畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)倒裝式復(fù)合模設(shè)計(jì)

1、1、前言模具是工業(yè)產(chǎn)品中生產(chǎn)用和重要工藝裝備，它是以其本身的特殊形式通過一定的方式使原材料成型?，F(xiàn)代產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)中，模具由于其加工效率高，互換性好、節(jié)省原材料，所以得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。按成型的對(duì)象和方式來分，模具大致可分為三類：金屬板料成型模具、如冷沖壓模；金屬體積成型模具、非金屬材料成型模具，其中使用量最大的是沖壓模和塑料模，約占模具總量的80%。本設(shè)計(jì)是倒裝式復(fù)合模，其生產(chǎn)效率高，沖載件的精度也容易達(dá)到高精度。條料的精度比連續(xù)模低，復(fù)合模適于大批量生產(chǎn)。沖壓加工在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用范圍相當(dāng)廣泛，當(dāng)然沖壓加工還存在一些問題和缺點(diǎn)，但隨著科學(xué)的進(jìn)步，這些問題一定會(huì)盡快完善和解決的。2 題目：倒裝式

2、復(fù)合模3 沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)程序3.1 確定沖壓工藝方案和模具結(jié)構(gòu)形式 分析制件的沖壓工藝性制件形式簡單，尺寸要求不高，沖載件材料為純鋁，具有良好的可沖壓性能。零件圖上的尺寸均未標(biāo)注尺寸偏差，為自由尺寸，選用IT12確定尺寸的公差，經(jīng)查表得各尺寸公差。 確定沖壓類型及結(jié)構(gòu)形式產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)量為5萬件，屬小批量生產(chǎn)，產(chǎn)品外形和尺寸均無特殊性要求，根據(jù)典型模具結(jié)構(gòu)，可以確定采用模具結(jié)構(gòu)為剛性卸料下出件方式。4 工藝計(jì)算4.1 排樣、計(jì)算條料寬度，確定步距 搭邊值 查最小工藝搭邊值表3-7確定搭邊值，兩側(cè)搭邊值各取2，兩制件間的搭邊值取2。 復(fù)合模進(jìn)料步距由搭邊值和排樣圖，經(jīng)用UG繪圖測得進(jìn)料的步距為67mm

3、。 條料寬度 查（2）P表3-11得=0.15mm B=（D+2a） =（40+2X2） =44 計(jì)算沖壓力沖壓力等于沖孔時(shí)的沖壓力和落料時(shí)沖壓力之和，查（1）表5-2P113 非鐵金屬材料的力學(xué)性能，取=108MPa 。沖載周邊的長度由UG繪圖測得制件的周長加兩小圓直徑為10和一直徑為25圓周長的總長L=331mm 。即沖載力 FLt （2）P52 =331x1x108 =35748（N）推件力的n值為1，K查 （2）3-15 P55 取得值為0.05即推件力 F=n KF =1x0.05x35748 =1787.4（N）總的沖載力，因?yàn)槟＞呓Y(jié)構(gòu)采用剛性卸料裝置和下出方式，所以 F=F+ F

4、 （2） P56 =35748+1787.4 =37535.4（N） 選擇沖壓設(shè)備由于零件尺寸不大，精度要求不高，批量小，所以選用開式機(jī)械壓力機(jī)，適合沖載加工，有一定的精度和剛度，操作方便，價(jià)格低廉，所以選用開式機(jī)械壓力機(jī)。沖載件尺寸為80mmX40mm，板厚為1m，結(jié)合企業(yè)的設(shè)備情況，查壓力機(jī)規(guī)格表5-10，初步選J23-25型開式機(jī)械壓力機(jī)。4.2 確定壓力中心模具的壓力中心就是沖壓力合力的作用點(diǎn)，因?yàn)楫a(chǎn)品零件是對(duì)稱的，所以中心點(diǎn)在零件的中心，即為直徑為25圓的中心點(diǎn)。4.3 模具刃口尺寸的計(jì)算查（2）表3-3 P33 得 Z=0.04mm Z=0.06mm 則 Z- Z 0.02（mm）

5、凸、凹模分別按IT6和IT7級(jí)加工制造由于零件為IT12級(jí)，取X=0.75 =0.009mm =0.015mm 校核：| | +|Z- Z 0.009+0.015 0.024 0.02 （不滿足間隙公差條件）因此只有縮小 、提高制造精度，才能保證間隙在合理范圍內(nèi)。由此可取 0.4（Z- Z）=0.4x0.02=0.008mm 0.6（Z- Z）=0.6x0.02=0.012mm 沖壓兩小孔的凸模刃口尺寸為 查（3）表2-2 P18 得0.15mm d =（d+X ） =（10+0.75x0.15） =10.1（mm） 兩小孔的凹模刃口尺寸d =（d+ Z） （2）P38 =（10.1+0.04
