19、ci on a nd efrm ligtem pacie i the關(guān)在:校大學(xué)少兼職情況的調(diào)查報(bào)告關(guān)于在校大學(xué)生兼職情況的調(diào)查報(bào)告以天津大學(xué)精儀學(xué)院為例一、調(diào)查背景及方法隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的激烈，就業(yè)形式日趨嚴(yán)峻，為了在畢業(yè)后能夠更好地適應(yīng)社 會(huì)，很多在校大學(xué)生選擇了從事兼職工作，一方面緩解了家庭的經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力，更重要的是在 一定程度上接觸了社會(huì)，獲取了一些工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提高了自己的綜合實(shí)力。大學(xué)生兼職已是 大學(xué)校園里的一種普遍現(xiàn)象，具存在很久，已經(jīng)成為大學(xué)生生活的有機(jī)組成部分，是一種 不可忽視的現(xiàn)象。兼職是大學(xué)生交際圈的突破，是大學(xué)生生活的潤(rùn)滑劑，也是大學(xué)教育在 地域上的延伸。而針對(duì)大批在校大學(xué)

20、生有過(guò)兼職經(jīng)歷的事實(shí)，我利用軌道交通學(xué)院世紀(jì)英 才學(xué)校第一期學(xué)員結(jié)業(yè)調(diào)研的機(jī)會(huì)，在天津大學(xué)精儀學(xué)院開展了一次題為“在校大學(xué)生兼 職情況”的調(diào)查。了解大學(xué)生獲得兼職的途徑、兼職工作的特點(diǎn)、大學(xué)生兼職的意義和從 事兼職的目的與收獲等等；從而了解高校大學(xué)生的兼職狀況，以期掌握大學(xué)生兼職的一些 特征，為高校加強(qiáng)對(duì)大學(xué)生兼職工作的管理提供一定的參考。本次調(diào)查采用問卷和訪談兩種方法，共發(fā)放 200份問卷，其中每棟宿舍樓發(fā)放了 20 份，收回了 192份，回收率96%男女生比例總的來(lái)說(shuō)是4:1。二、調(diào)查內(nèi)容1、大學(xué)生獲取兼職的途徑大學(xué)生在尋找兼職信息的方面各具特色，而本次調(diào)查是以我所設(shè)的調(diào)查問卷為依據(jù)做出的

24、生通過(guò)校園廣告尋找兼職，還有部分 同學(xué)通過(guò)中介公司尋找兼職。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示：在校大學(xué)生兼職主要趨于自己尋找和熟人介 紹，而男生趨于自己找，女生趨于熟人介紹；同時(shí)調(diào)查表明校園廣告和中介方式找工作已 經(jīng)逐漸被社會(huì)的人所接受。2、大學(xué)生兼職工作的特點(diǎn)如圖表2所小:在校大學(xué)生兼職特點(diǎn)促銷員發(fā)傳單服務(wù)生口超市收銀員口與本專業(yè) 相關(guān)工作20%經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)查顯示：大學(xué)生兼職所從事的工作與自己的專業(yè)幾乎是完全脫離的，從事兼職的類型主要為服務(wù)型（如服務(wù)員、派送員和導(dǎo)購(gòu)員等）和從事產(chǎn)品推銷員的大學(xué)生占被調(diào) 查者的90%以上；只有極少數(shù)大學(xué)生從事于專業(yè)相關(guān)的工作。訪談中反映出，兼職學(xué)生在尋找兼職職位時(shí)，忽略了兼職工作內(nèi)容應(yīng)

25、與自己所學(xué)專業(yè)相關(guān)這一問題。3、大學(xué)生兼職的意義大學(xué)生兼職的定義“兼職”在現(xiàn)在漢語(yǔ)詞典中中有動(dòng)詞和名詞兩種詞性 ，含義為在本職之外兼任其 他職務(wù)。由于學(xué)生的本職工作是學(xué)習(xí)，所以，在校大學(xué)生從事的有報(bào)酬的工作活動(dòng)，更確 切地應(yīng)稱之為兼職。對(duì)在校大學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)，畢業(yè)之后即將步入社會(huì)，就面臨著一種角色的轉(zhuǎn)換。他們要考慮 各種各樣的立足社會(huì)所必需的，諸如人際關(guān)系處理技能和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)等問題?？梢哉f(shuō)，大學(xué) 生兼職是一種幫助自己盡快社會(huì)化的有效途徑。大學(xué)生兼職彌補(bǔ)了學(xué)費(fèi)缺口.、 1.、 .中國(guó)高等教育學(xué)費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一直在快速增長(zhǎng)。全國(guó)高校生均學(xué)費(fèi)已經(jīng)從1995年800元左右上漲到了 2004年的5000元左右，進(jìn)入新校

