2、等。在我國(guó)一般直徑在(5-9)毫米共八種規(guī)格的成卷供應(yīng)的熱軋圓鋼稱為線材。線材因以盤卷交又叫盤條。線材一般用普通碳素鋼和優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼制成。按照鋼材分配目錄和用途不同,線材包括普通低碳鋼熱軋圓盤條、優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼盤條、碳素焊條盤條、調(diào)質(zhì)螺紋盤條、制鋼絲繩用盤條、琴鋼絲用盤條以及不銹鋼盤條等。(1)普通低碳鋼熱軋圓盤條(GB701-65),普通低碳鋼熱軋圓盤條由低碳普通碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼或屈服點(diǎn)較低的碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼軋制而成,是線材品種中用量最大、使用最廣泛的盤條,故又稱普通線材,簡(jiǎn)稱普線。主要用途:普線主要用于建筑鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)作配筋用,也可冷拔拉制成鋼絲,作捆扎等用。 (2) 普通低碳鋼無(wú)扭控冷、熱軋盤

3、條(ZBH4403-88),無(wú)扭控冷、熱軋盤條由無(wú)扭高速線材軋機(jī)軋制后采取控制冷卻制成,材質(zhì)與普線相同,但無(wú)扭控冷、熱軋盤條具有尺寸精度高、表面質(zhì)量好、較高的力學(xué)性能等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。主要用途:無(wú)扭控冷、熱軋盤條尺寸精度分A、B、C 三級(jí)。A、B、C級(jí)精度適用于拉絲、建筑、包裝和焊條等用途,B、C級(jí)精度適用于加工成螺栓、螺絲和螺母等。            (3)優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼盤條(GB4354-84),優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼盤條是用優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼軋制而成。是線材品種中用量較大的品種之一。&

4、#160;    主要用途:優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼盤條主要用于加工制造碳素彈簧鋼絲、油淬火回火碳素彈簧鋼絲、預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絲、高強(qiáng)度優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼絲、鍍鋅鋼絲、鍍鋅絞線鋼絲繩等。  (4)優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼無(wú)扭控冷、熱軋盤條(ZBH44002-88),優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼無(wú)扭控冷、熱軋盤條由無(wú)扭高速線材軋機(jī)軋制而成, 軋制后采取控制冷卻處理。與優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼盤條相比,具有尺寸精度高、表面質(zhì)量好,有較高的力學(xué)性能。 主要用途:主要用途與優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼盤條相同。常用于制造碳素彈簧鋼絲、油淬火回火碳彈簧鋼絲、預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絲、優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼絲,鍍鋅鋼絲等。 &

5、#160;(5)制繩鋼絲用無(wú)扭控冷、熱軋盤條(ZBH44004-88),制繩鋼絲用無(wú)扭控冷熱軋盤和用優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼,在無(wú)扭線材軋機(jī)上軋制,軋制后控制冷卻而制成。這樣軋成的盤條,尺寸精度高,表面質(zhì)量好,力學(xué)性能優(yōu)越。 主要用途:主要用于拉制制繩鋼絲和鋼絞線鋼絲。  (6)碳素焊條鋼盤條(GB3429-82),碳素焊條鋼盤條由低碳優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼熱軋制成。 主要用途:主要用于制造手工電弧焊焊芯。   (7)合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼熱軋盤條(GB3077-82),合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼熱軋盤條由合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼作材質(zhì)軋制而成。合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼共有26個(gè)鋼組、78個(gè)鋼牌號(hào)

6、。各生產(chǎn)廠依據(jù)需方要求及不同用途選用各牌號(hào)進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。 主要用途:合金結(jié)構(gòu)熱軋盤條主要用于拉制鋼絲、金屬制品和結(jié)構(gòu)件。  (8)碳素工具鋼熱軋盤條(GB1298-86),碳素工具鋼由優(yōu)質(zhì)或高級(jí)優(yōu)質(zhì)高碳鋼軋制而成。加工性能與耐磨性能好,價(jià)格便宜。     主要用途:主要用于拉制鋼比與制造工具等。  (9)彈簧鋼熱軋盤條(GB1222-84),彈簧鋼是用于制造彈簧或其他彈性元件的鋼種。彈簧和彈性元件主要利用其彈性變性吸收與儲(chǔ)存能量,達(dá)到緩和震動(dòng)、沖擊或使機(jī)件完成某些動(dòng)作為目的。由于它是在沖擊、震動(dòng)或長(zhǎng)

