9、心校成員為 學(xué)校服務(wù)、為教師服務(wù)、為學(xué)生服務(wù)的長效機(jī)制,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對學(xué)校工作的管 理,促進(jìn)基層工作,更快更多地了解基層學(xué)校的整體情況,做到上情下達(dá),下 情上傳,構(gòu)建和諧教育,根據(jù)務(wù)川自治縣教育科技局工作規(guī)則(試行),特制訂本工作制度。一、中心校職能職責(zé):1 .宣傳貫徹執(zhí)行黨和國家的教育方針、 教育政策、教育法律和教育法規(guī),貫 徹執(zhí)行上級教育行政部門的行政規(guī)章。受教育科技局委托,主動爭取所鎮(zhèn)黨委、 政府的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和支持,負(fù)責(zé)轄區(qū)內(nèi)各小學(xué)、幼兒園的教育教學(xué)管理;在縣、鎮(zhèn)人 民政府的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下實施九年義務(wù)教育,掃除青壯年文盲,鞏固提高"兩基"成果;依法管理轄區(qū)內(nèi)的民辦中小學(xué)、幼兒園。2
