2、開真葉保持有 5片以上為合格種苗,實現(xiàn)穩(wěn)產(chǎn)豐產(chǎn),藥 材質量達到國家藥典標準。The quality of Alisma orientali seed is the key restrictive factor. The seed has a short life-span, almost loses the germinating ability in room temperature in one year. Germplasm degenerates seriously, the plant growes irregularly, and the yield and quality of

3、Alisma orientali is low. With seed quality rejuvenation, the germination percentage is not less than 78%, the dwarfs percentage are not less than 30%,the thousand grain weight is not less than 0.22g. With 38-45 days of breeding, the qualified seedling is with the height of 8-18cm,integrated bud, and

4、 more than 5 true leafs ,without disease and pest speckle. In our study, the techniques including selection breeding 、 cross breeding、 chromosomal manipulation、 molecular marker assisted selection and arti