7、期均勻的周期交變應(yīng)力條件下工作,因此要求彈簧鋼具有高的屈服強(qiáng)度,尤其要有較高的屈強(qiáng)比(屈服強(qiáng)度與抗拉強(qiáng)度之比)和彈性高的疲勞強(qiáng)度、較高的耐高溫和耐腐蝕等性能。彈簧鋼還應(yīng)有良好的表面質(zhì)量。彈簧鋼有碳素彈簧鋼和合金彈簧鋼兩類共17個(gè)牌號(hào)。主要用途:彈簧鋼熱軋盤條主要用于生產(chǎn)各種用途的螺旋彈簧。   (10)焊接用不銹鋼盤條(GB4241-84),焊接用不銹鋼盤條與一般不銹鋼盤條在化學(xué)成分上有所不同。為了保證其優(yōu)良的焊接性能,提高焊縫質(zhì)量,焊接用不銹鋼盤條在成分上的顯著特點(diǎn)是含碳量低、磷、硫等有毒雜質(zhì)少、鎳、鉻含量較高。    &

8、#160;主要用途:主要用于制造電焊條鋼芯和焊絲。縱觀我國(guó)線材發(fā)展的歷史,可以說(shuō)有了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展特別是近幾十年來(lái),我國(guó)線材行業(yè)持續(xù)高速發(fā)展,以每年凈增產(chǎn)200多萬(wàn)噸高速度增長(zhǎng),其產(chǎn)量從1987年的693萬(wàn)噸,增加到1999年的2608萬(wàn)噸。增長(zhǎng)2.8倍;同期高速線材產(chǎn)量從32萬(wàn)噸增加到1218萬(wàn)噸,增長(zhǎng)37倍;線材自給率達(dá)到99%以上;在品種質(zhì)量方面也有很大提高,目前完全可以按國(guó)際先進(jìn)技術(shù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。多數(shù)線品種與質(zhì)量能夠滿足線材制品企業(yè)使用要求。所有這些都說(shuō)明:我國(guó)已經(jīng)成為世界最大的線材生產(chǎn)國(guó),為世界同行所矚目。但是也應(yīng)看到,我國(guó)雖然是世界線材生產(chǎn)大國(guó),但還不能說(shuō)是線材生產(chǎn)強(qiáng)國(guó);目前我國(guó)還

9、有部分線材品種仍然依靠進(jìn)口維持生產(chǎn)。如鋼簾線、高應(yīng)力彈簧鋼、不銹鋼、冷墩鋼等線材。在重要用途線材實(shí)物質(zhì)量方面,仍與世界先進(jìn)工業(yè)國(guó)家仍有較大差距。此次設(shè)計(jì)從分析我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)線材生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀與當(dāng)前我國(guó)線材應(yīng)用的走勢(shì)出發(fā),先是根據(jù)建廠的可行性研究確立了建廠依據(jù)與產(chǎn)品大綱,然后確立了生產(chǎn)工藝制度與流程,工藝制度包括主要設(shè)備與輔助設(shè)備的選取、孔型的設(shè)計(jì)、年產(chǎn)量的計(jì)算以及力能參數(shù)計(jì)算與強(qiáng)度的校核。工藝流程為連鑄冷胚料、運(yùn)輸輥道(檢查、踢廢上料運(yùn)送稱重)、加熱爐加熱、高壓水除磷、 運(yùn)輸輥道、粗軋機(jī)、飛剪、中軋機(jī)、預(yù)精軋、中間冷箱、飛剪、精軋、減定徑、控冷在線測(cè)徑、夾送輥吐絲機(jī)、斯太爾摩冷卻線、集卷掛卷檢查、P/F

10、線運(yùn)輸、打捆、稱重、卸卷、入庫(kù)。整條生產(chǎn)線經(jīng)過(guò)合理計(jì)算,所有的設(shè)備運(yùn)用合理恰當(dāng)。同時(shí)此次設(shè)計(jì)考慮到工藝的先進(jìn)性,工藝平面布置和產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性,經(jīng)濟(jì)的可行性等因素,以達(dá)到高質(zhì)量,高自動(dòng)化,低耗,低成本,高靈活性的目的和獲得好的投資收益率和投入生產(chǎn)率??v觀工藝效果,此次設(shè)計(jì)在某些反面彌補(bǔ)了我國(guó)線材生產(chǎn)的不足,但在一定程度上仍有許多不完善,需要改進(jìn)的地方。 Design of high speed wire rod plant of 800 thousand tons annual output High speed wire rod is one of the most important pr