26、區(qū)的學(xué)生的學(xué)費(fèi)則在 6000元左右，住宿185 費(fèi)也在逐年上漲，再加日常生活所需費(fèi)用，平均每個(gè)大學(xué)生每年花費(fèi)會(huì)在萬(wàn)元左右，4年大學(xué)則需要4萬(wàn)元左右2。2002年8月18日，一位記者采寫了一篇名為 高校費(fèi)用讓多少人.、3“吃不消”的報(bào)道，反映了我國(guó)高校學(xué)費(fèi)一直居高不下的現(xiàn)實(shí)0日益升高的學(xué)費(fèi)和生活費(fèi)使學(xué)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)加大，而大學(xué)生兼職能滿足學(xué)生增加額外收入、減少家庭負(fù)擔(dān)的心 態(tài)。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示，大學(xué)生兼職收入主要用于學(xué)費(fèi)、基本生活費(fèi)、購(gòu)買學(xué)習(xí)用品和購(gòu)買服 飾品等日?；A(chǔ)活動(dòng)方面。如表3所示：在校大學(xué)生兼職收入去向調(diào)查表收入 去向交納 學(xué)費(fèi)做基本 生活費(fèi)購(gòu)買 服飾品旅游買手機(jī) 電腦等投資購(gòu)買學(xué) 習(xí)用品人

40、缺口首先，從國(guó)家助學(xué)資源提供看，在校大學(xué)生兼職在一定程度上可以幫助國(guó)家減輕助 學(xué)壓力，同時(shí)也有利于大學(xué)生畢業(yè)后的就業(yè)。目前我國(guó)高校的貧困生超過(guò)300萬(wàn)人，并有逐年增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì)。如此眾多的貧困生僅靠資助和助學(xué)貸款必將給社會(huì)帶來(lái)巨大壓力。兼職 成為緩解國(guó)家助學(xué)資源缺乏的有效手段。其次，從人力資源角度看，從事兼職的大學(xué)生在一定程度上補(bǔ)充了當(dāng)?shù)貙?duì)人力資源 的一部分需求。由于種種原因，用人單位的人員職位空缺情況時(shí)有發(fā)生，形成的崗位空缺 一時(shí)無(wú)法補(bǔ)充，這就需要有暫時(shí)的人力資源來(lái)填補(bǔ)，兼職大學(xué)生的薪水可較一般水平的低 又具有一定水平的知識(shí)和技能素養(yǎng)，因此，是用人單位不錯(cuò)的選擇。三、大學(xué)生從事兼職的目的和收獲大

50、現(xiàn)的問題1、職業(yè)選擇逐漸脫離專業(yè)甚至妨礙正常學(xué)業(yè)調(diào)查中還發(fā)現(xiàn)，學(xué)生兼職時(shí)間并不僅僅局限于課余時(shí)間。面對(duì)上課時(shí)間與兼職時(shí)間的 沖突，大部分同學(xué)選擇根據(jù)自己觀念中課程的重要性來(lái)決定 ，少部分的同學(xué)選擇繼續(xù)上 課,有個(gè)別的學(xué)生上課寧愿請(qǐng)假也要去工作?？梢姡瑢W(xué)生兼職時(shí)間與課業(yè)時(shí)間沖突帶來(lái)的 取舍問題值得關(guān)注。對(duì)“兼職對(duì)學(xué)業(yè)的影響”這一問題 ，40.5 %的兼職學(xué)生認(rèn)為兼職促進(jìn) 了自己學(xué)業(yè)的進(jìn)步,42.7 %的兼職學(xué)生認(rèn)為兼職沒有影響到學(xué)業(yè)，有16.8%的被調(diào)查者承 認(rèn)兼職對(duì)自己的學(xué)習(xí)造成了負(fù)面影響。并且有些學(xué)生將大部分精力，甚至是全部的精力都投入到兼職中，兼有多份工作，為了繁重的業(yè)務(wù)而不得不連續(xù)逃課，

