22、英語的通知可分為兩類,即書面通知(notice)和口頭通知(announcement)。書面通知寫作格式及要求如下: 1通知的標志 書面通知是書面的正式公告或布告,常常張貼在顯眼的位置,多用notice作標志。為了醒目起見,標志的每個字母可以用大寫NOTICE(但如發(fā)出通知的單位以首字母大寫形式出現(xiàn)在通知的標志之上,則也要用首字母大寫形式Notice),并常寫在正文上方的正中位置。 2出通知的單位及時間 發(fā)出通知的人或單位的名稱,一般寫在標志的上方或在正文后面的右下角;發(fā)出通知的時間要寫在正文的左下角,也可以按照書信格式寫在正文的右上角。不過,這兩項有時可以省略。 3通知的正文 正文要寫明所做

23、事情的具體時間、地點、概括性內(nèi)容(多為書面通知的首句)、出席對象及有關注意事項。布置工作的通知要把工作內(nèi)容和要求寫清楚。正文一般可采用文章式,為了醒目也可采用廣告式。廣告式要求簡明扼要,一個句子可以寫成幾行,且盡量寫在中間,各行的第一個字母一般都大寫。 4通知的對象 被通知的單位或個人一般用第三人稱。如果帶有稱呼語,則用第二人稱表示被通知的對象。 5通知的文體 書面通知要求用詞貼切,語句簡潔?!镜淅?】 (2010南京二模)請以教務處(Teaching Affairs Office)的名義寫一份書面通知,發(fā)布日期是2010年9月8日。內(nèi)容要點如下: 1.教務處準備組織一次英語演講比賽(Engl

27、,“Dear classmates”,“Dear students”和“Dear friends”等。 二、組織語 在稱呼語之后,常常有一句用來提醒聽眾注意的語句,如:“Please bequiet!”,“Silence,please.”,“Attention,please!”“May I have your attention,please?”,“I have an announcement to make.”和“Listen to me,please.”等。 三、通知的內(nèi)容 通知的主要內(nèi)容部分常常要按時間先后順序陳述。常用的連接成分有: First.Second.Third.At last

First,.while.then,.afterwards,.finally. 主要內(nèi)容的句子的主語多用第一人稱復數(shù)we,也有許多句子要用第三人稱。 在通知中,主要內(nèi)容的謂語常常用一般將來時,但謂語形式不要過于單一,可用的謂語形式有: 1.will/shall do 2.am/is/are going to do 3.set out to do 4.be ready to do 5.be prepared to do 6.be to do 7.will/shall be doing 8.plan/intend/decide to do 9.am/is/are doing 四、結束語 口頭通知的末尾要有結束語,如:“Thank you(for listening)”,“Thank you for your attention”,“Thats all,thank you!”以示禮貌。 【典例2】 (2010沈陽聯(lián)考)本周星期五下午兩點半在301教室有一次關于英語學習的講座,主講人是Christopher Jacques,他是英國人,新高中英語課本(Senior English for China)的作者之一。講座結束后他想聽聽你們對教材的意見,他愿意回答你們有關英語學習的問題
