1、Configurations & Parameters配置與參數(shù) - 配置選擇與參數(shù)設(shè)置目的1.為了使 硬件與軟件準(zhǔn)確溝通2. 為了使整個(gè)系統(tǒng)工作精確3. 為了加強(qiáng) 提高 每個(gè)模塊的工作效率Meaning of Configuration Parameter配置的意義 參數(shù) 配置是系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)而且是重要系數(shù). 決定系統(tǒng)工作正確或者錯(cuò)誤. 原因是 WEM 將首先讀 配置然后往儲(chǔ)存單元儲(chǔ)存,并且不再重讀那個(gè)配置. 配置系數(shù)用處在于設(shè)定如Mixer 的最大重量 或者某一個(gè)配料秤的最大接受重量等等Meaning of Configuration配置的意義* 注意 設(shè)定配置的原則? 1. 不會(huì)系統(tǒng)

2、操作中改變 2. 設(shè)定每個(gè)裝置的工作3. 設(shè)定裝置的順序4. 設(shè)定操作員錄用的權(quán)利 5. 設(shè)定系統(tǒng)的聯(lián)絡(luò) (如 FMB,ARC,FMLR)Meaning of Parameter參數(shù)的意義 參數(shù)是決定每個(gè)部分工作的系數(shù). 讀系數(shù)將產(chǎn)生命令. 比如命令生產(chǎn). 系統(tǒng)將讀相關(guān)參數(shù)控制過程. 故每次修改參數(shù)后, 下一個(gè)循環(huán)才執(zhí)行工作命令或者未工作的 WEM 按照工作前命令重新讀參數(shù). 4、中的數(shù)字是約數(shù) (Divisor)計(jì)算的數(shù)據(jù)是( denominate) : 115,200 Kb./sec.Example: 115,200 / 6 = 19,200 Kb./sec. Divisor (約數(shù))= 6 (CRT) 115,200 / 12 = 9,600 Kb./sec. Wetmix start Flags 濕混合開始標(biāo)數(shù)- 0 or 1 are the same to start wet mix time when all dry ingredient are in and the dry mix time has complete. The liquids need not be complete .- 2 to start wet mix time when all dry ingredient are in and the dry mix time

10、has expired, all the liquids need have been injected into the mixer. The stored batch number is the production run number plus the batch number of batches you ran. These st
