11、有檢驗(yàn)部門(mén)批量驗(yàn)證和出廠檢驗(yàn)合格證。(3)佩戴安全帽時(shí)，必須系緊下額系帶，防止安全帽墜落失去防護(hù)作用。不 同頭型或冬季佩戴在防寒帽外時(shí)，應(yīng)隨頭型大小調(diào)節(jié)牢帽箍，保留帽襯 與帽殼之間緩沖作用的空間。2、安全帶(1)配備安全帶，供高空作業(yè)或其他危險(xiǎn)部位作業(yè)時(shí)使用。(2)安全帶應(yīng)有出廠合格證或檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告。(3)架子工使用的安全帶繩長(zhǎng)限定在1.5-2.0m。(4)安全帶應(yīng)做垂直懸掛，高掛低用較為安全，當(dāng)做水平位置懸掛使用時(shí)， 要注意擺動(dòng)碰撞，不宜高掛低用，不應(yīng)將繩打結(jié)使用，以免繩結(jié)受力后 剪斷，不應(yīng)將鉤直接掛在不牢固和直接掛在非金屬繩上，防止繩被割斷。3、安全網(wǎng)(1)本工程主體施工時(shí)采用外架同步跟上的防

12、護(hù)措施，采用密目式安全網(wǎng)對(duì)建筑物進(jìn)行全封閉。(2)安全網(wǎng)必須有國(guó)家指定的監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)部門(mén)批量驗(yàn)證和工廠檢驗(yàn)合格證。三、四口防護(hù)1、本工程進(jìn)出口施工安全通道，采取搭設(shè)嚴(yán)密的雙層防護(hù)棚，防護(hù)棚搭設(shè)強(qiáng)度滿足規(guī)范要求，實(shí)行全封閉施工。2、樓梯口、電梯口及時(shí)設(shè)置防護(hù)欄桿，電梯井除搭設(shè)防護(hù)欄桿外，且在 井內(nèi)在每層的同一平面內(nèi)搭設(shè)平面防護(hù)棚，腳手板從下至上均應(yīng)滿鋪。3、預(yù)留口、坑井必須加蓋防護(hù)。洞口根據(jù)具體情況采取加設(shè)防護(hù)欄桿，加蓋件，張掛安全網(wǎng)與裝柵門(mén)等措施時(shí)，應(yīng)符合以下要求：(1)樓板、屋面和平臺(tái)上短邊尺寸小于 20cm但大于2.0cm的孔口，必 須用堅(jiān)實(shí)的蓋板，蓋板應(yīng)能防止挪動(dòng)。(2)樓板面等處邊長(zhǎng)為25

13、-50cm的洞口，安裝預(yù)制構(gòu)件時(shí)的洞口以及缺 件臨時(shí)形成的洞口，可用木板等作蓋板，蓋住洞口。蓋板必須能保 持四周擱置均衡，并有固定其位置的措施。(3)邊長(zhǎng)為50-150cm的洞口，必須設(shè)置以扣件接鋼管而成的風(fēng)格，并 在其上滿鋪竹笆或腳手板。(4)邊長(zhǎng)在150cm以上的洞口，四周設(shè)防護(hù)欄桿，洞口下張?jiān)O(shè)安全網(wǎng)。(5)垃圾井道和煙道，應(yīng)隨樓層的砌筑而消除洞口，或參照預(yù)留洞口作 防護(hù)。管道井施工時(shí)，除按上述辦理外還應(yīng)加設(shè)明顯標(biāo)志。如有臨 時(shí)性拆移，需經(jīng)施工負(fù)責(zé)人核準(zhǔn)，工作完畢后必須恢復(fù)防護(hù)設(shè)施。(6)墻面等處的豎向洞口，凡落地的洞口應(yīng)加欄桿，高為 1.2m,下設(shè)擋 腳板。(7)下邊沿至樓板或底面低于8
