3、矩,表現(xiàn)不佳的速度控制在輕載和低功率因數(shù)。Ansoft 作為世界領(lǐng)先的電磁有限元分析軟件, Maxwell 已廣泛應(yīng)于電氣設(shè)備行業(yè),RMxprt作為Ansoft最重要的一個(gè)模塊,廣泛應(yīng)用在工程電磁場(chǎng),它可以優(yōu)化前期項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)。然后我們可以生成一個(gè)合理的2 d / 3 d有限元分析模型??勺詣?dòng)加載幾何和自動(dòng)定義的各個(gè)部分材料,給電動(dòng)機(jī)的邊界條件時(shí),勵(lì)磁電源等等。在本設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)告中,我們利用Ansoft Maxwell 進(jìn)行建模。詳細(xì)分析步驟和過(guò)程,根據(jù)給定的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)結(jié)合上課所學(xué)習(xí)的知識(shí),在Ansoft Maxwell 14中進(jìn)行仿真和計(jì)算,來(lái)驗(yàn)證電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。四 設(shè)計(jì)分析根據(jù)給定的設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)過(guò)
4、一系列的計(jì)算,為后續(xù)進(jìn)行仿真設(shè)計(jì)打下了基礎(chǔ),三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)是個(gè)復(fù)雜的過(guò)程,需要考慮的因素、確定的尺寸和數(shù)據(jù)很多。與單相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)相比,三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行性能好,并可節(jié)省各種材料。根據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)分類,可分為籠式和繞線式,本設(shè)計(jì)選擇的是籠型感應(yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì),其轉(zhuǎn)子的異步電動(dòng)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、運(yùn)行可靠、重量輕、價(jià)格便宜,得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,其主要缺點(diǎn)是調(diào)速困難。三相感應(yīng)電動(dòng)機(jī)作電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)子的轉(zhuǎn)速低于旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng)的轉(zhuǎn)速,轉(zhuǎn)子繞組因與磁場(chǎng)間存在著相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)而感生電動(dòng)勢(shì)和電流,并與磁場(chǎng)相互作用產(chǎn)生電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩,實(shí)現(xiàn)能量變換。電磁設(shè)計(jì)主要的內(nèi)容是確定電機(jī)的電磁負(fù)荷及定子兩套繞組的極對(duì)數(shù)。仿真設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)需注意以下幾點(diǎn):(
5、1) 負(fù)載的性質(zhì)明確負(fù)載需要恒功率調(diào)速或恒轉(zhuǎn)矩調(diào)速,或在整個(gè)調(diào)速范圍內(nèi)部分轉(zhuǎn)速區(qū)為恒功率、部分轉(zhuǎn)速區(qū)為恒轉(zhuǎn)矩。(2) 調(diào)速范圍確定電機(jī)的常用轉(zhuǎn)速區(qū)間和最大轉(zhuǎn)速區(qū)間,以便選擇合適的電機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)(3) 通風(fēng)冷卻系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)兼顧電機(jī)各方面性能的要求,根據(jù)不同的情況采取不同的方法,整個(gè)電磁計(jì)算中的幾個(gè)主要部分包括:主要尺寸與氣隙的確定;定轉(zhuǎn)子繞組與沖片設(shè)計(jì);工作性能的計(jì)算;起動(dòng)性能的計(jì)算等。五 仿真設(shè)計(jì) 雙擊桌面的Maxwell 16.0,運(yùn)行Maxwell 軟件,進(jìn)入如下界面,點(diǎn)擊菜單欄中的,新建電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)圖1 新建電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)點(diǎn)擊machine,設(shè)置電機(jī)參數(shù)如下圖2 設(shè)置電機(jī)參數(shù)設(shè)置定子slot參數(shù)如下:
