21、rovide sth for sb.意為:提供某物給某人,例如:I will provide accommodation for the guests.我會給來賓提供住宿。Provide for sb,意為供應(yīng)某人所需,例如:He worked hard to provide for his large family.他辛勤工作以供養(yǎng)他一大家子。B.pay for意為支付,例如:My uncle will pay for the bill.我叔叔會付賬的。2. Over time,he discovered that he had a talent for laying tiles,and h

24、 和lie兩個易混淆詞語的詞形變化需要注意一下幾點:Lie用作撒謊時,其過去式和過去分詞分別是lied,liedLie用作躺時,其過去式和過去分詞分別是lay,lain,Lay的意思是放置,鋪設(shè),生蛋。其過去式和過去分詞分別是:laid,laid,幫助記憶的口訣:規(guī)則的撒謊,不規(guī)則的躺,躺過之后下蛋,下蛋去規(guī)則。3.
