2、 Equipment Installation; Technical Regulation of Safe Utilization of Constructional Machinery 3、白廟大橋架橋機(jī)現(xiàn)已完成主臂的拼裝，但由于整體拼裝完成后不能滿足CDB對(duì)機(jī)械設(shè)備的驗(yàn)收要求，要求對(duì)已經(jīng)架設(shè)的架橋機(jī)全部拆除，并清運(yùn)出場(chǎng)。4、已拼裝的架橋機(jī)由貝雷梁片拼裝而成，總長(zhǎng)約36米，高為3米，寬為3.2米。Assembled beam setter is consisting of multiple pieces of bailey beam. 3、otal, 3m high and 3.2m wide. 1、白廟大橋架橋機(jī)拆除時(shí)間計(jì)劃在：2011年10月6日2011年10月15日，總計(jì)工期15天，全部拆除后統(tǒng)一清運(yùn)出場(chǎng)。Dismantle time of Baimiao beam setter is planned from 6st Oct 2011 to 15th Oct 2011, namely 15 days in total. All components will be removed from site after such beam setter is fully dismantled. 2、在拆除施工作業(yè)前一天準(zhǔn)備好所需

4、的鋼絲繩、卸扣、安全帶、扳手等工具，并逐一檢查是否合格，如有任何問題應(yīng)立即更換方能使用。Tools such as steel sling, shackle, body harness, spanner and etc shall be prepared and inspected one day prior to dismantling. In case of any problems, tool will be replaced immediately. 3、人員準(zhǔn)備 Manpower Allocation 四、架橋機(jī)拆除施工 Beam Setter Dismantle 3、 對(duì)所有工人進(jìn)

5、行安全培訓(xùn)，作業(yè)前必須進(jìn)行安全技術(shù)交底，做好JSA分析，并確保讓每個(gè)作業(yè)人員都了解可能發(fā)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)措施。Conduct safety orientation of training to all workers and safety elaboration and JSA shall be conducted prior to work in order to make every person comprehending possible risk and its mitigation measure. 4高處作業(yè)應(yīng)有合格的梯子提供人員安全上下，拆除忱木、軌道時(shí)下方嚴(yán)禁立人。Qua

When workers are working on demolishing the tracks and timber on top of the beams, no one is allowed to stand in such area under beams. 5、需要在貝雷梁上設(shè)置生命線，因?yàn)楣と艘礁呖兆鳂I(yè)拆除天車軌道等工作。Set up life-line on bailey beams for workers who

7、 are going to dismantle crown block track at height. 6、在拆除連接螺栓和卡扣時(shí)應(yīng)先保證吊車就位并已經(jīng)提住貝雷梁以免發(fā)生側(cè)翻造成事故。In consideration that the sequence of the demolishment, the slings should be fixed firmly and the cranes should be positioned properly and also be functioning to hold the beams before removing the connecting

8、 bolts and shackles in order to avoid the bailey beams tip over. 7、前支腿拆除時(shí)具有一定危險(xiǎn)性，應(yīng)有專人進(jìn)行技術(shù)指導(dǎo)并專人監(jiān)護(hù)下進(jìn)行，安全帶始終確保100%掛鉤并提供合理的掛點(diǎn)。Since it is more dangerous to remove the front legs of the beam setter, the dismantling work shall be conducted under technical guidance and supervision and monitor of specific p

The hardness must be 100% tied off all the time and tying point shall be reasonable. 8、材料外運(yùn)車輛必須經(jīng)驗(yàn)收合格后進(jìn)入，嚴(yán)禁超載、超高，材料捆綁時(shí)嚴(yán)禁有人站立在材料上進(jìn)行捆綁工作。 Transporter for transferring dismantled material shall be inspected prior to mobilization. 10、d rigged material to conduct any rigging work. 作業(yè)人員應(yīng)正確的使用安全帶，確保安全生產(chǎn)，高空作業(yè)時(shí)，必須拴好安全帶。起重吊裝指揮信號(hào)應(yīng)由專門人員指揮，且應(yīng)明確、準(zhǔn)確、哨音應(yīng)響亮。Lifting shall be under signal of specific personnel and whistle signal shall be clear, accurate and loud. 5、嚴(yán)禁超負(fù)荷起吊，作業(yè)中防吊車傾覆，危險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)應(yīng)設(shè)專人監(jiān)護(hù)。Overloaded lifting is prohibited.
