Self evaluation The teaching process has been operated well and basically achieves the teaching objectives, but there are some flaws in dealing with the details which need improvement. Since it is the first lessen in high school, students are not so familiar with each other,

18、they might not be confident to say something in the class, I have actively encourage them to cooperate and communicate with their partners by various of pair or group activities.2. The great moment As new students in the high school, the students were not so familiar with each other, they might not

19、be confident to say something in the class. But when I introduced myself and ask them to introduce themselves, anything they want to say to their classmates, some of the students interesting words and previous experience relaxed the atmosphere and the students were obviously eager to know more about

20、 their new classmate and share their own opinions and experience. The air of new friendship slowly formed in the classroom.3. Successful points in the teaching design I designed a series of discussion part for the students to think cooperatively and critically and their interest to the class has been stimulated.
