1、 錨桿鉆機(jī)施做規(guī)程 Working Procedure of Anchor Drilling Machine注意：錨桿鉆機(jī)操作者在上崗前必須認(rèn)真閱讀錨桿鉆機(jī)使用說明書，學(xué)習(xí)掌握鉆機(jī)的性能和操作技巧，并接受專人安全和技術(shù)指導(dǎo)訓(xùn)練。只有接受過專業(yè)指導(dǎo)訓(xùn)練的相關(guān)人員才能對鉆機(jī)進(jìn)行操作和維修，必須專人定崗作業(yè)。 Notice: The anchor drill operator must read through the operating manual carefully, learn and master the machine's performance and the operatin

2、g skills, and must receive special training for safety and skills by related specialists.Only trained and skilled people can operate and repair the machine, and the machine must be taken good care by specific people. 操作程序：Operating Procedure: 1作業(yè)前注意事項(xiàng)： Before drilling: 11 強(qiáng)噪音以及施鉆產(chǎn)生的灰塵、噴濺的碎石碎渣對身體視聽以及

3、呼吸都有嚴(yán)重?fù)p害，操作人員必須佩戴好專門的護(hù)聽、護(hù)眼、防塵口罩以及其他施工所必須的安全防護(hù)裝置。 The loud noise,the dust,and the splashing rocks produced by the drill can do harm to the bodylike to the eyesight,to the hearing and to the respiratory system。The operator must wear protective device to protect the hearing,the eyesight,and dust musk t

4、o protect the respiratory system, other supplies for labor protection should also be applied.12 每次工作前備齊鉆頭、鉆桿及鉆套等鉆具及其他工具，并檢查鉆機(jī)鉆頭磨損情況是否嚴(yán)重，查看鉆頭還是否鋒利，還是否可以達(dá)到要求的鉆進(jìn)速度。檢查鉆桿是否彎曲，如有彎曲，鉆桿在工作時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生很大震動(dòng)，甚至毀壞鉆機(jī)以及造成人員受傷。 Get enough drill bit,drill rod,drill bushing and other tools ready before starting the drill,ch

5、eck the drill bit's wear condition,see if it is sharp enough to cut the rock and maintain the normal drilling speed。Check that the drill rod is straight,if it is not straight,there will be strong vibration while the drill is working,it may damage the drill machine or even hurt the people around

6、it. 13 檢查鉆機(jī)油箱油位，查看是否需要添加液壓油,檢查各個(gè)油管及接頭處是否有松動(dòng)或漏油。 Check the oil level of the tank,see if it needs to be refilled ,then check the hoses and the connections,see if they are lose or leaking oil. 14 檢查環(huán)形梁走道，確保走道齒輪無損壞或上邊有雜物以免工作時(shí)造成震動(dòng)或卡住行走馬達(dá)齒輪。 Check the drill crawling beam,make sure that the rack tooth is n

7、ot damaged and there is no stone between the tooth,stones will make the drill machine vibrate while moving and may get the gear of rotary motor stuck. 15 檢查水管是否連接良好，水是否潔凈，且水（風(fēng)）壓的大小是否達(dá)到要求。檢查鉆桿鉆頭的水孔是否被堵塞。 Check that the water hose connections are fastened tight,and the water must be clean,then check t

8、hat the pressure of water(air) meet the related requirements.Check that the flushing hole of the drill rod and the drill bit is clear. 16 檢查蓄能器壓力，其壓力應(yīng)在80到100Bar之間，需要時(shí)添加氮?dú)?。檢查潤滑油排放情況，需要時(shí)添加潤滑油。 Check the pressure of the accumulator ,it should be between 80-100bar,charge the accumulator with nitrogen if

Check the bleeding of the lubrication,fill the machine with lubricating oil if necessary.17 做空載實(shí)驗(yàn)，檢查各種操作機(jī)構(gòu)靈活性，查看鉆機(jī)系統(tǒng)是否有故障，操作手柄和操作按鈕是否靈敏可用。 Do a no-load test,check the movements of each equipment of the machine,see if there is any trouble,and see if the operation handles and the buttons w

10、ork well.2 鉆機(jī)工作時(shí)注意事項(xiàng)：2. 1.操作平臺(tái)應(yīng)在相對鉆機(jī)較遠(yuǎn)的地方以確保工作人員安全，且操作人員有良好的視線，能看清鉆機(jī)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況。 The control platform should be far from the drill machine to insure the operator's safety,and the operator should have a good view of the working condition. 2. 3.鉆進(jìn)過程中嚴(yán)禁相關(guān)工作人員用手觸摸旋轉(zhuǎn)的鉆桿，不得站在鉆機(jī)左右或下方，以防斷釬或碎石傷人。 When the mach

