2、）克服急躁心理。有些同學(xué)在聽力測試時，不是聽材料大意，而是專注于聽個別單詞。有個別詞沒聽懂，往往停下來去思索，隨即產(chǎn)生急躁焦慮心理，頭腦一片空白，等回過神來時，錄音早已放完。因此要學(xué)會顧全大局，局部放棄而取整體，并借助“精神勝利法”給自已釋壓減負(fù)。3）克服猶豫不決的毛病，對自己有把握的試題應(yīng)快速作答，對無把握的試題也要在所聽信息的基礎(chǔ)上排除錯誤選項(xiàng)，進(jìn)行優(yōu)化處理。不會作答的，立即暫時擱置，準(zhǔn)備聽新的題目。 2.利用聽錄音前的時間，迅速地捕捉每個小題題干選項(xiàng)所提供的信息，預(yù)測句子,短文或?qū)υ捒赡苌婕暗降膬?nèi)容，這樣聽錄音材料時就有的放矢，有所側(cè)重，就能抓住關(guān)鍵詞,提高答題的準(zhǔn)確率。 3.

3、高年級學(xué)生聽力測試中聽短文并判斷或選擇部分是個難點(diǎn)，所以聽錄音時重在聽懂每句話的意思和內(nèi)涵，注意捕捉文中所涉及的人物(who)、事件(what)、時間(when)、地點(diǎn)(where)、原因(why)、方式(how)、程度(how long，how much)、數(shù)字(how manyhow much)、選擇(which)等，以便檢查答案。4.注意聽短文的首句和首段，文章的開首和開首段，往往是對短文內(nèi)容的概括，如人物、故事發(fā)生的時間、地點(diǎn)及事由等。 5.不管聽什么材料，注意力一定要集中在整體內(nèi)容的理解上，千萬不能只停留在個別單詞或單句上，聽不清時馬上放棄，不要強(qiáng)迫自己聽清每一個詞，要把重點(diǎn)放在聽關(guān)