51、精力也無(wú)法集中在 學(xué)業(yè)中，造成了 “兼職過(guò)多，影響學(xué)業(yè)”的現(xiàn)象。2、用人單位與學(xué)生均面臨信用危機(jī)“大學(xué)生單純、幼稚、好騙，它們不出來(lái)打工，我們騙誰(shuí)去”，“大學(xué)生勞動(dòng)力便宜 人也老實(shí)，讓干嘛干嘛！少給點(diǎn)錢也沒關(guān)系” 4等等不光彩的聲音，加上大學(xué)生社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)欠 缺，導(dǎo)致他們身心受到傷害。在遭遇用人單位寡信的同時(shí) ，兼職學(xué)生自己也面臨信用危 機(jī)。在訪談中，一位同學(xué)道出了自己做派送員的經(jīng)歷，派發(fā)的食品一大半都分給了親友或 是自己吃掉，有的與其他派送員交換了其他物品；而且這類行為在兼職的大學(xué)生中已經(jīng)屢 見不鮮。大學(xué)生對(duì)誠(chéng)信的淡漠導(dǎo)致其缺乏在兼職中的職業(yè)道德,這對(duì)日后走向社會(huì)，步入工作崗位將會(huì)產(chǎn)生不良的后果

52、。3、兼職經(jīng)歷導(dǎo)致身心健康受損對(duì)于“外出兼職對(duì)同學(xué)之間的關(guān)系影響”這一問題。 10.5%的被調(diào)查者反映兼職后同 學(xué)關(guān)系更融洽了，69.4%的學(xué)生認(rèn)為經(jīng)常外出兼職沒有對(duì)自己和同學(xué)的關(guān)系產(chǎn)生不良影響 而20.1%的同學(xué)感到與周圍同學(xué)在交往中產(chǎn)生了或多或少的陌生感。調(diào)查表明：一些學(xué)生 在兼職過(guò)程中忽視了與同學(xué)的交流，造成了校內(nèi)人際關(guān)系緊張的狀況，從而導(dǎo)致他們心15理壓力積聚。還有一些兼職學(xué)生迫于單位績(jī)效要求，使用一些不正當(dāng)手段獲得成績(jī)，這使他們的良知與實(shí)際行為產(chǎn)生沖突，加重了心理負(fù)擔(dān)。五、大學(xué)生兼職存在的問題分析1、社會(huì)約束失范絕大部分兼職學(xué)生與用人單位之間不曾簽署過(guò)任何法律文件，這使得雙方的權(quán)力都

53、 缺乏保障。那些吸納在校生從事兼職的社會(huì)組織存在對(duì)兼職學(xué)生的欺詐現(xiàn)象，既包括諸如 不付加班費(fèi)、拖欠工資等顯性欺詐；也包括兼職學(xué)生從事諸如曬圖、復(fù)印等有毒作業(yè)卻被 雇主隱瞞工作危害而得不到應(yīng)有補(bǔ)償?shù)鹊碾[性欺詐。”勤工儉學(xué)是不受勞動(dòng)法保護(hù)的，因而，如果沒有與用工單位簽訂合同，發(fā)生糾紛或事故之后，是不能適用勞動(dòng)法之事 實(shí)勞動(dòng)關(guān)系的規(guī)定的"。由于大學(xué)生兼職行為存在法律上的空白，一旦兼職學(xué)生在兼職過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)權(quán)益被損害的情況，只能作為一般勞動(dòng)者的勞動(dòng)爭(zhēng)議處理。然而，正是因?yàn)槿?乏有針對(duì)性的法條約束，使得用人單位和兼職學(xué)生之間缺少可靠的約束紐帶 ，導(dǎo)致雙方 存在欺詐現(xiàn)象?？梢?，社會(huì)對(duì)在校大學(xué)生兼職

54、約束“失范”是引發(fā)在校大學(xué)兼職過(guò)程中負(fù) 面問題的原因之一。2、學(xué)校管理失效由于學(xué)校對(duì)在校大學(xué)生兼職態(tài)度不明確，因此，有的兼職學(xué)生不愿向?qū)W校透露在兼職 過(guò)程中的不愉快遭遇。這就形成了學(xué)校對(duì)學(xué)生管理的一個(gè)盲區(qū)。有兼職愿望的大學(xué)生人數(shù) 眾多，學(xué)校有限的勤工助學(xué)崗位資源難以滿足在校生對(duì)勤工助學(xué)崗位的需求。當(dāng)那些有強(qiáng) 烈兼職要求的學(xué)生，特別是經(jīng)濟(jì)拮據(jù)學(xué)生申請(qǐng)不到校內(nèi)的勤工助學(xué)崗位時(shí)，不得不到校外 尋求職位。部分兼職學(xué)生反映任課教師在已知學(xué)生因兼職耽誤學(xué)習(xí)后，沒有對(duì)學(xué)生加以約束。加之學(xué)校缺少指導(dǎo)學(xué)生兼職的組織機(jī)構(gòu)，難以對(duì)兼職學(xué)生的兼職行為中兼職職位選擇、 時(shí)間分配做出有效的指引，校外求職發(fā)生的糾紛學(xué)校乏力