11、ine is working,it is forbidden to touch the rotating drill rod, nobody should be around the drill,broken drill bits or stones can be very dangerous. 2. 2.鉆機(jī)開始工作時(shí)要先將推進(jìn)梁的緩沖塊抵緊巖面,再開旋轉(zhuǎn)，再開鉆桿推進(jìn)，等到鉆頭抵到巖石或即將抵到巖石再打開沖擊。 When the drill machine starts working,first move the feed beam forward till the rubber pla

12、te touch the ground,then turn on the rotation switch and move the drill rod forward to the ground,and when the drill bit is near the ground or already touched the ground,start the impact,then the drilling work has started. 2. 3. 推進(jìn)速度和鉆進(jìn)速度要適當(dāng)，防止卡鉆并損壞鉆桿、鉆頭、釬尾。鉆桿和鉆機(jī)應(yīng)成一條直線，不得相對傾斜。 The pushing speed of t

13、he drill rod and the drilling speed should be appropriate,for fear that the drill bit is stuck ,and that can also damage the shank adapter,the drill rod and the drill bit.The drill rod and the drill machine should be put in one line,and should not be relatively tilted.2. 4在施鉆過程中密切注意液壓油管等有無異常。當(dāng)出現(xiàn)卡鉆或鉆

14、孔吃力現(xiàn)象時(shí)，應(yīng)將鉆桿前后往復(fù)幾次到旋轉(zhuǎn)壓力正常時(shí)再繼續(xù)鉆孔。 Watch out for the condition of the hydraulic hose while working.When the drill bit is stuck or when the drilling seems slow,try moving the drill rod forward and backward for several times till the rotation pressure is normal.2. 5密切注意水沖洗狀況，當(dāng)釬尾處水壓增大，孔內(nèi)又無沖洗水溢出時(shí)，有可能是鉆桿水道堵

15、塞，應(yīng)立即停止鉆孔進(jìn)行處理。 Watch out for the water flushing ,when the water pressure in the shank adapter is beyond normal and there is no flushing water coming out of the hole,the flushing hole in the drill rod may get stuck by mud,the drill machine should be stopped immediately. 2. 6禁止用沖擊的方法疏通鉆桿沖洗孔。 Never try

16、 using impact to clear the flushing hole of the drill rod .2. 7禁止用鉆頭在帶有旋轉(zhuǎn)沖擊情況下頂緊錨桿，這樣的磨損將會(huì)損壞鉆頭，很大地減小鉆頭壽命，還可能能導(dǎo)致鉆機(jī)沖擊活塞破碎，密封破裂，鉆機(jī)內(nèi)部間隙增大，后期甚至不能修復(fù)。 Never push anchor rod with the rotating drill bit's impact,that will greatly increase the wear speed and shorten the drill bit's lifetime,it could a

17、lso damage the impact piston and the seal set,that will enlarge the space between parts connections inside the machine. 2. 8. 鉆孔結(jié)束后，退回鉆機(jī)停在最低位置防護(hù)好，關(guān)閉水電油風(fēng)所有開關(guān)，取下操作控制器并放于安全地方。 When the drilling work is done,pull back the drill machine,place it to a low safe position,shut down the water,electrical,air a

18、nd hydraulic system,then put the remote controller to a safe place. 3 停機(jī)時(shí)注意事項(xiàng): After working: 3. 1.鉆機(jī)使用完后，用水沖洗干凈，做好文明施工。 After finishing the drill work,clean the machine and the working area. 32.對設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢查保養(yǎng)，保證設(shè)備處于完好狀態(tài)。 Inspect and maintain the machine,make sure it is in a good condition. 33.在鉆硬巖時(shí)，鉆機(jī)需要

19、較大的速度，較小的推力。在鉆軟巖時(shí)，鉆機(jī)需要較小的速度，且需要較大的推力以使鉆進(jìn)速度達(dá)到最佳。 When it comes to hard rock,the drilling speed should be low,and the thrust force is small.When it comes to soft rock,the drilling speed should be high,and the thrust force should be large to insure the drill speed. 3. 4.鉆機(jī)應(yīng)該嚴(yán)格按照潤滑周期加注油脂，添加到油嘴有油脂溢出為止。 G

20、rease should be filled strictly to the specified lubricating interval，it should be filled till there is grease oil coming out of the nipple. 3. 5.將備用鉆頭、鉆桿、連接套涂油后集中存放在安全的地方，并且防護(hù)好。 Oil the spare drill bits,drill rods and the sockets and put them together in order,take good care of them. 4 鉆機(jī)保養(yǎng)表： The m
