稱甲方因工作需要依照?中華人民 共和國(guó)律師暫行條例?的有關(guān)規(guī)定，聘請(qǐng) 以下簡(jiǎn)稱乙方的律師為法律參謀，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商訂立以下協(xié)議，共同遵照履行。一、乙方委派律師 擔(dān)任甲方的法律參謀，為甲方提供法律關(guān)心，依法維護(hù)甲方的合法權(quán)益。甲方指定 為法律參謀的聯(lián)系人。二、法律參謀工作范圍：1. 為甲方解答法律問(wèn)題，必要時(shí)提供法律意見(jiàn)書(shū)。2 . 協(xié)助草擬、修改、審查合同和有關(guān)法律事務(wù)文書(shū)。3 . 同意甲方托付，參與經(jīng)濟(jì)合同談判。4. 同意甲方托付，擔(dān)任代理人，參加訴訟、非訴訟、調(diào)解、仲裁活動(dòng)。5 . 應(yīng)甲方要求，向職工進(jìn)行法制宣傳教育。6 . 同意甲方托付、辦理其它法律事務(wù)。三、律
