1、GPR駝文：GPRS 變壓器 防盜系統(tǒng) 水銀開關(guān) 消除誤報(bào)【中文摘要】隨著銅材的市場(chǎng)價(jià)格上漲，各地電力變壓器被盜案 件驟增，致使電力資產(chǎn)遭受巨大損失，正常的供電秩序遭到嚴(yán)重破壞，嚴(yán)重影響了人民群眾的生產(chǎn)生活。特別是勝利油田部分井隊(duì)地處偏遠(yuǎn) 氣候惡劣,周邊治安環(huán)境差，違法犯罪行為非常猖獗，再加上井站分布 面廣、不集中，因而管理難度較大。雖然公安及供電部門采取了多項(xiàng) 防范打擊措施，但仍難以扼制日益猖獗的偷盜行為。變壓器量大面廣, 分布分散的特點(diǎn)，決定其單靠人工防范是不現(xiàn)實(shí)的，故而技術(shù)預(yù)防成 為解決電力變壓器盜竊案件頻發(fā)的重要手段。GPRS!力變壓器防盜報(bào)警系統(tǒng)由三相電壓監(jiān)測(cè)回路、報(bào)警探頭、GPRS

2、 通信單元、移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)等幾部分組成。電網(wǎng)或被監(jiān)測(cè)電力變壓器在安全的情況下正常 運(yùn)行時(shí),變壓器防盜監(jiān)測(cè)裝置為待機(jī)狀態(tài)，無(wú)報(bào)警信號(hào)發(fā)出。當(dāng)電網(wǎng)出 現(xiàn)斷相或電力變壓器被破壞性移動(dòng)（發(fā)生盜竊）時(shí),通過電壓監(jiān)測(cè)電路 接口或變壓器防盜監(jiān)測(cè)裝置接口向 GPRSS信單元發(fā)出報(bào)警信號(hào)，通 過移動(dòng)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)，報(bào)警信號(hào)發(fā)送到報(bào)警中心同時(shí)通過 GSM 網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)送到 值班人員的手機(jī)，及時(shí)報(bào)告警情，使接警人員迅速趕赴出事現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，臨場(chǎng) 處置,能夠有效避免電力設(shè)施被破壞、盜竊導(dǎo)致的公共財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。本 研究的重點(diǎn)技術(shù)問題是，所提供的電力變壓器的防盜裝置必須在達(dá)到 同樣技術(shù)效果的前提下，徹底消除誤報(bào)現(xiàn)象。經(jīng)過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外技術(shù)分析 和試驗(yàn)，

3、發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)水銀開關(guān)以常閉方式接入檢測(cè)電路時(shí)，利用其常閉特 性可以穩(wěn)定的反映變壓器所處狀態(tài)，僅在變壓器發(fā)生移動(dòng)時(shí)其狀態(tài)才發(fā)生改變,有效的杜絕了其他技術(shù)方法容易受外界因素干擾的弊端，保證了告警的準(zhǔn)確性，在國(guó)內(nèi)第一個(gè)從報(bào)警原理上消除了誤報(bào)的可能 性。同時(shí)，為了應(yīng)對(duì)元器件在野外工作中所造成的加速損耗導(dǎo)致的失 效問題,采取了接入多個(gè)水銀開關(guān)的方法，在最大限度控制成本的情 況下簡(jiǎn)單卻行之有效進(jìn)行了解決?！居⑽恼?With the copper market prices surge around the theftof power transformers,resultingin huge losses
