20、工經(jīng)驗(yàn)的熟練工進(jìn)場(chǎng)。進(jìn)場(chǎng)后由模板工長(zhǎng)、技術(shù)員對(duì)本工種進(jìn)行交底, 提出技術(shù)、質(zhì)量、安全等要求。四、施工方法1.1 流水段施工根據(jù)施工總體部署及工期要求，并考慮勞動(dòng)力保障情況、工程量均衡原則、 周轉(zhuǎn)材料及機(jī)械設(shè)備租賃費(fèi)用等方面，來(lái)確定本工程施工流水段的劃分。1.2 隔離劑選用本工程從經(jīng)濟(jì)、適用、保證質(zhì)量的角度出發(fā)，二襯模板采用3： 7 機(jī)油兌柴油作為隔離劑。1.3 模板接縫處理嚴(yán)格按照排板原則，安裝墻體一側(cè)模板，再安裝另一側(cè)。安裝從墻體兩端開(kāi)始，先放置陰角模，再依次安裝平面模板，交接處用U 型卡固定，每邊不少于4個(gè)。為防止硅流漿，相鄰模板之間均要粘1cm寬、0.5cm厚的自粘海綿條。lectric

45、接縫處應(yīng)加自粘海綿條。模板表面應(yīng)清理干凈，脫模劑涂刷均勻。4. 6.3 在澆筑混凝土過(guò)程中，派專人看模，檢查扣件緊固情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)變形、松動(dòng)等現(xiàn)象及時(shí)修整加固。4.7 模板拆除模板應(yīng)能保證混凝土表面不受損壞時(shí)(硅強(qiáng)度大于1.2N/mnj)方可拆除為原則。先拆除附件，再拆除斜支撐，用撬棍輕輕撬動(dòng)模板，使模板離開(kāi)墻體，再把模板吊運(yùn)走。拆模時(shí)，不準(zhǔn)用大錘、撬棍硬砸模板。拆模時(shí)，操作人員應(yīng)站在安全的地方，以避免發(fā)生安全事故，待整段模板全部拆除后，方準(zhǔn)將模板、配件、支架等運(yùn)出堆放或整理后再次使用。不使用的模板及時(shí)清理粘結(jié)物，涂刷脫模劑，拆下的扣件及時(shí)集中收集管理。五、質(zhì)量保證措施5.1 在模板支設(shè)前，要工長(zhǎng)
