2、176;)10090等加等減速4080正弦加速度70901002.推桿運動規(guī)律2.1推桿運動規(guī)律令f為凸輪轉(zhuǎn)過的角度,w為凸輪轉(zhuǎn)動的角速度,h為推桿的升程定義: 為凸輪的升程運動角; 為凸輪的回程運動角; 為凸輪的遠(yuǎn)休止角; 為凸輪的近休止角因為推桿的升程運動規(guī)律為等加速等減速運動規(guī)律,回程運動規(guī)律為正弦加速度運動規(guī)律,因此可得出推桿升程與回程的運動方程:.凸輪推桿升程運動方程為:.凸輪推桿回程運動方程為:2.2推桿的位移、速度、加速度線圖依次如下:3. 圖像 3.1 圖像 3.2確定基圓半徑與偏距: 圖中斜率為正的直線與縱軸正方向的夾角為升程許用壓力角,未過原點的斜率為負(fù)的直線與縱軸正方向的
3、夾角為回程許用壓力角,過原點的直線與縱軸負(fù)方向的夾角為升程許用壓力角。最終三條直線下方的公共區(qū)域內(nèi)即可確定基圓半徑與偏距,為了盡可能得到合理的凸輪設(shè)計方案,因此確定偏距為20mm,S0為90mm,則基圓半徑r0為=92.195mm,確定基圓半徑與偏距的圖像如下圖示:三條線分別為推程許用壓力角、回程許用壓力角、推程起始點壓力角約束條件.4.確定滾子半徑以及凸輪輪廓的繪制:4.1 理論輪廓線的繪制理論輪廓線是把滾子中心視為尖頂從動件的尖頂,將滾子中心的運動規(guī)律當(dāng)作尖頂?shù)倪\動規(guī)律以此求得的尖頂從動件輪廓。理論輪廓線方程 4.2 滾子半徑的確定工作輪廓曲率半徑a、理論輪廓曲率半徑與滾子半徑r三者存在如
